黑曲霉（ASPERGILLUSNICER）菌株固态发酵的产酶过程研究表明,培养3天产木聚糖酶活力达最高,SephadexG-100,DEAE-SephadexA-50。经分离纯化后获得三个组分,X1X2,X3,它们的最适反应温度和pH分别为40,50,50℃和3.5,4.5,5.0.木聚糖酶相关性质和应用也进行了研究。 相似文献

本文研究了青霉菌（Penicilliumsp．）P1固态发酵培养的产酶过程,发酵4天产木聚精酶活力最高,固体曲最适浸提比为1：7（w／v）,通过65％饱和度的硫酸按盐析,获得的木聚糖酶效果较好。40℃烘干酶粉活力为1305．6IU／g,得率为69．5％。酶反应最适pH4．6,最适温度50℃。酶与底物半纤维素作用的亲合性大小顺序为：麸皮＞稻草＞蔗粉＞玉米芯。 相似文献

通过测定几丁质酶活力的方法对来源于不同寄主和采集地的16株玫烟色棒束孢进行筛选,获得活性较高菌株RCEF3304,并对高活力菌株RCEF3304产几丁质酶的pH值、装液量、接种量和温度等发酵条件进行优化研究。结果表明高酶活菌株产酶最适条件:胶体几丁质2%,NaNO33%,Mg2+0.05%,培养基初始pH值6.0,接种量12%,100 mL装液量为10 mL,温度25℃和培养时间36 h;最适发酵工艺条件下,几丁质酶酶活OD值达到0.486,比优化前发酵水平提高了128%。 相似文献

黑曲霉A3是一株产木聚糖酶活力较高的菌株。本文研究了其在变温条件下的固态发酵产木聚糖酶情况,得出该菌利用麦秸、玉米芯和麸皮为原料．从33℃培养24小时后变温到28℃,可使酶活达到7200IU／g干培养基,产酶期比28℃恒温培养提前14小时,并在此基础上进行了曲盘扩大培养,酶活达到5118IU／g干培养基. 相似文献
