Fast evaluation of degradation degree of organic coatings by analyzing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy data 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
The degradation coefficient is proposed to evaluate the degradation degree of organic coatings by directly analyzing the Bode plots of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) data.This paper investigated the degradation of phenolic epoxy coating/tinplate system by EIS and the degradation coefficient value,which correlates well with the results of breakpoint frequency and variation of phase angle at 10 Hz.Furthermore,the degradation process was confirmed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and scanning probe microscopy (SPM).It is concluded that degradation coefficient can be used for the fast evaluation of degradation degree of organic coatings in practical applications. 相似文献

Generation of mutants with clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)is commonly carried out in fish species by co-injecting a mixture of Cas9 messenger RNA(mRNA)or protein and transcribed guide RNA(gRNA).However,the appropriate expression system to produce functional gRNAs in fish embryos and cells is rarely present.In this study,we employed a poly-transfer RNA(tRNA)-gRNA(PTG)system driven by cytomegalovirus(CMV)promoter to target the medaka(Oryzias latipes)endogenous gene tyrosinase(tyr)or paired box 6.1(pax6.1)and illustrated its function in a medaka cell line and embryos.The PTG system was combined with the CRISPR/Cas9 system under high levels of promoter to successfully induce gene editing in medaka.This is a valuable step forward in potential application of the CRISPR/Cas9 system in medaka and other teleosts. 相似文献

A specialised electrochemical measurement cell was plugged into a pilot water distribution system to simulate the pipe inner-wall corrosion. The linear polarisation resistance(LPR) technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) were measured in real time to study the variation of the corrosion rate(CR) and scale of cast iron. Three corrosion stages were observed according to the LPR analysis: an initial stage with significantly fluctuating CR, a developmental stage with slowly decreasing CR, and a stable stage with a low CR of approximately 0.157 5 mm·a~(-1). The EIS revealed that the scales with a compact outer layer and a porous inner layer finally formed in the stable stage, and the polarisation resistance was approximately 2 175 ?·cm~2. A physicochemical analysis of the scales showed that ferric oxides, oxyhydroxides and calcite made the outer layer compact and effectively limited the diffusion of oxygen through the scales, which resulted in a low CR. 相似文献

The Ethernet passive optical network (EPON) is the next generation of broad-band network technique. A crucial issue in EPONs is the sharing of uplink bandwidth among optical network units (ONUs). This article provides a novel dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm, i.e. threshold dynamic bandwidth allocation (TDBA), which is based on adaptive threshold, to increase resource utilization. The algorithm uses ONU data-transmitting rate to adjust optical line terminal (OLT) receiving data threshold from an ONU. Simulation results show that this algorithm can decrease average packet delay and increase network throughput in a 10G EPON system. 相似文献

研究了双-[3-(三乙氧基)硅丙基]硫化物(BTESPT)偶联剂的水解稳定性,采用正交试验法确定出影响BTESPT水解的主要因素是溶液的pH值,通过电导率仪和傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)监测BTESPT的水解过程,可以看出BTESPT水解较为缓慢,需要大约50￣60h才能达到水解平衡。最后,用FTIR和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)法分析了BTESPT溶液的固化过程,结果表明:高温固化比室温固化进行地较为彻底;BTESPT水溶液固化后膜层结构致密,对金属具有很好的防护作用。 相似文献

The simultaneous sorption behavior and characteristics of cadmium (Cd) and sulfamethoxazole (SMX) on rice straw biochar were investigated. Isotherms of Cd and SMX were well modeled by the Langmuir equation (R2 >0.95). The calculated maximum adsorption parameter (Q) of Cd was similar in single and binary systems (34129.69 and 35919.54 mg/kg, respectively). However, the Q of SMX in a binary system (9182.74 mg/kg) was much higher than that in a single system (1827.82 mg/kg). The presence of Cd significantly promoted the sorption of SMX on rice straw biochar. When the pH ranged from 3 to 7.5, the sorption of Cd had the characteristics of a parabola pattern with maximum adsorption at pH 5, while the adsorption quantity of SMX decreased with increasing pH, with maximum adsorption at pH 3. The amount of SMX adsorbed on biochar was positively correlated with the surface area of the biochar, and the maximum adsorption occurred with d 250 biochar (biochar with a diameter of 150-250 μm). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that the removal of Cd and SMX by rice straw biochar may be attributed to precipitation and the formation of surface complexes between Cd or SMX and carboxyl or hydroxyl groups. The results of this study indicate that rice straw biochar has the potential for simultaneous removal of Cd and SMX from co-contaminated water. 相似文献
