Gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) were directly synthesized on the surface of polyvinylsilazane (PVSZ, -[(vinyl)SiH-NH2]-) without use of extra reductive additives. The reductive Si-H functional groups on the surface of cured PVSZ acted as surface bound reducing agents to form gold metal when contacted with an aqueous Au precursor (HAuCl4) solution, leading to formation of Au NPs adhered to silicate glass surface. The Au NPs-silicate platforms were preliminarily tested to detect Rhodamine B (1 μM) by surface enhanced Raman scattering. Furthermore, gold microelectrode obtained by post-chemical plating was used as an integrated amperometric detection element in the polydimethylsilane-glass hybrid microfluidic chip. 相似文献

In the land-based radar direction of aircraft it was found necessary to transfer to a large plotting screen a 10X magnification of the PPI cathode-ray tube face. An instrument was developed to do this photographically, with the projected image lagging only 15 seconds behind the latest information. A single 360-degree sweep on the PPI tube is reduced to a -inch diameter image on Eastman Type 5302 Fine Grain Release Positive Film. The resultant image is rapid-processed by the application of hot solutions in a special processing cup which restricts the liquids to a small circular area on the film.The spent solutions are quickly removed by a vacuum line and the near dry image is indexed into the projection system where an air pressure gate completes the drying, cools the film, and holds it flat during projection.The projected image, at a magnification of over 300X, has sufficient quality to resolve all the pertinent detail of the tube face.The method is felt to have some general application. 相似文献

An elastic and a viscoelastic analyses have been performed to determine the extent to which thin polymer films used in “hyperfiltration” process of desalination of brackish or sea water may be stressed. It was found that if pores of the size comparable to the thickness of the film exist in the rigid supporting material, stress of the order of magnitude comparable to the ultimate strength of the film may be induced. 相似文献

The grain boundary material in commercial cadmiums was isolated by dissolving laminae of cadmium in ammonium nitrate solution, the boundary substance remaining as insoluble films. Electron diffraction patterns were made of such films using 40 to 50 kilovolt electrons and X-Ray diffraction patterns were obtained of powders of these films employing copper Kα radiation. Guided by a knowledge of the elements present as indicated by a spectrographic analysis, the diffraction patterns were identified as belonging to the compounds cadmium carbonate and basic lead carbonate. It is possible that these carbonates did not exist in the metal, but were converted from oxides in the metal during dissolution of the laminae. 相似文献

The operation of digital microfluidic devices with water droplets manipulated by electrowetting is critically dependent on the static and dynamic stability and lubrication properties of the oil films that separate the droplets from the solid surfaces. The factors determining the stability of the films and preventing surface fouling in such systems are not yet thoroughly understood and were experimentally investigated in this study. The experiments were performed using a standard digital microfluidic cartridge in which water droplets enclosed in a thin, oil-filled gap were transported over an array of electrodes. Stable, continuous oil films separated the droplets from the surfaces when the droplets were stationary. During droplet transport, capillary waves formed in the films on the electrode surfaces as the oil menisci receded. The waves evolved into dome-shaped oil lenses. Droplet deformation and oil displacement caused the films at the surface opposite the electrode array to transform into dimples of oil trapped over the centers of the droplets. Lower actuation voltages were associated with slower film thinning and formation of fewer, but larger, oil lenses. Lower ac frequencies induced oscillations in the droplets that caused the films to rupture. Films were also destabilized by addition of surfactants to the oil or droplet phases. Such a comprehensive understanding of the oil film behavior will enable more robust electrowetting-actuated lab-on-a-chip devices through prevention of loss of species from droplets and contamination of surfaces at points where films may break. 相似文献

战略导向对企业绩效的影响一直是国内外学术界关注的焦点,但研究结论却出现了分歧.在相关研究的基础上,将渐进性创新和突破性创新作为中介变量,构建了市场导向、创新导向对企业绩效影响的概念模型,并以湖南省高新技术开发区的180家企业为样本对其进行了经验检验.研究发现,市场导向和创新导向对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,渐进性创新和突破性创新在其阃发挥了重要的中介作用.该结论进一步丰富了战略导向理论,为企业战略导向的实施提供了一种新思路. 相似文献

