以灵芝、凤尾为实验材料；以固体原种为对照样，采用液体发酵法制备的液体原种为实验样；以菌丝体的生长势、生物量及其液体原种、固体原种制备栽培种的实验结果为评价指标，对液体发酵法制备液体原种的培养基进行了筛选．结果表明，灵芝和凤尾的菌丝体在玉米粉和黄豆粉培养基中生长情况比在马铃薯和麦粒汁培养基中的生长情况好，表现出菌丝长势旺盛、菌丝球大小均匀、生物量高的特点．并且，用玉米粉和黄豆粉培养基制备的液体原种制备栽培种也优于用马铃薯和麦粒汁培养基培养的液体原种． 相似文献

以不含任何氮素营养的基本培养基和以1％蛋白胨为唯一氮源的培养基为对照，测试了平菇、杏鲍菇、灵芝、黑木耳、毛木耳、金针菇、茶树菇、香菇、白灵菇、灰树花等10种常见木腐性食用菌在以不同浓度抽滤除菌和高压蒸汽灭菌尿素为惟一氮源的培养基上的菌丝生长情况。结果表明，相对于蛋白胨而言，尿素不是食用菌菌丝生长的良好氮源；尿素经高温灭菌后，产生了对食用菌菌丝生长有抑制作用的成分；不同食用菌对尿素的同化利用能力不同。 相似文献

对7种食用菌和药用菌富锗能力对比研究的结果表明，灵芝的富锗能力最强。通过对在不同的培养基中，添加不同量的锗对灵芝富锗量、菌丝干重、菌丝体SOD和蛋白质含量的影响进行研究，发现培养基中添加2000mg／L的GeO2，灵芝菌丝干重、SOD、蛋白质含量、菌丝含锗量可分别达到31．6g／L，175．6μ/g,225mg/g，7951μ/g。 相似文献

通过对南韩灵芝菌株在不同碳源、氮源及不同配方的母种培养基的生长实验,筛选出适合其生长的碳源、氮源和最佳培养基配方．试验结果表明：南韩灵芝菌丝体在麸皮、酵母膏,蛋白胨3种氮源中,以麸皮为最适氮源;在葡萄糖、蔗糖和玉米粉3种碳源中,以玉米粉为最适碳源．在5种不同的培养基试验中,加富PDA培养基是最适合南韩灵芝生长的培养基配方． 相似文献

目的:研究不同浓度的栽培黑豆和野生黑豆粉末对深层发酵灵芝菌丝生长、灵芝酸产量的影响。方法:通过菌丝活化、种子液培养、液体深层发酵培养3阶段获得灵芝菌丝体,用乙醇提取灵芝酸,香草醛法测定其含量并计算产量。结果:当培养基栽培黑豆浓度为10g/L时,灵芝酸含量和产量分别比对照提高了1.59和2.66倍;当培养基野生黑豆浓度为10g/L时,灵芝菌丝体生物量和灵芝酸产量分别比对照提高2.25和3.89倍;当培养基野生黑豆浓度为4g/L时,灵芝酸含量达到最大值39.845mg/g。当培养基中野生黑豆浓度为6、8、10g/L时试验组灵芝酸产量无显著差异。结论:从经济性角度考虑,添加4g/L野生黑豆优化培养基效果最佳。 相似文献

通过三种栽培灵芝品种菌株在不同碳源、氮源及不同种配方的母种培养基上的生长实验，筛选出适合其生长的最适碳源、氮源和最佳培养基配方，试验结果表明：三种栽培灵芝菌株菌丝体在玉米粉、可溶性淀粉、蔗糖、葡萄糖、乳糖和走牙糖这几种碳源中，以玉米粉为最适碳源；在花生饼粉、酵母膏、蛋白胨等几种氮源中，以花生饼粉为最适氮源，并表明在PDA培养基中添加蛋白胨和大量元素对菌丝体生长均有促进作用，且其影响效果可以累加。 相似文献

采用液体摇床发酵和固体平板培养技术,以甘蔗渣为唯一碳源,研究灵芝、大球盖菇、金针菇、柱状田头菇四种食用真菌对甘蔗渣的利用情况.测定在四种不同甘蔗渣含量的培养基中各食用真菌所产羧甲基纤维素酶活力和菌丝干重,同时测定了四种茵在平板上的菌丝生长速度.结果表明,灵芝在35g/L液体培养基中所产羧甲基纤维素酶活力最高达831U,所生长茵丝最重达1.162g.固体培养时,金针菇在30g/L生长速度最快达15mm/d. 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
