用思想政治理论武装大学生头脑,是当前高校宣传思想工作的主线,也是新时代高校辅导员工作的首要职责。调查显示,新时代大学生对思想政治理论的高度认同多偏重朴素认同,他们主要通过新兴网络媒体和大众认知层面来获取理论信息,政治观在大学生理论认同过程中起到中介变量的作用,他们思想政治观念代际特征有了新突破,对自主性和活动性理论学习方法较为期待。高校辅导员要加强理论学习以提高自身理论水平,采取学生喜欢的方式开展理论教育,积极应对新兴媒体负面信息的干扰,用科学方法开展思想政治教育行动研究。  相似文献

本研究采用《青少年体像烦恼问卷》和Rosenberg编制的《自尊量表》对随机抽取的480名在校女大学生进行测查,主要探讨女大学生体像烦恼现状以及体像与自尊的关系,并考察年级、生源对三个因素的影响。研究发现,女大学生群体有近20%的体像烦恼检出率,城市女大学生更容易产生体像烦恼,女大学生体像与自尊存在显著正相关。  相似文献

随着社交媒体的普及,越来越多的大学生出现了社交媒体多任务使用的行为。以压力交互理论和“压力源—应变—结果”模型为基础,构建一个扩展的研究模型:技术特征—压力源—应变—结果。通过问卷调查的方式获得462份有效样本,并使用SPSS 22.0和Smart PLS 3.28对收集的数据和构建的模型进行分析和检验。结果表明,感知易用性、感知学习有用性、感知社交有用性和感知娱乐有用性都对大学生社交媒体多任务使用具有显著的积极影响,社交媒体多任务使用通过认知分散的中介作用对学业表现产生消极的影响。因此,需让大学生充分认识到社交媒体使用可能带来的负面影响,引导大学生多使用社交媒体进行学习,帮助大学生正确释放压力,以降低社交媒体多任务使用对大学生学业表现的消极影响。  相似文献

文化自信是社会态度的范畴,文化自信的形成涉及到个体认知、情感、行为倾向等态度心理学成分之间的相互作用。用社会心理学中的认知理论、信息理论、心理反抗理论和科尔曼的改变态度三阶段理论来分析大学生文化自信的形成过程及其影响因素,能为提升大学生文化自信提供一些心理学上的方法指导。提升大学生文化自信主要有三个方法:第一,加强文化方面理论教育,提高大学生对中华文化的认知水平;第二,增加文化实践活动,在活动中增强大学生对中华文化的认同感;第三,激发大学生文化创新能力,培养大学生对传承中华文化的使命感。  相似文献

This paper reports on a small-scale longitudinal study of ‘local’ leadership roles at two UK universities. The research explored perceptions of the leadership provided by a specific group of staff who held roles for enhancing learning and teaching. Based on ethnographic design principles, the study was based at one UK higher education institution with another as a comparator. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus groups with ‘local’ leadership role-holders and their colleagues. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with academic managers. Analysis of the data was based on grounded theory and thematic analysis. The discussion and conclusion suggests that, to maximize the impact of these roles, the leadership aspects of them should be made explicit, recognized by colleagues at all levels and supported by leadership development. Further investigation into local leaders’ career progression may provide valuable insights for the relatively limited body of knowledge and practice of leadership within professional teams.  相似文献

Understanding factors that impact teacher implementation of learning from professional development is critical in order to maximize the educational and financial investment in teacher professional learning. This multi-case qualitative investigation elucidates factors that influence the appropriation of instructional tools associated with professional development focused on technology within science classrooms using activity theory as a theoretical framework. This framework has the capacity to account for multiple elements in professional learning. Implementation variability associated with professional development adoption drives this inquiry to search for better understandings of the appropriation of pedagogical practices. Purposeful sampling was used to identify four participants from a group of science teachers engaged in professional development designed to investigate how cyber-enabled technologies might enhance instruction and learning in eighth-grade science classrooms. The data from this investigation add to the literature of appropriation of instructional practices by connecting the conceptual and practical dispositions of teachers with an appropriation hierarchy.  相似文献

The study examined the role of body dissatisfaction, body image importance, sociocultural influences (media and parent and peer encouragement), self‐esteem and negative affect on body change strategies to decrease weight and increase muscles in adolescent boys and girls. Surveys were administered to 587 boys and 598 girls aged between 11 and 15 years. For both genders, parent and peer encouragement and negative affect were the primary predictors of body dissatisfaction, body image importance and strategies to decrease weight and increase muscles. In addition, body image importance was a significant factor in the development of both types of body change strategies, while the media only predicted strategies to decrease weight. Lastly, the effects of self‐esteem were mediated by body dissatisfaction. For boys, a stronger focus on body importance occurred among the boys who were generally satisfied with their bodies while the reverse was the case for girls. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Semi-structured face-to-face interviews were used to examine the influence of riding on the identity construction of people with disabilities. The 15 participants, three men and 12 women, were between 15 and 65 years old and have various physical disabilities. The data analysis derives from identity theory, a social–psychological theory that understands identity as an interaction between the individual and society. The findings show that: the informants either acquire a new identity as a rider or they resume with the rider identity they had before their illness or accident; riding offers a link to their previous lives; and riding helps to focus on what the informants can do, and not, as this group is often viewed by society, on what they cannot do. The findings thus show that riding can influence the identity construction of people with disabilities.  相似文献

The contextual leadership theory provides a frame to investigate the leadership phenomenon in a childcare context. According to the contextual leadership theory, leadership is perceived of as a socially constructed, situational and interpretive phenomenon. The purpose of the study was to investigate leadership in a Finnish childcare context based on the views of those people who are involved with it. The focus group method was used to gather data for the study. The results showed that the leadership context defines the leadership language and the culture. In most focus group discussions leadership was described as the position of a leader. Centre directors were seen to have multiple role positions. All in all, it seemed that the tasks and duties connected to leadership on all contextual levels were unclear.  相似文献

This paper explores the perceptions and experiences of women academics in the UK, participating in a small-scale qualitative study exploring career progression and encountered institutional obstacles. The accounts are considered in terms of both disadvantageous institutional strategies and interpersonal ones governing day-to-day working relationships. The findings contribute to a growing body of international research on gender constructions in the academy, where both inhibiting and exclusionary barriers are examined in focus group discussions (FGDs) in terms of gendered constructions that are perceived to impact upon the career opportunities of women academics. Analysis of data encouraged the employment of a ludic construction in this critical exploration of games playing and ‘gamesmanship’ (a masculinised term); these being themes raised in the FGDs as representing blocks and challenges to women’s academic careers.  相似文献

Assessing Institutionalization of Curricular and Pedagogical Reforms   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Stakeholders often want evidence that curricular and pedagogical reforms will endure, but institutionalization of reforms is typically assessed superficially, if at all. This study involved developing and testing an Institutionalization Process Model. The model was developed from literature on institutional theory and a qualitative investigation of factors influencing institutionalization of externally funded curricular and pedagogical reforms at 7 engineering schools. The reforms focused on content (design), method (group projects), and improving the climate for students underrepresented in engineering. The model posits that regulative, normative, and cognitive institutionalization processes affect the likely diffusion of curricular and pedagogical reforms beyond faculty members directly involved in the reform effort. Subsequently, institutional data and a faculty survey conducted at the seven engineering schools were used to test the model using logistic regression. Findings showed that cognitive institutionalization indicators had a stronger influence than regulative or normative indicators on diffusion of design and group projects. The normative indicator of perceived support for teaching was the only significant predictor of increased sensitivity to the needs of underrepresented students.  相似文献
