以稀硫酸预处理的麦秆为底物,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化了底物的酶解条件.结果表明:酶解条件的主次顺序为底物质量浓度、酶质量浓度、酶解时间、酶解温度和pH;最佳酶解条件为底物质量浓度0.25 g/L、酶质量浓度2 g/L、酶解时间36 h、酶解温度45℃和pH为5.0,此时总还原糖含量最大为707.07 mg/g,糖含量显著增加.酶解对于提高麦秆的糖化率是非常有必要的.  相似文献

高沸醇木质素残留糖分的分析   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用DNS(3,5-二硝基水杨酸)比色法与直接滴定法测定高沸醇木质素中残留糖分的含量。这两种分析方法的可靠性通过测试已知残留糖含量的木质素磺酸钙试样得到证实。实验结果表明,上述两种方法所测得的同类高沸醇木质素中的含糖量基本相同。不同高沸醇木质素的含糖量分别为:松木木质素5.47%、杉木木质素4.10%、稻草木质素5.12%、芒秆木质素6.68%、花生壳木质素6.81%、麦秆木质素4.78%、毛竹木质素4.73%。  相似文献

To reveal the possible mechanism of silica deposition in higher plants, lignin was isolated from rice straw following a modified method to conduct a simulation experiment in vitro. UV and infrared absorption spectra showed that the substance had the unique characteristics of pure lignin. The presence of silicon in the precipitation was revealed by TEM (transmission electron microscopy) with EDXA (energy dispersive X-ray analysis) device. It was found that in the borax solution where lignin precipitation occurred silica-lignin co-precipitation was produced but not in the DMSO solution where lignin was broken into its composition compounds and did not precipitate. This means that it is macromolecular lignin itself but not its compounds that could induce silica deposition in higher plants.  相似文献

Animals were first conditioned to expect lithium treatment following exposure to one taste solution (the CS+) and to expect no drug treatment following exposure to another flavor (the CS?). All subjects then received a saccharin taste-aversion conditioning trial. In Experiment 1, this conditioning trial was preceded 0, 1, 2, 4, or 6 h earlier by exposure to the CS+ flavor for independent groups. The CS+ exposure attenuated saccharin aversion learning if it occurred immediately before the saccharin conditioning trial but not if it occurred 1 h or more before conditioning. In Experiment 2, the saccharin conditioning trial was preceded 3 or 4.5 h earlier by a lithium injection. This proximal US preexposure injection was either unannounced (Li) or preceded by exposure to the CS+ (CS+Li) or the CS? (CS?Li) stimuli. The US preexposure attenuated saccharin aversion learning in all cases. However, the interference effect was less when the preexposure injection was expected (CS+Li) than when it was unexpected (CS?Li). This outcome could not be explained in terms of direct effects of the CS+ and CS? stimuli on the saccharin conditioning trial, and shows that the proximal US preexposure effect is a function of not only the drug dosage and preexposure interval, but also the anticipation of the drug pretreatment.  相似文献

桦褐孔菌是一种食用真菌,主要含有羊毛甾醇型三萜类、桦褐孔菌醇和桦褐孔菌素、黑色素类、叶酸衍生物,以及芳香物质、木质素、栓菌酸、单宁等化学成分,其中起主要药理作用的为羊毛甾醇型三萜类、桦褐孔菌醇、桦褐孔菌素和木质素.具有抵抗肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌、皮肤癌、直肠癌、淋巴等多种肿瘤细胞,以及抗艾滋病病毒、抗感染、治疗糖尿病、降血压调节血脂、抗机体衰老、增强免疫力等药理作用.应该利用现代技术手段和方法,以循证医学的观念,加强对桦褐孔菌的深入研究,充分发挥其药用价值.  相似文献

