基于教育发展条件、发展观念、发展战略、发展动因与实践策略,对欠发达区域教育发展的历史与现实模式进行了整体价值辨析,比较分析欠发达国家和地区,尤其是新兴工业国家教育发展中经济主义、社会公平主义、发展主义、改革主义等思潮的影响与实践,比较分析了欠发达区域教育与发展互动的深层结构,讨论了欠发达区域教育发展的内源与外源、效率与公平、后发与跨越等发展机制,揭示出欠发达区域教育发展的一般路径与特殊发展逻辑。提出欠发达区域21世纪教育发展理性建构的综合创新模式。 相似文献
