石油化工厂罐区的防火安全问题一直受到国内外专家的重视,甚至不惜投入大量资金,从设计上、管理上采取各种积极有效的措施和先进技术,防止罐区内火灾事故的发生。在石油化工厂管区内,储存的多是原油,且罐体越来越趋向大型化,通过对国内炼油厂油罐火灾进行调查结果表明,在全部油罐火灾中原油罐占40%,汽油罐(包括污油罐)占32%,柴油罐占8%,重质油品储罐占20%,由此可见,原油罐火灾在油罐火灾中占有相当大的比例,因而对原油罐火灾的危险特性分析的研究迫在眉睫。目前,世界上原油单罐容量已高达24×104m~3,我国最大原油单罐容量也达到15×104m~3;原油具有易挥发、易流失、易燃烧、易爆炸等性质,因此一旦发生火灾,必将造成巨大的人员和财产损失。本文从原油储罐物料及原油燃烧的基本特征两方面研究介绍了原油储罐火灾的危险特征。通过本篇文章的研究,可以使消防部队加深对原油罐火灾的认识了解,为以后此方面的火灾扑救提供一定的参考价值。 相似文献
