Aim: To discuss the merits of "tubes treatment" for esophageal fistula (EF). Methods: A 66-year-old female who suffered from a bronchoesophageal and esophagothoratic fistula underwent a successful "three tubes treatment" (close chest drainage, negative pressure suction at the leak, and nasojejunal feeding tube), combination of antibiotics, antacid drugs and nu-tritional support. Another 55-year-old male patient developed an esophagopleural fistula (EPF) after esophageal carcinoma operation. He too was treated conservatively with the three tubes strategy as mentioned above towards a favorable outcome. Results: The two patients recovered with the tubes treatment, felt well and became able to eat and drink, presenting no complaint. Con-clusion: Tubes treatment is an effective basic way for EF. It may be an alternative treatment option.  相似文献

This study addresses heat transfer performance of various configurations of coiled non-circular tubes, e.g., in-plane spiral ducts, helical spiral ducts, and conical spiral ducts. The laminar flow of a Newtonian fluid in helical coils made of square cross section tubes is simulated using the computational fluid dynamic approach. The effects of tube Reynolds number, fluid Prandtl number, coil diameter, etc., are quantified and discussed. Both constant wall temperature and constant heat flux conditions are simulated. The effect of in-plane coil versus a cylindrical design of constant coil, as well as a conical coil design is discussed. Results are compared with those for a straight square tube of the same length as that used to form the coils. Advantages and limitations of using coiled tubes are discussed in light of the numerical results.  相似文献

为研究一种新型强化传热管的传热效果,对光管、普通翅片管和螺旋槽式翅片管在不同流量条件下的传热特性进行了比较研究.实验中管程工质为水蒸气,壳程通入饱和液态水作为冷源.结果表明,螺旋槽式翅片管的换热量明显高于光管和普通翅片管,并且随着流体流量的增加,传热效率的提高也更加明显.当蒸汽温度140℃时,螺旋槽式翅片管沸腾传热系数...  相似文献

As a new technique in ground improvement, geosynthetic-encased columns (GECs) have promising applications in soft soil foundation. By assuming yielding occurs in the columns while the surrounding soil and the geosynthetic remain elastic, an elastoplastic analytical procedure for foundations improved by GECs is proposed. The radial stresses that the geosynthetic provides and the elastoplastic deformations of the foundation resting on a rigid base are derived. A comparison with finite element analysis shows that the proposed method is effective and can provide a reasonable prediction of a GEC??s deformation. Subsequent parametric analysis indicates that higher geosynthetic stiffness leads to better performance of the composite foundation. The optimum length of encasement is related to the load acting on the foundation and the permissible vertical and radial displacements of the column. Moreover, as the dilation angle of the column increases, the settlement decreases, especially under high loading. The influence of the encasement is more significant in soils with smaller elastic modulus.  相似文献

采用离体花粉培养技术,研究了不同浓度的细胞外钙对百合花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响.结果表明:在0.01% Ca2+度下花粉萌发和花粉管生长速率最快,高于或低于这个浓度,花粉管生长速率和萌发速率都显著被抑制.将快速生长的花粉管,转入Ca2+浓度为03%的培养基中,花粉管的生长在几秒种内就被抑制.长时间0.3% Ca浓度培养导致花粉管呈波浪形状.这种改变是不可逆的,当用pectinase处理或降低培养基中的钙浓度时,花粉管破裂.这些结果说明钙作为花粉管生长调节信号,对花粉管的生长具有直接作用和间接作用.  相似文献

Rats were given alternating 1-min access to two tubes containing sucrose solutions that varied in concentraton (32% vs. 2%, 32% vs. 4%, 32% vs. 8%, and 32% vs. 16%). Lick rate for 32% sucrose was higher when the alternative tube contained a lower concentration solution than when both tubes contained 32% (a positive-contrast effect), and lick rate for the lower concentration solution (2%, 4%, 8%, or 16%) was lower when the alternative tube contained 32% than when both tubes contained the lower concentration solution (negative contrast effect). Proportion of licks made for 32% under contrast conditions tended to match the proportion of concentration available from that tube. Regression analysis of the ratio of licks made to the two tubes under contrast conditions as a function of ratio of concentrations available indicated a good fit to a power function with an exponent of 1.13, within the range of those typically found in human magnitude estimation studies of relative sweetness.  相似文献

设计了2种分别由6根管子组成的不同管束排列在沸腾室中.实验以去离子水为介质,研究了常压及低于大气压下压力对光滑管束和烧结表面多孔管束核池沸腾传热性能的影响.实验结果表明,在真空条件下这2种管束的沸腾传热系数与在常压条件下一样随着压力值的升高而增大.在相同的操作参数条件下,与光滑管相比较,当压力值在10~100kPa之间变化时,烧结表面多孔管的传热系数提高了0.2~4倍.此外,实验数据还表明在真空条件下烧结表面多孔管及光滑管均存在管束效应.  相似文献

