目的 :探讨新生儿脐静脉血清生化指标的特点 ,为新生儿脐血清生化指标参考值调查及新生儿健康情况提供资料。方法 :用 715 0全自动血细胞分析仪检测 5 1例新生儿脐静脉血及 5 0例成人静脉血 ,并作统计分析 ,性别间、组间比较采用均数的t检验。结果 :发现新生儿脐血清生化指标测定值不同于新生儿体内血清测定值 ,在男女间TBIL、HBDH、HDL差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;此外 ,脐血CHO在剖宫产组与顺产组间的差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;脐血LDH、HDL在胎吸组与顺产组间的差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :新生儿脐静脉血清生化指标是一组特殊资料 ,反映了新生儿在宫内的发育状况 ,并与不同生产方式有关。  相似文献

目的:对应用接枝的羟基磷灰石(g-HA)/聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)纳米复合支架接种自体骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)和骨形态发生蛋白2(BMP-2)治疗重症骨缺损的新的治疗策略进行评估,并通过肌肉内移植研究人工骨的组织相容性和移植物在体内的矿化和缺损骨的愈合。创新点:改性的PLGA接种自体MSCs的组织工程骨加速了骨缺损的愈合,使临床重症骨缺损的治疗有了新的手段。方法:应用溶剂浇铸和粒子沥滤方法将PLGA和g-HA制备成复合支架g-HA/PLGA。在g-HA/PLGA支架上接种兔自体MSCs制成组织工程移植物。取宽0.3 cm长2.0 cm的上述移植物埋入兔背部肌肉内,8周后取出移植物,使用扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)检测人工骨的组织相容性(图3a),X射线能量色散谱(EDX)分析钙浓度。然后,用锯锯掉兔前肢桡骨骨干2.0 cm,取同样长度的上述移植物放置于骨缺损处(图4)。术后2、4、8周应用计算机X线摄影(CR)检测骨缺损愈合情况(图5),组织学分析愈合组织结构(图6),SEM检测人工骨与周围组织的相容性(图7),反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测愈合组织Collagen I、Collagen II和Bmp-2基因的表达。结论:PLGA掺入g-HA主要改善了矿化作用,有益于骨相关基因的表达和骨形成。自体MSCs的应用增强了骨形成和PLGA支架的矿化作用,并加速了支架的吸收。  相似文献

目的:探讨外源性EGFP基因转染修饰兔骨髓间充质干细胞(m esenchymal stem cells,MSCs)的可行性。方法:用增强型荧光绿色蛋白(enhanced green fluorescent protein,EGFP)作为报告基因,以脂质体法转染骨髓间充质干细胞,观察转染结果、表达情况及对靶细胞活力的影响。结果:经荧光显微镜下观察证实:成功地对骨髓间充质干细胞实现了基因转染。结论:兔骨髓间充质干细胞能够在体外适宜的条件下进行长期培养;骨髓间充质干细胞可直接作为基因靶细胞,建立稳定表达EGFP的骨髓间充质干细胞系具有可行性,为进一步做标记的MSCs细胞的移植研究奠定基础。  相似文献

目的:探讨妇科光谱治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂术后配合应用聚维酮碘栓的临床效果.方法:对我院门诊部102例宫颈糜烂患者分A、B两组用妇科光谱治疗仪治疗,A组术后2~3周加用聚维酮碘栓阴道上药,B组术后不用任何药物,观察两组患者手术时间、患者反映及术后创面愈合情况.结果:两组患者一次性治愈率高,达96%以上,4~6周治愈率及7~8周治愈率A组均高于B组.结论:运用妇科光谱治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂疗效好,一次性治愈率高,术后加用聚维酮碘栓可促进创面愈合,减少感染发生.  相似文献

目的:观察鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对家兔乳腺增生病的影响,为临床实验提供理论依据。方法:用雌性健康家兔制作兔乳腺增生病动物模型,测定兔血清中雌二醇含量的变化、兔乳腺重量及光镜下兔乳腺组织的改变,评价鹿羊乳癖康颗粒调节激素等的治疗作用。结果:鹿羊乳癖康颗粒各组用药后家兔血清雌二醇含量均低于模型组,且低、中、高剂量组对降低实验家兔血清雌二醇含量有较好的剂量效应依赖关系。中、高剂量组与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),高剂量组降低达51.01%。乳腺重量、直径、小叶数量和组织病理观察结果表明,不同剂量鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对家兔乳腺增生均有明显的抑制作用。结论:鹿羊乳癖康颗粒对实验性家兔乳腺增生病有明显的治疗效果,可抑制家兔乳腺组织增生,且具有明显的量效依赖关系。其对家兔乳腺增生的抑制作用优于阳性对照药乳疾灵颗粒。  相似文献

目的:通过使用骨肽注射液辅助治疗四肢骨折,评价其在促进骨折早期愈合过程中的作用。方法:选择四肢新鲜闭合性骨折病人,根据入院先后,将病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用保守治疗方法,治疗组38例,给予肌注或静点骨肽注射液;对照组38例,服用骨折挫伤散或麝香接骨胶囊。结果:治疗组中33例病人骨折愈合时间比同类骨折临床愈合标准时间提前1/4以上,总有效率92.11%;对照组11例病人骨折愈合时间比同类骨折临床愈合标准时间提前1/4以上,总有效率50%。结论:骨肽注射液在促进骨折早期愈合过程中效果明显。  相似文献