运用制度理论,从社会网络视角讨论了连锁董事网络、制度发展与企业价值之间的关系,阐述了不同制度环境下高管继任模式对企业价值创造的影响机理。采用普通线性回归方法对中国上市公司进行了实证分析。研究发现连锁董事网络提高了企业的价值创造,但受到制度发展程度的负向调节。同时,相对保守的继任模式在制度发展程度不完善时提高了企业价值;学习导向模式在制度较为完善时更能提高企业价值。结论对新兴市场企业创新与组织学习具有理论与实践意义。 相似文献

高铁"时空压缩"效应使都市圈旅游辐射范围进一步扩大。以都市圈为基本空间结构单元,分析高铁驱动下大尺度区域旅游空间结构优化具有重要意义。本文运用"核心-边缘"和"板块旅游"空间结构理论,结合京沪高铁线6个都市圈基本特征以及高铁旅游流空间网络结构和空间效应特征,通过节点优化,线状连接和面状拓展等空间优化路径,确定大尺度区域重点旅游发展点、旅游发展轴和旅游地系统,构建不同等级的旅游板块。通过一级核心旅游点和一级旅游地系统的核心扩散作用,将二级旅游板块和三级旅游板块由一、二、三级扩展轴融入一级旅游板块中,最终建构京沪高铁旅游带。高铁"时空压缩"效应使高铁旅游带的各都市圈空间联系增强,应加强都市圈区域旅游合作,进一步发挥高铁扩散效应和叠加效应,促使"旅游高地"不是对"旅游洼地"产生虹吸现象,而是更多发挥"旅游高地"的"溢出效应",带动"旅游洼地"发展,进而实现高铁区域旅游一体化发展的目标。 相似文献

An efficient planar micromixer based on multidirectional vortices in a curved channel with radial baffles is proposed and examined in this work. The curvature of the microchannel and the radial baffles induce vortices in different directions. The multidirectional vortices and the converging-diverging flow caused by the baffles contribute together to the enhancement of mixing. The micromixer is fabricated with polydimethylsiloxane by a single planar microlithography process and the mixing behaviors are observed by a confocal spectral microscope imaging system to validate the simulation obtained by a commercial code. The simulation and experimental results are in reasonable agreement. The concentration distributions and flow patterns obtained reveal the following trends. (i) The mixing efficiency of the basic C-shaped micromixer with the first baffle attached to the internal cylinder and the second attached to the external cylinder is better than that of the C-shaped micromixer with inverted arrangement of baffles. (ii) When the radius of the curved channel and the width of the passage between the baffle and the cylindrical wall are small enough and the Reynolds number (Re) is large enough, an extra separation vortex develops in the downstream of the second baffle. This phenomenon is one of the reasons of trend (i). (iii) A micromixer consisting of a few basic C-shaped micromixers connected by straight channels may generate a high degree of mixing for the case with a large Re. 相似文献

以ESI数据库为数据来源,从学科相对产出和相对引文影响比较分析了中国与世界主要国家的科研论文产出,并进一步考虑论文产出和引文影响在学科之间的非均衡分布,从学科专业化和标准引文影响两个维度刻画我国与世界主要国家科研论文产出的相对位置。发现中国科研论文总数虽已居世界第二,但与世界主要国家相比,科研论文质量存在较大差距,学科结构布局也存在一定差异。当前,中国正处于从学科专业化指标值=0.5、标准引文影响指标值=0.6向学科专业化指标值=0.35、标准引文影响指标值=1.2双重跃迁的关键时期。本文研究方法及结论对于认清中国在世界科学研究领域中的地位具有一定的补充和警示作用。 相似文献

Some of the first portrayals of women in science occurred in a handful of British films made during the 1950s and 1960s.
