探讨了储氧时间对彭泽鲫部分血液学指标的影响,分别测定了健康彭泽鲫在储氧时间为0,6,12,18,24,48,72,96h时血液中血红蛋白含量和红细胞的数量以及患了赤皮病的彭泽鲫血液中血红蛋白含量和红细胞的数量.结果显示:(1)健康彭泽鲫在储养96h的时间里血液中血红蛋白含量先升高后降低,在储养12h的时候处于最高,数值为11.18g/100mL,此后开始逐渐降低,至储养到72h时彭泽鲫血红蛋白含量为7.73g/100mL,72h以后保持在较稳定的状态.红细胞数量也是先升高后降低,在储养到12h的时候处于最高,为138万个/mm3,此后开始降低,至储养到72h红细胞数为91万个/mm3,此后保持在相对稳定的状态.(2)彭泽鲫储养过程中健康的彭泽鲫血红蛋白含量和红细胞数分别为9.32g/100mL、1.12百万个/mm3,均分别极显著高于患赤皮病的彭泽鲫血红蛋白含量和红细胞数量(8.12g/100 mL、100万个/mm3)(P<0.01).分析表明健康的彭泽鲫在正常条件下储养96h里,72h以后血液学指标保持稳定的状态,是出口运输最好时机.患赤皮病的彭泽鲫血液中的血红蛋白含量和红细胞数与健康鱼对应的血液学指标有显著差异. 相似文献

基于甲醛与氰化钾反应,抑制鲁米诺一氰化钾—铜（Ⅱ）体系的化学发光强度,建立了一种化学发光法测定甲醛的新方法．该方法的线性范围为1．4×10^10～1．6×10^-8g/mL,检出限为3．1×10^-11g／mL,对9．6×10^-10g／mL的甲醛标准溶液进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为2．2％．结果表明此法为检测室内气体中微量甲醛的有效方法． 相似文献

对月鳢血细胞的显微结构、数量、大小,核的大小,白细胞的分类计数及血红蛋白含量等方面进行了观察、测定,并进行了雌雄两性比较。结果表明,月鳢的血红蛋白量为（8.06±1.78）g/100ml;红细胞数量值为222.52±57.53（10^4/mm^3）;白细胞数量值为2.25±0.51（10^4/mm^3）;白细胞分类计数中淋巴细胞占（68.78±4.68）%,单核细胞占（8.42±1.78）%,血栓细胞占（7.59±5.54）%,嗜中性粒细胞占（15.53±5.54）%;红细胞大小（长径×短径）为（12.64±0.48）μm×（7.44±0.30）μm;红细胞核大小（长径×短径）为（6.02±0.29）μm×（1.89±0.14）μm。性别对血细胞的形态结构及血液指标无显著影响。 相似文献

研究了在NH3·H2O-NH3Cl介质中,Mn（Ⅱ）催化高碘酸钾氧化铬黑T褪色反应的适宜条件,讨论了反应的动力学参数,建立了测定痕量锰的新体系。方法的检出限为2.45×10-9g/mL,线性范围为0～0.3μg/25mL。用于茶叶中痕量锰的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

将待检验〉3的奇数α表为6k±1的形式（α模6不余±1则3｜±）．求k模〉3的最小素数r的剩余并把r表为6c±1．
当k≡c（modr）,r｜（6k±1）,当k≡-c（modr）,r｜（6k1）．
依次换取〉r的最小素数用上法求之,当出现k模r0余±c的情形,如果α是被r整除的数形,r0就是α的素因子．再对奇数用上法从r0起求之,最终得到α的标准分解式．
