Line planning is the first important strategic element in the railway operation planning process, which will directly affect the successive planning to determine the efficiency of the whole railway system. A two-layer optimization model is proposed within a simulation framework to deal with the high-speed railway (HSR) line planning problem. In the model, the top layer aims at achieving an optimal stop-schedule set with the service frequencies, and is formulated as a nonlinear program, solved by genetic algorithm. The objective of top layer is to minimize the total operation cost and unserved passenger volume. Given a specific stop-schedule, the bottom layer focuses on weighted passenger flow assignment, formulated as a mixed integer program with the objective of maximizing the served passenger volume and minimizing the total travel time for all passengers. The case study on Taiwan HSR shows that the proposed two-layer model is better than the existing techniques. In addition, this model is also illustrated with the Beijing-Shanghai HSR in China. The result shows that the two-layer optimization model can reduce computation complexity and that an optimal set of stop-schedules can always be generated with less calculation time.  相似文献

Aiming at the diversity and nonlinearity of the elevator system control target, an effective group method based on a hybrid algorithm of genetic algorithm and neural network is presented in this paper. The genetic algorithm is used to search the weight of the neural network. At the same time, the multi-objective-based evaluation function is adopted, in which there are three main indicators including the passenger waiting time, car passengers number and the number of stops. Different weights are given to meet the actual needs. The optimal values of the evaluation function are obtained, and the optimal dispatch control of the elevator group control system based on neural network is realized. By analyzing the running of the elevator group control system, all the processes and steps are presented. The validity of the hybrid algorithm is verified by the dynamic imitation performance.  相似文献

科学准确地预测铁路客运量是制定铁路网规划的基础。以全国铁路客运量的历史数据为基础,采用灰色GM(1,1)模型和三次指数平滑模型进行组合优化,建立了基于IOWGA(Induced Ordered Weighted Geometric Averaging)算子的组合预测模型,并对组合预测模型进行了检验,检验结果表明,组合预测模型是有效的、可靠的,具有较高的精度,可对我国的铁路客运量进行预测。最后利用所建立的预测模型预测了2008年--2010年我国铁路客运量。  相似文献

In this paper, the open queueing network model is proposed for solving the problem of public transportation in cities. The vertices of the networks (i.e., the bus stops) are determined by means of the fuzzy clustering method. The arcs (i.e., the paths of the public transportation) can be set up by using the shortest path model in the time sense or the 0–1 integer programming method. Applying the statistics method, we can calculate the parameters (such as the passenger flow’s distribution, passenger flow’s transition probability, mean waiting time for the bus etc.) of the public transportation network. In this paper, we suggest to divide the network into two or three stages to implement the public transportation system in the form of “frog jumping” fast transfer and “permeation” fast dispersion. Combining the computer simulation and the evaluation of the achievement and effect of public transportation system, we modify the model so as to solve the public transportation problem better.  相似文献

有效地混合了遗传算法和基于约束满足的自适应神经网络算法,对于一类加工时间可变的调度问题进行了研究.遗传算法被用来进行迭代寻优.当前代经交叉和变异后生成的染色体对应非可行解,由自适应神经网络运算后得到可行解,对应的染色体作为新一代染色体.本算例的目标函数是基于任务的提前/拖期惩罚、附加惩罚以及加工时间的偏离量惩罚,目标是确定最优加工时间和最优加工顺序极小化目标函数,并与一般的遗传算法相比较,实验结果说明了遗传/自适应神经网络算法混合算法的有效性.  相似文献

In the traditional power transmission network planning,deterministic analysis methods are widely used.In such methods,all contingencies are deemed to have the same occurrence probability,which is not reasonable.In this paper,risk assessment is introduced to the process of transmission network planning considering the probabilistic characteristics of contingencies.Risk indices are given to determine the weak points of the transmission network based on local information,such as bus risk,line overload risk,contingency severity.The indices are calculated by the optimal cost control method based on risk theory,which can help planners to quickly determine weak points in the planning and find solution to them.For simplification,only line overload violation is considered.Finally,the proposed method is validated by an IEEE-RTS test system and a real power system in China from two aspects.In the first case,the original system is evaluated by the proposed method to find the weak points,and then four planning schemes are established,among which the best scheme is selected.In the second case,four initial planning schemes are established by combining the experiences of planners,and after the evaluation by using the proposed method,the best planning scheme is improved based on the information of weak points in the initial schemes,and the risk of improved scheme is reduced from 42 531.86 MW·h per year to 4 431.26 MW·h per year.  相似文献

移动机器人在工业生产和社会生活中逐步得到应用。路径规划是移动机器人完成其任务的前提和基础,也是机器人导航的核心技术。针对移动机器人在现有局部路径规划中无法自适应复杂环境、规划路径不合理等问题,提出基于权值自适应的局部路径规划方法。利用传感器信息自动获取合理的目标函数权值,实现具有较高实时性、安全性和鲁棒性的局部路径规划。实验结果表明,改进的动态窗口法能有效自适应复杂环境,规划的路径安全、合理、平滑,算法效率明显提升,计算量和迭代次数明显减少,总运行时间缩短20%以上。  相似文献
