由于学生权利的不可侵犯性与高校自主管理的教育规律,高校管理权与学生权利的冲突从高校设立起就开始存在.近几年,这两种权利的冲突日趋激烈.文章从高校管理与学生权利的现状、冲突的原因、冲突的表现形式及预防高校管理权与学生权利的冲突等方面进行了论述.高等学校在保障学校管理权的同时,应在冲突中寻求平衡尽最大可能地降低对学生权利的侵犯,以此推动高校学生管理工作的顺利进行. 相似文献
