切削刀具的质量是机械加工设备长期有效运行的决定性因素.切削所产生的热量是铣刀片磨损和破损产生的重要因素,揭示刀具破损磨损的产生机理的重要手段是研究切削热和切削温度的变化规律.针对这一问题,用元胞自动机思想,建立以元胞自动机理论研究铣刀片在切削过程中温度影响的评价准则,来研究温度的变化对切削刀具的影响.  相似文献

In this paper, a series of experiments were performed by high speed milling of Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V (TA15) by use of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tools. The characteristics of high speed machining (HSM) dynamic milling forces were investigated. The effects of the parameters of the process, i.e., cutting speed, feed per tooth, and depth of axial cut, on cutting forces were studied. The cutting force signals under different cutting speed conditions and different cutting tool wear stages were analyzed by frequency spectrum analysis. The trend and frequency domain aspects of the dynamic forces were evaluated and discussed. The results indicate that a characteristic frequency in cutting force power spectrum does in fact exist. The amplitudes increase with the increase of cutting speed and tool wear level, which could be applied to the monitoring of the cutting process.  相似文献

The objective of the present research is to investigate the relationship among tool wear, surface topography, and surface roughness when high-speed end milling Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and also to define an optimal flank wear criterion for the cutting tool to integrate tool life and the surface roughness requirements of the finish milling process. An annealed Ti-6Al-4V alloy was selected as the workpiece material, undergoing end milling with uncoated carbide inserts. The flank wear of the insert was observed and measured with the toolmaker's microscope. To examine machined surfaces, 3D surface topography was provided by the white light interferometer, and the arithmetical mean roughness (Ra) was calculated with the WYKO Vision32 software. The flank wear increases with cutting time, and the maximal flank wear is set as the flank wear criterion. As the cutting process progresses, tool wear is the predominant factor affecting the variation of surface roughness. According to the plots for the tool wear propagation and surface roughness variation, an optimal flank wear criterion can be defined which integrates the tool life and the surface roughness requirements for the finish milling process.  相似文献

从切削力、刀具磨损、表面粗糙度3方面进行实验研究,找出P20钢与718钢的切削共性,从而得到预硬型塑料模具钢的加工特性.结果表明,对主切削力影响较大的是切削深度和进给量;当切削速度超过80~90 m/min时,表面粗糙度明显降低;与45钢相比,这类模具钢的刀具耐用度较差,且刀具主要磨损形态是磨料磨损.  相似文献

运用DEFORM-3D有限元仿真软件分别对300M超高强度钢、钛合金TC4、镍基合金In718、铜合金Cu C2进行切削仿真。切削仿真研究表明:切削300M超高强度刚的切削力最大;切削镍基合金In718时刀具与工件间的切削温度最高、刀具应力与刀具磨损最大。  相似文献

Based on the study of existing typical micro-milling tools and the actual demand for micro-milling tools,the P3 design principle and design flow for ultra-hard micro-milling tool were introduced to give basic guidance for theoptimization of micro-milling tools. Then, according to the P3 design flow, the manufacturing process of polycrystallinediamond (PCD) micro-milling tool was proposed, and the PCD micro-milling tool with diameter of 0.5 mm wasdeveloped. To predict the distortion of aerospace monolithic components, a model is established to simulate the numerical control (NC) milling process using 3D finite element method (FEM). In this model, the cutting layer is simplified firstly. Then, the models of cutting force and cutting temperature are established to gain the cutting loads, which are applied to the mesh model of the part. Finally, a prototype of machining simulation environment is developed to simulate the milling process of a spar. Key factors influencing the distortion, such as initial residual stress, cutting loads, fixture layout, cutting sequence, and tool path are considered all together. The total distortion of the spar is predicted and an experiment is conducted to validate the numerical results. It is found that the maximum discrepancy between the simulation results and experiment values is 19.0%.  相似文献

