研究了酸、碱条件下不同化学药品对鸡毛降解的影响,并在水解温度恒定、水解剂硫酸3mo1/L或氢氧化钠3mo1/L及常压条件下,采用正交试验研究了固液比、助剂用量、水解时间对水解率的影响。在水解温度110℃及常压条件下,水解剂为3mol/L硫酸处理的最佳水解工艺为固液比1∶15,水解时间11h。3mo1/L氢氧化钠作为水解剂时的最佳水解工艺为固液比1∶15,水解时间10h。  相似文献

以花生壳为原料,以SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3固体酸为水解催化剂制备乙酰丙酸,探讨了固体酸用量,水解时间,水解温度,液固比对乙酰丙酸得率的影响。研究结果表明,当固体酸用量3.5%、水解时间150 min、水解温度250℃、液固比21:1(L/mg)时为较优的制备工艺。在该工艺条件下,乙酰丙酸得率为12.35%。  相似文献

农作物秸秆纤维素化学法水解-氧化一体化制备葡萄糖酸钠的技术特征为:利用80%浓硫酸水解纤维素制备葡萄糖,前一轮氧化阶段副产物Cu2O和Cu(OH)2作为碱中和纤维素水解阶段的催化剂硫酸,Na2Cu(OH)4作为氧化剂氧化葡萄糖制备葡萄糖酸钠;中和阶段获得制备氧化剂的原料Cu SO4和副产品Cu,葡萄糖酸钠、金属铜产率分别为85%、87.6%。葡萄糖酸钠联合生产法的特征为:纤维素水解与葡萄糖氧化一体化设计,利用氧化剂副产物处理硫酸实现"零成本"回收硫酸,解决了传统浓硫酸水解纤维素中硫酸回收困难、成本较大和腐蚀性强等问题;葡萄糖氧化与湿法炼铜一体化设计实现"氧化剂增值"和"氧化剂循环",解决了传统制备葡萄糖酸钠工艺中存在的反应条件高、成本高、效益低等问题,增强了该技术的抗风险能力。  相似文献

研究了以脐橙皮渣为原料,酸水解乙醇沉淀法提取果胶的工艺,通过正交实验,探讨果胶提取的最佳工艺条件,同时以果胶得率×粘度=胶凝单元数(Joily units)作为衡量果胶产量的综合指标.结果表明在温度为85℃,水料比15:1,pH值1.5,时间90min,果胶得率可达18.62%.  相似文献

考察了超声波反应时间、反应温度以及催化剂浓硫酸对水杨酸烷基化反应的影响,通过正交实验设计,优化了异丙醇与水杨酸合成3,5-二异丙基水杨酸的工艺条件,在超声波反应温度60℃和浓硫酸用量13ml的条件下,常压下反应100min产率可达到31.6%,收率高于文献报道值(17.42%)。通过红外光谱熔点分析表征了产物的结构。  相似文献

氧化淀粉的水解是肝泰乐生产中非常关键的步骤,传统的做法是加温加压下的酸法水解,该法水解条件的选择和水解终点的确定都比较困难。通过理论分析和试验研究我们找到了一种新的水解方法,即碱性水解。碱法水解可以在常压下完成,水解终点易于确定,且最终产率比现有的酸法水解的产率高,因而是一种有着良好应用前景的方法,值得进一步研究和开发。  相似文献

以固体酸性离子交换树脂Amberlyst-15作为固体酸催化剂,用于催化玉米芯水解制备木糖,探究此类固体酸的催化性能.通过对比系列SO42-/MxOy型固体酸催化剂的催化效果,发现Amberlyst-15催化性能更好.实验考察了催化剂用量对水解产生的木糖含量的影响.确定了Amberlyst-15作为固体酸催化剂的适宜条件:在玉米芯用量为0.1000g,玉米芯目数为120目,催化剂用量为0.010g,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为3h的条件下,Amberlyst-15固体酸催化性能最好,水解得到的木糖含量为15.939%.  相似文献
