This paper presents a novel strategy for the response enhancement of olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs)-based bio-sensors by monitoring the enhancive responses of OSNs to odorants. An OSNs-based biosensor was developed on the basis of the light addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS), in which rat OSNs were cultured on the surface of LAPS chip and served as sensing elements. LY294002, the specific inhibitor ofphosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), was used to enhance the responses of OSNs to odorants. The responses of OSNs to odorants with and without the treatment of LY294002 were recorded by LAPS. The results show that the enhancive effect of LY294002 was recorded efficiently by LAPS and the responses of this OSNs-LAPS hybrid biosensor were enhanced by LY294002 by about 1.5-fold. We conclude that this method can enhance the responses of OSNs-LAPS hybrid biosensors, which may provide a novel strategy for the bioelectrical signal monitor of OSNs in biosensors. It is also suggested that this strategy may be applicable to other kinds of OSNs-based biosensors for cellular activity detection, such as microelectrode array (MEA) and field effect transistor (FET).  相似文献

本文以Cu(NO3)2.3H2O为铜源,浓氨水为络合剂和NaOH调节溶液的pH,采用化学浴法(CBD)制备了CuO薄膜。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其光催化前后的结构和形貌进行了表征。将CuO薄膜放在含有H2O2的甲基橙溶液中,经不同光源照射一定时间后,取其溶液进行可见分光光度分析来研究CuO薄膜的光催化性能。试验结果表明:紫外灯光源下,当催化剂CuO薄膜的表面积为12.50cm2、3.0%H2O2用量为40.0ml、pH=7时,降解甲基橙溶液的效果较好,光照10min后降解率就达到100.0%;不加H2O2时,需光照40min降解率才能达到100.0%,说明H2O2对CuO膜光催化降解甲基橙起到协同促进作用。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺杂改性的二氧化钛溶胶,并选用铝片为载体,以拉膜法制得Ag-Ti-O复合膜片;用XRD、FT-IR等手段对膜片的理化性能进行表征,并以油酸作为目标降解物,分别考察了膜片在紫外光与可见光的光催化氧化性能.结果表明,改性复合膜在紫外光或可见光光照的条件下,均能有效地将附着表面的油类物质氧化分解.  相似文献

An efficient visible-light-responsive BiOBr/TiO_2 heterojunction nanocomposite was fabricated successfully using in-situ depositing technique at room temperature by introducing Bi OBr onto the surface of TiO_2 nanobelts pre-prepared by hydrothermal reaction and etched with H_2SO_4. The obtained particles were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, UV-Vis DRS and PL techniques. BiOBr/TiO_2 heterojunction nanocomposites with different mass ratios of m(Bi OBr)/m(TiO_2) were discussed in order to get the best photocatalytic activity, and BiOBr/TiO_2-1.0 was proved to be the optimal mass ratio. BiOBr/TiO_2-1.0 exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity in the degradation of Rh B compared with TiO_2 nanobelts, pure Bi OBr and the mechanical mixture of TiO_2 nanobelts and Bi OBr. At last, a possible mechanism of photocatalytic enhancement was proposed.  相似文献

Aluminum nitride (AIN) thin films with high c-axis orientation have been prepared on a glass substrate with an A1bottom electrode by radio frequency (RF) reactive magnetron sputtering. Based on the analysis of Berg's hysteresis model, the improved sputtering system is realized without a hysteresis effect. A new control method for rapidly depositing highly c-axis oriented AIN thin films is proposed. The N2 concentration could be controlled by observing the changes in cathode voltage, to realize the optimum processing condition where the target could be fixed stably in the transition region, and both stoichiometric film composition and a high deposition rate could be obtained. Under a 500 W RF power of a target with a 6 cm diameter, a substrate temperature of 450 ℃, a target-substrate distance of 60 mm and a N2 concentration of 25%, AIN thin film with prefer-ential (002) orientation was deposited at 2.3 μm/h which is a much higher rate than previously achieved. Through X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of AIN (002) was shown to be about 0.28°, which shows the good crystallinity and crystal orientation of AIN thin film. With other parameters held constant, any increase or decrease in N2 con-centration results in an increase in the FWHM of AIN.  相似文献

A type of azobenzene-containing block copolymer polymethyl methacrylate-b-poly (n-butylmethacrylate-co-6-(4-(phenylazo) benzoate) hexyl methacrylate) (PMMA-b-(PnBMA-co-PAzoMA)) was synthesized by the atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Macroinitiator polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) was prepared by ATRP and used to initiate the copolymerization of monomer n-butyl methacrylate (nBMA) and azobenzene-based methacrylate monomer (AzoMA). Herein, three block copolymers with different molecular weights and block volume fractions were obtained and spin-coated on a silicon substrate or quartz plate before annealing at 180 °C for 14 h. The surface morphologies in these annealed copolymer films were observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Bicontinuous stripe or island patterns with different sizes were formed dependent on the film thickness. These ordered patterns are considered to be formed arising from the dewetting process of the surface layer in the copolymer film. Photoisomerization of azobenzene units in the copolymer films changed the dewetting behaviors of the surface layer of the thin film. Therefore, some copolymer annealed films showed a reversible morphology conversion between bicontinuous stripe and island structure when exposed to UV light and upon being stored in the dark. It was found that the composition of the block copolymer had obvious influences on the photoinduced morphology conversion behaviors in these copolymer thin films. When the volumes of PnBMA and PAzoMA phases in the block copolymer were large enough, the surface morphology could be modulated by UV light irradiation and storage in the dark. This work proposes a new possibility for photoinduced control and design of the dewetting processes of thin films using a linear block copolymer.  相似文献