球墨铸铁等温淬火后力学性能大大增强,但切削加工性随之变差。分析热处理后材料微观组织的变化,并采用晶体压电传感测力仪、电荷放大器及计算机组成的切削力数据采集系统测量陶瓷刀具干切削球墨铸铁(DI)及等温淬火处理后的球墨铸铁(ADI)时的切削力。比较不同切削深度、进给速度及切削速度下,DI和ADI两者之间切削力大小关系,观察两者切屑形态的异同,研究球墨铸铁等温淬火前后切削加工性能的变化。结果表明,等温淬火后随着金相组织的转变,材料力学性能大幅增强,切削力大幅增加,切屑短小崩碎.易飞溅,切削加工性能明显变差。  相似文献

利用TiAlN涂层刀具对718模具钢进行高速铣削试验研究,获得铣削速度v、背吃刀量αp、进给速度vf和径向铣削深度αe对铣削力的影响规律,为合理选择铣削参数提供可靠的依据。同时,在正交试验结果的基础上, 应用多元线性回归分析方法,建立铣削力的回归数学模型,并用R检验和F检验法验证模型的显著性。  相似文献

结合调研资料和现场实验,文章确定了刀具磨损是影响环型零件加工精度的主要因素。针对刀具磨损,采用声发射法进行监控,运用移频小波包算法对实验采集的AE信号进行特征值提取。通过采用BP神经网络,独创性地提出将铣削时间和AE信号特征值有机结合从而建立刀具磨损监测预报模型,其模型的准确率可达96.2%,能够实时、快速、可靠地监测刀具的磨损情况。  相似文献

我们所研制的含钙易切钢(40 CrCa)的可加工性具有一个明显的特点,即在某一切削速度范围内,这种钢的可加工性是随着切削速度的提高而改善的。当切削速度V≈200米/分时,可加工性达到最佳状态。此时刀具的耐用度为切削普通钢(40Cr)时的8倍。 这种易切钢的可加工性特别好的原因在于:用钨、钛、钴类硬质合金刀具(YT15)以高的切削速度切削这种钢时,钢中的球状氧化夹杂物会软化,并且沉积在刀具表面上形成一层薄膜,这层薄膜对刀具的磨损有阻碍作用。  相似文献

数控雕铣机是一种同时具备雕刻和铣削加工能力的数控铣床,其主要特征是使用小刀具和高速主轴进行雕铣加工。本文主要讲述如何利用CNC雕铣机雕刻复杂图形。双龙戏珠图案用AutoCAD绘制,经过处理和修改并保存为.dxf格式,用JDPaintv软件生成加工程序,NCStudio雕铣控制系统控制刀具路线最终完成雕刻过程。实践证明用雕铣机雕刻双龙戏珠图案经济快捷,雕铣过程易操作,质量稳定。  相似文献

The failure behavior of diamond-coated die was investigated experimentally and analytically through finite element method (FEM) simulation in the present work. Diamond coatings were fabricated by straight hot filament chemical vapor deposition (CVD) passing through the interior hole of the drawing die using a mixture of hydrogen and acetone as source gases. The performance tests were made under real drawing condition. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used for the study of coating wear after die service. The coating wear appears on two regions of the reduction zone: one is near the entrance where the contact begins, and the other is at the end of the reduction zone. FEM simulation was made for calculating the von Mises stresses distribution on the coating and substrate during the drawing process. The present work was of great practical significance for the improvement of drawing performance of diamond-coated drawing dies.  相似文献

选择YG8硬质合金麻花钻、高速钢涂层麻花钻和普通高速钢麻花钻进行钻削性能对比实验,比较其刀具耐用度、切削力和扭矩,分析其工件形貌及去除机理等因素,实验证明:在相同钻削条件下,高速钢钻头的刀具耐用度最低,涂层高速钢钻头的耐用度最高。3种钻头在相同加工用量条件下,涂层高速钢钻头的轴向抗力最小,其次是硬质合金,高速钢的轴向抗力最大。但作为生产一线的工厂,钻削性能只是一个考虑的因素,从经济效益角度考虑,推荐使用硬质合金(高速钢YG8)麻花钻。  相似文献
