人教版新教材<化学1>在第一章<从实验学化学>中通过演示实验(实验1-4)"四氯化碳萃取碘水中的碘"介绍了一个重要的化学基本实验操作--萃取.具体操作为:"(1)用量筒量取10mL饱和碘水,倒入分液漏斗,然后注入4mL四氯化碳,盖好玻璃塞.(2)……"[1].笔者在课前准备该实验时发现,将分液漏斗静置分层后,下层呈紫色,上层仍为棕黄色(比原碘水颜色略浅),碘水在萃取前后的颜色变化不大.当时有老师提出实验室配制的碘水浓度太大,加入的CCl4不足以将碘水中的碘完全萃取.可是,当增大萃取剂用量,并进行多次的萃取后,结果仍不能让我满意,似乎萃取效率很低;而<分析化学>对此进行过定量计算:等体积的CCl4从碘水中萃取I2时,全量一次萃取,萃取百分率可达98.8%[2],若分三次萃取,萃取百分率接近100%[3],这显然和上述实验现象不相吻合. 相似文献