为了实时监测光学薄膜的厚度,设计和制作了一款照明和采集干涉图谱为一体的石英光纤束探头,基于光学多道分析器、白色LED光源和计算机等设备组成,实现高精度监测薄膜厚度的测量系统.以薄膜等厚干涉原理为依据,分析了干涉相消波长测量薄膜厚度的原理与可行性.用汞灯标准谱线对光学多道分析器进行定标,通过自制的石英光纤束探头照明和采集干涉图谱,经光学多道分析器与计算机处理获得薄膜反射干涉相消光波长,计算得到光学薄膜厚度.测量系统通过对手机屏幕贴膜和不干胶薄膜样品的涂层厚度测试,可以监测纳米量级的薄膜厚度.  相似文献

The crystal form of TiO_2 is a crucial focus of research on the photocatalytic degradation of gaseous pollutants by TiO_2-based composite photocatalysts. To explore the synergistic effect of mixed crystalline TiO_2 on gaseous organic-pollutant photocatalytic degradation, we synthesized a series of TiO_2 nanoparticles with controllable phase ratios. We explored the role of the TiO_2 phase ratio on the photocatalytic activity and degradation pathway in the photodegradation of 2-propanol(IPA). We estimated the crystallite size and crystal proportions of anatase and rutile by X-ray diffraction. We used the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method to calculate the specific surface area and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to characterize the surface chemistry of the samples. Our results show the photocatalytic activities of pure anatase and the sample with 8.6% rutile to be much better than those of the samples with a phase junction and pure rutile. As such, anatase is the better option for the study of photodegradation design and preparation of gas-phase organic pollutants.  相似文献

用气相流动吸附法制备复合载体,用浸渍法制备WO3/(TiO2-S iO2)催化剂。应用LRS和TPR技术研究WO3在复合载体TIO2-S iO2表面的分散状态,发现TiO2在S iO2表面的分散可增强WO3与载体之间的相互作用,提高WO3在载体表面的分散阈值。另外TPR实验证明,TiO2的存在大大改善WO3的分散状态,虽然使WO3在TiO2-S iO2的还原温度升高,但在TiO2的调变下,WO3与载体之间的作用增强。负载于经TiO2调变的S iO2上的催化剂其HDS、HYD、BHD活性高于负载于单纯S iO2上的催化剂的活性。  相似文献

为了简化制作工艺,使温度分布均匀以及降低功耗,设计了一种基于MEMS制造工艺的悬臂共面式SnO2气体传感器.使用有限元法对这种传感器及膜结构堆积于硅基底上的封闭膜式气体传感器进行了稳态热分析,结果表明悬臂共面式传感器拥有更均匀的温度分布和更低的功耗.当最高温度为383℃时功耗仅为7mW,敏感薄膜上的温差低于14℃.为解决悬臂易碎的问题,提出了一种新的制造工艺,该过程在正面刻蚀SiO2层形成悬臂结构前沉积SnO2敏感薄膜,并采用深反应离子刻蚀的方法对硅基底进行体刻以避免湿法刻蚀对传感器表面的化学污染.整个过程总共需要4块掩模板.采用旋涂法溶胶凝胶法将掺有Fe离子的SnO2薄膜沉积于基底上作为敏感元件.该器件对氢气表现出了良好的气敏性能,随着氢气浓度从50×10-6上升到2000×10-6,灵敏度逐渐提高,在2000×10-6时的灵敏度为30.  相似文献

ZiO2 was prepared by the hydrolyzation method in (NH4)2SO4-modified TiCl4 solution, and TiO2 photocatalysts were obtained by accelerating the precipitation of TiO2 powder in a high-temperature water bath. The photocatalysts were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectrum and UV-Vis (Ultraviolet-Visible) spectrometry techniques, and the photocatalytic activity in phenol-contaminated water was investigated. The results showed that photocatalysts calcined at 400 ℃ had a specific surface area of 138.2 m^2/g and an average particle size of 9 nm, and a significant increase in thermal stability of anatase phase. At the calcination temperature of 700 ~C, the crystal form of TiO2 started to change into rutile (anatase: 97%, rutile: 3%). The activity of TiO2 photocatalysts prepared with (NH4)2SO4-modified TIC14 solution was markedly stronger than that without (NH4)2SOg-modified TIC14 solution. Maximal photocatalytic activity was observed at the mole ratio of Ti:(NH4)2SO4= 1:2, the water-bath temperature of 90℃ and the calcination temperature of 700 ℃.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为前躯体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2粉体,并通过TEM和XRD分析方法对其结构性能进行表征.检测结果表明:TiO2粉体由5-10nm的球形颗粒组成,晶型为锐钛矿型.通过在不同光源下催化降解水杨酸溶液,对其光催化活性及影响因素进行了分析.实验结果表明:紫外光下此TiO2纳米粉体的光催化活性较高.  相似文献
