目的：评价Thinprep液基细胞学在宫颈癌筛查的准确性。方法：1881例受检者同时做宫颈常规脱落细胞涂片巴氏染色、液基标本采集和阴道镜活检．细胞学诊断采用TBS分级系统，阳性诊断包括意义不明的不典型鳞状细胞病变，所有检查均双盲进行。结果：Thinprep液基细胞学检出100％（12／12）的鳞状细胞癌；93．2％（69／74）的鳞状上皮内高度病变，其中CIN396．8％（30／31），CIN290．7％（39／43）；72．4％（92／127）的鳞状上皮内低度病变。常规脱落细胞学检出100％（12／12）的鳞状细胞癌I90．2％（66／74）的鳞状上皮内高度病变，其中CIN396．8％（30／31），CIN286．7％（36／43）；71．1％（91／127）的鳞状上皮内低度病变。Thinprep液基细胞学对鳞状细胞癌和CIN3的分级准确率分别达100％和87．1％，常规脱落细胞学涂片对鳞状细胞癌和CIN3的分级准确率分别达100％和85．0％。结论：宫颈液基细胞学检测方法较比常规脱落细胞学检测敏感性高，尤其是对鳞状上皮内高度病变。 相似文献

通过对中职学生羽毛球健身爱好者运动损伤及成因调查研究。结果表明（1）肘关节、肩关节和膝关节发生运动损伤的次数在前三位;（2）损伤症状以局部微肿、关节疼痛和出现皮下斑痕为主;（3）大部分人损伤后只采用单一的方法治疗;（4）出现损伤后63.4%的人没有完全康复又参加运动训练;（5）只有42%的人了解如何去避免和减少运动损伤的发生;（6）羽毛球运动损伤的成因有技术动作错误、意识不到位、准备活动不充分、自身身体素质、场地原因、步法不正确等。 相似文献

运动员在体操训练中常常发生各种损伤,针对运动损伤发生的原因和机理．采取有效的预防方法是非常必要的。为了最大限度地减少、避免和克服运动损伤的发生,更好地进行教学、训练和指导学生课外活动。需要进一步弄清运动损伤的机制,易发生的部位与运动项目的关系及防范措施。本文采用资料调查法、文献资料法,得出结果：课外活动发生损伤率最高为37．3％．体操教学课为23．2％,训练课、比赛及早操分别为22．7％、10．8％、6％。结论：应多做手腕部、腰及下肢的准备活动,加强场地器材的检修,重视学生身体素质的训练。掌握并运用生物节律的理论．合理安排运动量。 相似文献

通过超声波分散技术制备了碳纳米管／氟碳乳液复合涂料。并用交流阻抗谱、极化曲线等测量手段研究了涂覆在A3钢片上碳纳米管／氟碳乳液复合涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果发现添加较少量的碳纳米管就能显著提高氟碳乳液涂层的耐腐蚀性能。质量分数为3％的碳纳米管／氟碳乳液复合涂层具有较高的阻抗值和腐蚀电位（-0．54V），较低的腐蚀电流密度（大约10^-7.8A／cm^2）,对Q235钢有很好的耐腐蚀效果。 相似文献

目的：了解2011年临床分离菌株对常用抗生素的耐药性。方法：采用API鉴定和ATB药敏板条及纸片扩散法对2011年临床分离1127株细菌进行药敏试验。结果：1127株细菌中革兰阴性菌占76．8％,革兰阳性菌占23．2％。革兰阴性菌中前3位为大肠埃希菌45．7％（395／865）、肺炎克雷伯菌10．6％（92／865）和铜绿假单胞菌9．0％（78／865）;革兰阳性菌中前3位为屎肠球菌27．1％（71／262）、金黄色葡萄球菌24．8％（65／262）和表皮葡萄球菌16．0％（42／262）。药敏试验结果显示泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌检出率分别为19．2％（15／78）和32．8％（23／70）;MRSA和MRCNS分别占金黄色葡萄球菌和CNS的32．3％（21／65）和83．3％（40／48）。结论：定期进行耐药性监测有助于了解细菌耐药性的变迁,为临床用药提供依据。 相似文献

目的：观察急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）家兔心肌匀浆自由基、一氧化氮的变化，探讨心肌损伤的体液机制。方法：60只家兔均分为四组（n=15）。ARF模型1组：皮下注射1％HgCl2（1．3ml／kg．bw）；ARF模型2组：肌肉注射50％甘油（10ml／kg．bw）；以等量生理盐水代替HgCl2和甘油作为对照1、2组。24h后，所有动物颈总动脉放血备检，并选择固定位置。制备10％心肌匀浆。经Aeroset型全自动生化分析仪测定血清反映肾功能的生化指标。检测心肌匀浆丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、一氧化氮（NO）及其合酶（NOS）的变化。结果：与相应对照组比较，ARF模型1、2组心匀浆SOD活性下降、MDA含量升高（P〈0．05），ARF模型1、2组心匀浆NO含量增强、NOS及iNOS活性增强（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论：ARF家兔心肌损伤的机制与自由基损伤及NO升高有关。 相似文献

运用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法对40支高校田径运动队共191人进行了运动损伤统计分析。结果显示：田径运动损伤发生率较高,本、专科队患病率差异显著（p=0．000〈0．01）;本、专科队损伤项目主要体现在短跑、跳远以及中长跑上,差异不显著（p=0．201〉0．05）;本科队在损伤类型上比专科队广泛,在损伤部位上较之集中并且二者差异显著（p=O．049〈O．05）;田径运动损伤的原因呈现多样性、重叠性以及相关性特点。建议应从教练员执教掌控能力、运动员管理体制和医务建设三个方面进行运动损伤的防治。 相似文献

目的：探讨人外周血单核细胞体外培养树突状细胞（dendritic cell，DE）的成熟度和激活性。方法：从健康成人外周血分离单核细胞（PBM）．加入粒单系集落刺激因子（GM—CSF）1000U／ml、重组白细胞介素-4（IL-4）500U／ml．体外培养7d。然后加入肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）100ng／ml，体外培养3d。培养流式细胞仪分别测定两次DC的主要组织相溶性复合体（MHC）-Ⅱ类分子和协同刺激分子，分析其成熟度和激活度。结果：PBM经GM—CSF和IL-4诱导培养7d后，细胞成簇，表型为CD8322．6％、CD8655．5％、CD11c36．1％、CD643．2％、人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-DR13．4％；加入TNF-α培养3d后，细胞表型为CD8381．5％、CD8699．3％、CD11c98，8％、CD643．4％、人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-DR83．3％。结论：GM-CSF和IL-4诱导培养PBM7d，可获得大量不成熟DC，该体系有利于DC扩增，加入TNF-α继续培养3d后．DC成熟度高，激活性好。 相似文献

Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
