建立了一种快速检测猪肉中五种磺胺类药物的高效液相色谱（HPLC）检测方法。通过四组对比试验得出最佳前处理方法为：用乙腈提取,50℃条件下氮吹浓缩。色谱条件为：乙腈-甲醇-水-乙酸（2：2：9：0.2,V/V）为流动相,C18反向色谱柱分离,270nm波长下检测。结果表明：该方法五种磺胺类物质线性范围为0.1～5.0μg/m L,检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为16.5μg/kg。在80～150μg/kg添加范围内五种磺胺类药物的回收率在80.2%～118.5%之间。通过对比得出的检测方法操作简单高效、灵敏度高,精密度较好,可用于大批量猪肉样品中五种磺胺类药物的检测。 相似文献

目的:建立了RP-HPLC法同时测定苎麻不同部位中3个同分异构体白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈∶水∶乙酸(80∶20∶0.2)为流动相,流速1.0m L/min;检测波长210 nm;进样量20μL;柱温25℃。结果:白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸在20min内均达到基线分离,各成分在其线性范围内线性关系良好,线性范围分别为3.83-229.80μg/m L(r1=0.9999)、0.92-55.20μg/m L(r2=0.9998)和2.35-141.00μg/m L(r3=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.4%(RSD=1.9%)、98.0%(RSD=2.2%)和96.2%(RSD=1.6%)。结论:方法准确,操作简便,可将苎麻中3个三萜酸异构体一次性分离定量。 相似文献

目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中的4种雌激素(雌酮、雌三醇、炔雌醇、己烯雌酚)的方法。方法:色谱柱Inertsil ODS-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为60:40),流速1mL/min,检测波长279nm,柱温:25℃。结果:4种雌激素成分在0.05～500μg/mL浓度范围内与其对应分峰面积线性关系良好。样品的平均加标回收率为97.3%～110.6%,RSD为2.9%～4.0%,化妆品中四种雌激素的检出限为0.02～0.03mg/kg。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,能够同时检测化妆品中4种雌性激素的含量。 相似文献

探讨了高效液相色谱法同时测定关白化妆品中熊果苷和氢醌含量的方法,先对样品进行预处理,处理液为氯仿-饱和氯化钠溶液（体积比2：1）,再选用ApolloC18柱,以甲醇-磷酸缓冲液-冰醋酸（体积比25475：1）混合液为流动相,紫外检测,波长为254nm。实验结果表明,该方法在0．01～0.2g/L时具有良好的线性;平均回收率范围为97％～98．5％;熊果苷的检出限为21μg／kg,氢醌的检出限24μg／kg。 相似文献

目的:建立测定大鼠血浆中紫杉醇浓度的HPLC法,方法:以C18反相柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(26∶40∶40),流速为1.0ml ·min-1,紫外检测波长227 nm,以叔丁基-甲醚为提取剂.结果:紫杉醇高(12μg·mL-1)、中(1.2 μg·mL-1)、低(0.12 μg·mL-1)3个浓度的平均回收率分别为72.84%、69.77%、71.12%,日内、日间RSD均低于5%(n=5);分析方法的定量测定下限为0.02μg·mL-1.线性范围为:0.06-24μg·mL-1,回归方程为C=3.7301 A紫杉醇/A地西泮-0.0537,r=0.9993(n=7).结论:该方法灵敏、准确、简单、快速,可用于大鼠体内的紫杉醇药代动力学研究. 相似文献
