要提高教师的教研水平必须经过不断的培训。本文就如何利用园本培训来提高教师的教研水平作了由实践到理论的探讨。首先以教育活动为切入点阐述进行园本培训的有效性。其次，以具体事例说明了如何找准教师的发展需要为出发点，促进教育教研水平提高。再次，以搭建园本培训平台，营造良好教研氛围来形成培训中学的习共同体，提高教师的整体教研水平。最后，从园内与园外培训相结合，共同促进教研发展来说明园本的重要性与必要性。 相似文献
