通过调查发现,大学生对高校心理咨询师的身份期待聚焦于朋友,业务水平期待集中于职业道德素养、专业技能素养和人格素养,责任期待主要为帮助他们解决人际交往中的困惑;心理咨询师对自己的角色定位为将心理咨询、课程教学和学术研究相结合,通过参加心理咨询培训和接受专业督导师的督导提升职业水平,拓展职业发展途径。加强高校心理咨询师职业发展,应设定学历与能力双准入门槛,完善理论与临床双培养机制,建立培养与督导双成长机制,铺建高校与其他机构双发展途径,强化行业与社会双职业支撑。 相似文献

目前我国心理咨询师专业发展存在诸多问题：心理咨询师培养的相关课程体系建设滞后;训练有素的心理咨询师严重匮乏,科学化、专业化水平不高;缺乏有效的督导体系;心理咨询师职业伦理、道德规范体系和标准有待进一步建构等。针对现存问题,本文从心理咨询师的专业化目标和发展要求入手,提出相应对策,以期促进心理咨询师专业发展进程。 相似文献

我国培养职业心理咨询师始于2001年劳动和社会保障部颁布的《国家职业标准——心理咨询师》,经过近十年的发展,国内各级职业培训机构培养了成千上万的职业心理咨询师,缓解了社会对心理咨询专业人员的需求,促进了心理健康教育事业的发展;但是在职业心理咨询师的培养中始终存在着有人发证无人监管,从业准入标准低,临床咨询实习缺失及心理咨询师成长缺乏督导等问题,据此作者提出了对我国心理咨询从业人员培养工作的建议。 相似文献