该实验通过测定冠心宁注射液中的丹参酚酸类成分和糖类成分,为评价冠心宁注射液的质量品质提供理论依据.采用紫外可见分光光度法检测,进行方法学考察,测定10批冠心宁注射液的丹参酚酸和总糖的含量.结果表明,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3显色法用于测定丹参酚酸的含量;苯酚-硫酸法用于测定总糖的含量;10批冠心宁注射液中丹参酚酸和总糖的平均含量分别为93.27mg.10 ml-1、969.87 mg.10 ml-1,分别占固含物的7.66%、79.60%.因此,该方法简便快速、准确可靠,可有效评价冠心宁注射液中80%以上的大类成分的含量.  相似文献

采用组织分离的方法,选取阿魏侧耳[Pleurotus eryngii(DC.)Quel.Var.]子实体四个部位(菌柄上部、菌柄中部、菌柄下部和菌肉)的组织块,接种在PDA培养基、稻草培养基、甜荞培养基、苦荞培养基上进行恒温培养。结果表明:菌肉组织做分离试验效果显著;在PDA培养基中菌丝生长最佳,明显超过其它分离部位组织和其它三种培养基。  相似文献

目的:了解大学生足部真菌的带菌状况,对培养出来的真菌进行病原学研究及为临床预防和治疗提供依据。方法:对262名自愿受检大学生用棉签对其足部进行涂擦,然后将标本直接镜检,同进进行真菌培养,对培养出来的真菌进行菌种鉴定。结果:262份标本中,共分离出397株真菌,阳性率为74.04%,其中男生为71.8%,女生为77.4%,男、女生真菌携带率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。所分到的菌株中,皮肤癣菌113株,占28.4%(113/397);酵母属114株,占28.7%(114/397);其他未能分类多细胞真菌23株,占5.8%(23/397)。多细胞真菌在男、女生中的携带率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);酵母菌在男、女生中的携带率分别为35.2%、55.7%,差异有统计学意义(Х^2=10.6904,P〈0.01)。大学生群体中,足部真菌病的发病率为11.1%。结论:大学生足部真菌的携带率较高,男、女生差异不明显,但总体发病率相对较低。多细胞真菌、酵母菌的携带率在人群中的整体分布无明显差异,但酵母菌在女生中的携带率明显高于男生。  相似文献

在味精清洁生产工艺中,四效蒸发浓缩谷氨酸超滤清液,以及三效浓缩等电结晶母液,所得的蒸发凝结水(简称工艺冷凝水PCO),因COD、氨氮稍高而不能直接排放。为解决这一环保问题并节约水资源,本文研究了将PCO作为配料水应用于味精生产以及用于部分取代超滤的清洗用水的可行性。通过与自来水进行比较,考察了其对液化、糖化和发酵过程及超滤清洗效果的影响。  相似文献

Glucosinolates, anthocyanins, total phenols, and vitamin C, as well as antioxidant capacity, were investigated in Chinese kale sprouts treated with both glucose and gibberellic acid (GA3). The combination of 3% (0.03 g/ml) glucose and 5 μol/L GA3 treatment was effective in increasing glucosinolate content while glucose or GA3 treatment alone did not influence significantly almost all individual glucosinolates or total glucosinolates. The total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of Chinese kale sprouts were enhanced by combined treatment with glucose and GA3, which could be useful in improving the main health-promoting compounds and antioxidant activity in Chinese kale sprouts.  相似文献

研究了20℃下贮藏过程两个枇杷品种果实品质及相关酶活性的变化。结果表明:解放钟与早钟6号枇杷果实贮藏期间,可溶性固形物和蛋白质含量逐渐下降。在贮藏前10d,果实硬度变化不明显,早钟6号枇杷果实硬度还略有增大现象;贮藏后期,枇杷果实硬度逐渐减小。类胡萝卜素与木质素含量在贮藏期内均表现为先升高后逐渐下降趋势,而在采后前期果实PAL和POD活性均持续增加,与木质素含量变化具有一定的相关性,表明在20℃下PAL和POD在枇杷果实木质素的代谢中起着重要作用。  相似文献