目的:观察笑气吸入分娩镇痛的疗效和对母儿的影响.方法:对60例镇痛组的产妇在分娩过程中给予吸入50%笑气与50%氧气混合气体实施分娩镇痛,另在同时期选择60例对照组产妇除不给笑气外,其他产科处理措施与镇痛组相同,观察两组产妇冬疼痛程度、SPO2、产程时间、产后出血、新生儿出生时Apgar评分及新生儿脐血血气分析.结果:镇痛组疼痛评分明显低对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),镇痛组的活跃期和第二产程时间明显缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.01),但总产程、SPO2、新生儿脐血血气分析和产后出血比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论:笑气吸入分娩镇痛活跃期和第二产程时间缩短,对母儿无不良影响,在产科镇痛方面也有很好的应用前景.  相似文献

目的 :探讨新生儿脐血细胞特点。方法 :用Olympass显微镜对 5 1例新生儿脐血涂片进行分类计数。结果 :新生儿脐血细胞既不同于新生儿静脉血 ,也不同于成人血 ,在脐血中出现幼稚红细胞及幼稚粒细胞。其中只有中幼红细胞所占比例有显著性性别差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余均无性别差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。新生儿脐血细胞中有核红细胞的数量与其血红蛋白的浓度也不成比例。结论 :新生儿脐血细胞具有特殊性 ,在新生儿免疫状况研究及脐血输注等方面具有重要意义。  相似文献

目的:探讨软组织损伤对骨折愈合影响的作用机理。方法:作者选用新西兰大白兔32只,随机分成8组,均以右侧前肢为实验组,左侧为对照组。实验组骨折部位切除部分软组织。采用墨汁灌注血管的方法,观察骨折部位微循环变化。结果:实验组中骨皮质血供以髓内供应为主,而对照组以骨膜血供为主。实验组骨皮质萎缩变薄,骨皮质萎缩与骨膜微循环障碍有明显关系。结论:骨折愈合与局部微循环改变有明显关系,软组织损伤造成了骨折部位微循环障碍是骨折愈合延迟的主要作用环节。  相似文献

A first order system model is proposed for simulating the influence of stress stimulation on fracture strength during fracture healing. To validate the model, the diaphyses of bilateral tibiae in 70 New Zealand rabbits were osteotomized and fixed with rigid plates and stress-relaxation plates, respectively. Stress shielding rate and ultimate bending strength of the healing bone were measured at 2 to 48 weeks postoperatively. Ratios of stress stimulation and fracture strength of the healing bone to those of intact bone were taken as the system input and output. The assumed first order system model can approximate the experimental data on fracture strength from the input of stress stimulation over time, both for the rigid plate group and the stress-relaxation plate group, with different system parameters of time constant and gain. The fitting curve indicates that the effect of mechanical stimulus occurs mainly in late stages of healing. First order system can model the stress adaptation process of fracture healing. This approach presents a simple bio-mathematical model of the relationship between stress stimulation and fracture strength, and has the potential to optimize planning of functional exercises and conduct parametric studies. Objective: Study blood vessel injury and gene expression indicating vascular endothelial cell apoptosis induced by mannitol with and without administration of anti-oxidative vitamins. Methods: Healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups. Mannitol was injected into the vein of the rabbit ear in each animal. Pre-treatment prior to mannitol injection was per- formed with normal saline (group B), vitamin C (group C) and vitamin E (group D). Blood vessel injury was assessed under electron and light microscopy. In a second experiment, cell culture specimen of human umbilical vein endothelial cells were treated with mannitol. Pre-treatment was done with normal saline (sample B), vitamin C (sample C) and vitamin E (sample D). Total RNA was extracted with the original single step procedure, followed by hybridisation and analysis of gene expression. Results: In the animal experiment, serious blood vessel injury was seen in group A and group B. Group D showed light injury only, and normal tissue without pathological changes was seen in group C. Of all 330 apoptosis-related genes analysed in human cell culture specimen, no significant difference was seen after pre-treatment with normal saline, compared with the gene chip without pre-treatment. On the gene chip pre-treated with vitamin C, 45 apoptosis genes were down-regulated and 34 anti-apoptosis genes were up-regulated. Pre-treatment with vitamin E resulted in the down-regulation of 3 apoptosis genes. Conclusion: Vitamin C can protect vascular endothelial cells from mannitol-induced injury.  相似文献

