To improve the machining precision of a surface grinding machine, a micropositioning workpiece table with high performance was used as auxiliary infeed mechanism to implement nanometer level positioning and dynamic compensation. To better understand the characteristics of the grinding machine modulated with micropositioning workpiece table, the dynamic model of the grinding system was established with modal synthesis and Lagrange's equation methods. The grinding system was divided into five subsystems. For each subsystem, the generalized kinematic and potential energies were obtained. Accordingly the dynamic model of the grinding system was given in the modal domain. The waviness of the grinding process was achieved based on the wheel and workpiece vibration. A nonlinear proportional integral derivative (PID) controller with differential trackers was developed to realize dynamic control. The simulation results show that the machining accuracy of the workpiece can be effectively improved by utilizing the micropositioning workpiece table to implement dynamic compensation. An experimental test was carried out to verify the proposed method, and the waviness of the workpiece can be reduced from 0.46 μm to 0.10 μm.  相似文献

特殊工件精密磨削是一个复杂的多变量影响过程,本文开展了精密磨削加工技术的优化研究。在利用已知加工外表面母线方程的基础上,采用了精密数控曲线磨削砂轮法向跟踪的方法,通过保证曲线轮廓上磨削点处的法线经过砂轮的回转平面,实现了砂轮与工件之间的恒定点接触,在分析砂轮与工件运动几何关系的基础上,建立了砂轮法向跟踪的数学模型,从而提高了加工精度,实现了对任意复杂曲线轮廓的磨削加工。  相似文献

针对圆弧金刚石砂轮磨损检测及砂轮修形的实际需要,通过研究圆弧金刚石砂轮的在位测量原理,设计相应的软硬件控制方案.利用KEYENCE公司LK-G1O高精度激光位移传感器,设计圆弧金刚石砂轮的精密在位检测系统,实现圆弧金刚石砂轮表面轮廓的精密检测.实验结果表明:该检测系统适用于圆弧金刚石砂轮精密测量和评价,为光学非球面磨削加工提供参数依据.  相似文献

Separate characteristic of the tangential ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding(TUAG)machining is analyzed based on TUAG process, and a critical speed formula is given to correctly set the machining parameters to insure the separate characteristics of TUAG process. The critical speed is not only related to the ultrasonic vibration amplitude and frequency, but also to the grinding wheel velocity and the cutting point space, and the grinding force can be decreased during the TUAG process with separability. Grinding force experiments are conducted, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.  相似文献

The design methods of anode and cathode are proposed for precision profile grinding.Based on the electrolytic machining theory, electrolytic equilibrium condition and Faraday‘s law of electrolysis are applied to establishing the mathematical model of profile diamond dressing processes. A finite element method (FEM) program is developed to solve the inverse boundary problem of Laplace‘s equation. Desired anode contour or cathode shape is determined by computing the distribution of electric potential layer by layer. Electrolytic machining experiment is carried out to verify the simulated anode shape. The research result shows that shape deviation between designed cathode and profile wheel increases with the value of angle between feed rate and the normal to anode surface. The shape of simulated anode is consistent with the contour of metal-bonded diamond profile wheel for a given cathode. Based on the anode contour, cathode shape can also be designed accurately.  相似文献

针对非均匀有理B 样条 (non uniform rational B spline, NURBS)曲线高速高精加工过程中计算负载高的问题,提出一种基于两级插补机制的NURBS曲线插补器方案,在主控端执行第一级插补,完成曲线预处理等粗插补工作;在运动控制端执行第二级插补,完成加减速及实时位置输出等精插补工作。同时,设计并开发基于ARM FPGA架构的实验平台,可用于两级插补器的实验验证,具有一定的现实参考意义。  相似文献

Based on five scheduling types and their QoS requirements defined in IEEE 802.16e specification, this paper proposes a new scheduring algorithm for non-real-time or real-time multimedia services. Taking the performances of efficiency, fairness and complexity into consideration, the proposed algorithm enhances the efficiency of air interface resource at the expense of the short-time unfairness, but ensures the long-time fairness. Moreover, the proposed algorithm introduces an efficient QoS assurance mechanism, which implements the functions of congestion control, queuing management and traffic management. The simulation results based on a simplified traffic model show that the proposed algorithm guarantees better performances of efficiency and fairness than conventional algorithms, without increasing the algorithm complexity. Especially on the occasion of heavy-traffic requirement, the performance of efficiency and fairness can be improved by 50% at most.  相似文献

To bear more loads for heavy truck pistons, the shape of heavy truck piston pinhole is often designed as noncylinder form. Current methods cannot meet the needs for precision machining on non-cylinder piston pinhole (NCPPH). A novel mechanism based on giant magnetostrictive materials (GMM) is presented. New models are established for the servo mechanism, GMM, and magnetizing force of the control solenoid to characterize the relationship between the control current of the solenoid and the displacement of the giant magnetostrictive actuator (GMA). Experiments show that the novel mechanism can meet the needs to perform fine machining on NCPPH effectively.  相似文献

结合调研资料和现场实验,文章确定了刀具磨损是影响环型零件加工精度的主要因素。针对刀具磨损,采用声发射法进行监控,运用移频小波包算法对实验采集的AE信号进行特征值提取。通过采用BP神经网络,独创性地提出将铣削时间和AE信号特征值有机结合从而建立刀具磨损监测预报模型,其模型的准确率可达96.2%,能够实时、快速、可靠地监测刀具的磨损情况。  相似文献

针对高压断路器机械特性监测的具体要求,研究和设计了一种基于DSP和μC/OS-Ⅱ的嵌入式智能高压断路器状态监测系统。该系统的数据采集层由多种传感器和DSP数据处理器构成,在移植到DSP芯片的μc/os-Ⅱ实时操作系统平台上开发应用软件,完成对高压断路器机械特性的多个参数的采集、处理与显示,同时通过CAN总线将数据传送到监测服务器,服务器上管理软件采用VC++工具开发,主要完成对测量数据的存储、显示和分析处理等。多次实验测试结果表明,智能监测系统性能稳定,准确性较高,效果理想。  相似文献

针对隧道环境特殊,事故多发等问题,利用无线传输的结构灵活、易于实现等优点,设计了一种以MSP430单片机为核心的隧道环境GSM网络无线系统监测系统.给出了单片机控制系统的硬件电路结构、软件框图及其实现方法.通过各传感器监测隧道不同部位的环境信息,获得实时环境变化信号,并将数据无线传输到区域接收中心.实验表明,该系统精度高、抗干扰能力强、测量范围宽,精确度和稳定性均可满足实际要求.  相似文献