Experimental results of an azo dye(reactive brilliant red X-3B,RBR X-3B) decolorization and degradation in a white rot fungal biofilm reactor were introduced and discussed.The fungal biofilm reactor is highly potential for dye decolorization and degradation with the highest decoloring rate of 95% within 96 hours reaction time at initial pH 4.5 under high nirogen level (HN) (24mmol/L ammonium tartrate)condition.Experimental conditions.such as nutrient nitrogen levels in reaction mixture and initial pH,significantly affected dye decolorization and degradation.Effluents from this bioilm reactor can be well treated to meet the discharging requirements by use of chemical flocculation.RBR X-3B was first absorbed onto fungal biomass and then degraded gradually,The SH-13 fungus monopolized the biofilm throughout the experiments,though the reactor was exposed to open air for 4 months.  相似文献

旨在为秸秆类木质纤维素沼气工业化奠定科学基础,以滤纸作为纤维素材料对不同发酵原料和发酵时期的沼气池菌系进行驯化和筛选,并研究其中温条件下对麦秸、玉米秸和滤纸的降解特性.采用减重法、分光光度法和蒸馏法分别测定复合菌系在发酵过程中的纤维素降解能力、复合菌系生物量和发酵液中挥发性有机酸.结果显示:发酵原料和发酵时期的菌源纤维素降解能力有较大差异,来自粪便池源的复合菌系在发酵前期纤维素降解力强,而秸秆池源的复合菌系在发酵后期纤维素降解力强.粪源产气稳定期的复合菌系F6的降解能力最强,对纤维素降解能力由高到低依次为滤纸、麦秸和玉米秸.  相似文献

目的评估个性化护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制的干预作用,探索控制血糖的有效措施。方法回顾性分析2000-2010年糖尿病患者100例,其中2000-2005年50例为对照组,2006-2010年50例为实验组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组系对糖尿病患者在常规护理的基础上再给予针对性的个性化护理。两组均随访3个月,收集检查数据,并进行血糖控制情况的评价。结果对照组与实验组血糖水平比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),提示实验组血糖控制优于对照组。结论个性化护理干预更有助于糖尿病患者的血糖控制。  相似文献

Rice straw is always regarded as a by-product of rice production, but it could be a significant energy source for ruminant animals. Knowledge of the genetic variation and genetic architecture of cell wall traits will facilitate rice breeders by improving relevant traits through selective breeding and genetic engineering. The common wild rice, Oryza rufipogon Griff., which is considered to be the progenitor of Oryza sativa, has been widely utilized for the identification of genes of agronomic importance for rice genetic improvement. In the present study, the mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), and ADL/NDF ratio was carried out in two environments using a backcrossed inbred line (BIL) population derived from a cross between the recurrent parent Xieqingzao B (XB) and an accession of Dongxiang wild rice (DWR). The results indicated that all four traits tested were continuously distributed among the BILs, but many BILs showed transgressive segregation. A total of 16 QTLs were identified for the four traits, but no QTLs were in common in two environments, suggesting that environment has dramatic effects on fiber and lignin syntheses. Compared to the QTL positions for grain yield-related traits, there were no unfavorable correlations between grain yield components and cell wall traits in this population. The QTLs identified in this study are useful for the development of dual-purpose rice varieties that are high in grain yield and are also high in straw quality.  相似文献

The degradation coefficient is proposed to evaluate the degradation degree of organic coatings by directly analyzing the Bode plots of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) data.This paper investigated the degradation of phenolic epoxy coating/tinplate system by EIS and the degradation coefficient value,which correlates well with the results of breakpoint frequency and variation of phase angle at 10 Hz.Furthermore,the degradation process was confirmed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and scanning probe microscopy (SPM).It is concluded that degradation coefficient can be used for the fast evaluation of degradation degree of organic coatings in practical applications.  相似文献