目的:比较改良小夹板与传统小夹板固定桡骨远端伸直型骨折复位后的临床疗效。方法:将选取的113例桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者,分成观察组55例和对照组58例,两组在手法整复后分别采用改良小夹板固定、传统小夹板固定,比较两组患者在治疗4周内夹板调整次数、疼痛缓解时间、手腕消退时间、骨折临床愈合时间及夹板固定后并发症情况,两组在治疗3个月后掌倾角和尺偏角的丢失值,Green和O’Brien腕关节功能评分,治疗后优良率。结果:观察组与对照组在4周内夹板调整次数分别为(2.58±0.78)次、(4.03±0.81)次。观察组与对照组疼痛缓解时间分别为(3.13±1.01)d、(5.23±1.25)d,手腕肿胀消退时间分别为(5.62±1.02)d、(7.24±2.12)d,骨折愈合时间分别为(36.17±3.12)d、(46.14±3.56)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组3月后的掌倾角丢失值分别为(1.2±1.46)°、(1.79±1.82)°,尺偏角丢失值(1.68±1.37)°、(1.52±2.16)°,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组Green和O’Brien评分分别为(89.78±11.52)分、(80.39±13.28)分,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组优良率90.9%,对照组优良率81.0%,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良夹板固定桡骨远端伸直型骨折优于传统小夹板,具有良好实用效果,值得临床推广使用。  相似文献

目的:探讨归芪五味消毒饮联合抗生素预防关节置换术后感染的临床疗效。方法:2015年10月至2020年10月收治200例关节置换患者,其中全髋关节置换50例,人工股骨头置换80例,全膝关节置换40例,膝关节单髁置换30例,每种病例随机分成2组,一组为观察组,另一组为对照组。所有患者常规应用抗生素,同时观察组于术后第1d开始口服归芪五味消毒饮,每天1剂,连用5d。分别于手术前、术后1、5d抽静脉测定C反应蛋白(CRP)、血测白细胞数量(WBC)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)。同时随访观察患者的切口愈合情况。结果:观察组和对照组手术前和手术后第1d后的CRP、WBC计数、ESR比较,差异均无统计学意义。术后1d的CRP、WBC计数、ESR均高于术前和术后5d(对照表1、2、3)。术后第5天两组之间的CRP、WBC计数、ESR比较,差异均有统计学意义。术后观察组均未发生感染,切口均愈合良好,对照组4例切口浅表感染,伤口延迟愈合。观察组切口愈合时间(13±3)d,对照组切口愈合时间(16±4)d。结论:归芪五味消毒饮联合抗生素可明显改善血液炎性指标,预防关节置换术后感染。  相似文献

Objective: To study the effect and implication of nonmyeloablative donor specific bone marrow (DSBM) infusion on the immunoreaction of liver allotransplantation. Methods: Orthotopic liver transplantation model was used in this study. Groups were set as follows: Group Ⅰ, syngeneic control (Wistar-to-Wistar); Group Ⅱ, acute rejection (SD-to-Wistar); Group Ⅲ, acute rejection treated with cyclosporine A (CsA) by intramuscular injection (SD-to-Wistar CsA); Group Ⅳ, bone marrow infusion at 7 d pretransplantation followed by short-term CsA treatment (SD-to-Wistar DSBM); Another group of short-term CsA treatment preoperatively without bone marrow infusion was also set as control. General characteristics and survival time were observed.Histological grades of rejection were determined by pathological examination. IL-2 and IFN-γ level in peripheral blood and donor liver were detected respectively by Enzyme-Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay (ELISA) and Western blot. Chimerism of donor cells was measured by PCR for a male-specific marker (Y-chromosome-specific sequence, Sry). Results: No signs of rejection were found in Group Ⅰ. Acute rejection occurred in both Group Ⅱ and the short-term CsA treated group. All the recipients died at (9~15)d posttransplantation with a median survival time of (10.7±0.5) d and (11.2±2.4) d, respectively. Only mild rejection could be seen in Group Ⅲ. In Group Ⅳ, 4 out of 6 recipients had long-term survival (>100 d), the histological grade of rejection was significantly lower than that of Group Ⅱ, so did the expression level of IL-2 and IFN-γ in both peripheral blood and grafted liver.Y-chromosome-specific sequence (Sry) of male SD rats could be detected in the bone marrow, spleen and thymus of female recipients at 15 d after bone marrow infusion. Conclusion: Mild preconditioning nonmyeloablative donor specific bone marrow infusion can enhance chimerism formation in recipients, alleviate the rejection of liver allotransplantation and prolong survival of liver allotransplantation.  相似文献

Incorporation of a tendon graft within the bone tunnel represents a challenging clinical problem. Successful anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction requires solid healing of the tendon graft in the bone tunnel. Enhancement of graft healing to bone is important to facilitate early aggressive rehabilitation and a rapid return to pre-injury activity levels. No convenient, effective or inexpensive procedures exist to enhance tendon-bone (T-B) healing after surgery. Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) improves local blood perfusion and angiogenesis, stimulates cartilage maturation, enhances differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts, and motivates osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and therefore, appears to be a potential non-invasive tool for T-B healing in early stage of rehabilitation of ACL reconstruction. It is conceivable that LIPUS could be used to stimulate T-B tunnel healing in the home, with the aim of accelerating rehabilitation and an earlier return to normal activities in the near future. The purpose of this review is to demonstrate how LIPUS stimulates T-B healing at the cellular and molecular levels, describe studies in animal models, and provide a future direction for research.  相似文献
