采用文献资料、问卷调查和田野式考察等方法,对30余个少数民族的传统体育项目进行分析.结果表明：少数民族地区由于受地理环境和人文环境因素的影响,其传统体育具有竞技性、娱乐性和实用健身性等特点.民族传统体育项目在产生和发展过程中与人们的生产、生活密切相关,传统体育项目仍是少数民族地区健身、娱乐和促进生产的有效手段.充分利用和弘扬区域的民族体育文化这一宝贵财富,为全民健身活动的开展具有积极意义. 相似文献