Characteristics of R22 and its new alternative refrigerant R290 flowing through adiabatic capillary tubes are investigated based on the homogeneous model.Extensive flow variables along tube length such as pressure, temperature, viscosity, velocity, Reynolds number, friction factor and vapor quality etc are compared between the two fluids under the same operating condition. Two cases are considered, namely, either the same tube length or the same mass flow rate as inlet condition. The results show that the mass flow rate in the capillary tube of R290 is 40% lower than that of R22 due to the differences of physical properties between the two fluids. Further, a parametric analysis is performed and it appears that effects of geometric and thermodynamic parameters on mass flow rate of R290 are weaker than that of R22. When the condensing temperature is increased from 40 ℃ to 50 ℃, the mass flow rate for R22 is increased by 16%, while the increasing rate for R290 is 13%.  相似文献

目的:研究CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术后并发气胸的细管胸腔闭式引流治疗效果。方法:对某院自2001年1月至2005年9月CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术后发生的53例气胸患者中有较明显胸闷、气促的6例患者进行细管(选用16号20cm长中心静脉导管)胸腔闭式引流的疗效观察。结果:6例患者气胸全部治愈,肺复张时间(指插管至肺完全复张所需时间)1~3天,效果满意,未出现并发症。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检使用细针(20G切割针),并发气胸时胸膜破裂口较小,往往形成闭合性气胸,使用细管胸腔闭式引流治疗不仅取材容易,操作简便,病人痛苦少,而且疗效满意,无并发症,值得临床推广使用。  相似文献

With isopentane as working fluid, the heat transfer performances for corrugated, nodal and horizontal grain tubes are simulated. The structural parameters of the three kinds of tubes are compared with those of the plain tube. The numerical results using computational fluid dynamics are validated with theoretical values. For the corrugated, nodal and horizontal grain tubes, the heat transfer enhancements(HTEs) are 2.31—2.53, 1.18—1.86 and 1.02—1.31 times of those of the plain tube, respectively. However, the improved HTEs are at the expense of pressure losses. The drag coefficients are 6.10—7.09, 2.06—11.03 and 0.53—1.83 higher, respectively. From the viewpoint of comprehensive heat transfer factor, the corrugated tube is recommended for engineering applications, followed by the horizontal grain tube.  相似文献

试验表明用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定海水Pb时,抗坏血酸—HNO_3是消除海水基体干扰的有效基体改进剂。样品从石墨管壁原子化,不同商标的热解涂层石墨管效果不一。分析结果通过“质控海水”和“极谱分析法”的验证,结果是满意的,回收率在95~99%范围。对含Pb lμg/L以内的海水可直接测定。  相似文献

利用FLUENT软件模拟了CVD法制备ZnO时双管管式炉内流场的分布。研究了在无化学反应发生时,重力对Zn蒸汽分布的影响,以及在有化学反应发生时,保持进气总量不变的情况下,O_2含量对ZnO质量分布和反应速率分布的影响。模拟结果表明:重力有利于Zn蒸汽由内管向外管的扩散及Zn蒸汽与O_2的充分接触;当有化学反应时,保持进气总量不变,最大反应速率及对应的ZnO质量分数随着O_2含量减小而增大;反应生成的ZnO主要均匀分布在管式炉外管的下游区域。  相似文献

为探究降雨入渗作用下排水钉的排水性能及其对土体渗流场的影响,通过开展室内试验、建立排水钉数值模型、定义流量函数模拟降雨入渗过程,分析排水钉排水量及土体中体积含水率和孔隙水压力的变化规律。 结果表明:随着降雨时间的增加,排水钉排水量不断增大直至最大值,排水量处于最大值一段时间后,土体表面积水入渗完成,排水量开始大幅减小。 随着降雨入渗的发展,各监测点处体积含水率均达到土体饱和体积含水率,各处孔隙水压力值由负变正,降雨停止后,由于排水钉的排水作用,各处体积含水率均不断减小,最终,各监测点处体积含水率均小于初始状态,孔隙水压力值由正变负。 数值模拟结果能与室内试验结果具有良好的一致性。 研究结果说明排水钉具有良好的排水效果,可有效解决工程中降水的排出问题,能够为工程的排水设计提供借鉴。  相似文献

介绍了一种用于强化管壳式换热器壳侧传热和支撑管束的螺旋折流片新型结构,该结构是对换热器管子相间地套上螺旋折流片以产生旋涡流动.研究模型是在正方形布置的4个管子中的2个对角管子套上螺旋折流片后形成的通道,利用FLUENT软件对该上述四管通道模型的流场和温度分布情况进行了数值模拟;分析了四管通道模型中螺旋折流片对强化传热和流动阻力随雷诺数的变化关系的影响.算例结果显示该新型结构可比相同尺寸的光管通道中的情形传热系数提高约40%~55%,同时也将伴随较高的流动阻力.可以相信螺旋折流片式换热器将会在许多工业领域有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

目的观察胸腔置管引流术与间断性胸水穿刺术两种方法治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效。方法大量结核性胸腔积液患者48例,随机分为胸腔置管引流术治疗组24例和间断性胸水穿刺术组24例,比较并发症发生率及其疗效。结果胸腔置管引流术组有效率明显高于胸腔穿刺术组;胸腔置管引流术组胸水吸收较快、并发症较少,二者有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论胸腔置管引流术治疗结核性胸腔积液并发症少,住院治疗时间短,是比较理想的辅助治疗方法。  相似文献
