“三农”问题是国家发展战略中的重难点,培育新型职业农民是中国实现农业现代化的必然选择。基于行为事件访谈法对样本区域的35名“生产经营型”新型职业农民进行研究,在此基础上建构其胜任素质的要素构成。结果表明,“生产经营型”新型职业农民的胜任素质包括“从农动机、职业承诺、团队建设与领导力、市场信息搜集与获取、成本收益评估能力、模式创新力、关系资本积累能力、农人新思维”等17项要素。新型职业农民胜任特征编码具有较高信度,胜任特征能对绩优组和绩平组进行有效鉴别与区分,具有较高效度。因此,采用行为事件访谈法对“生产经营型”新型职业农民胜任素质要素构成进行研究也是有效的。  相似文献

This study concerns teaching and learning development in science through collaboration between science teachers and researchers. At the core was the ambition to integrate research outcomes of science education—here ‘didactic models’—with teaching practice, aligned with professional development. The phase where the collaboration moves from initial establishment towards a stable practice is investigated. The study aims to identifying features of formation and exploring consequences for the character of contact between research and teaching. Specific questions are “What may be identified as actions and arrangements impacting the quality and continuation of the emerging practice?” and “What and in what ways may support teacher growth?” The analysis draws on practice architectures as a theoretical framework and specifically investigates the initial meetings as a practice-node for a new practice, empirically drawing on documented reflections on science teaching, primarily from meetings and communication. The results take the form of an analytical-narrative account of meetings that focused planning, enactment and reflection on teaching regarding the human body. We identify enabling actions such as collaborative work with concrete material from the classroom and arrangements such as the regular meetings and that the collaborative group had a core of shared competence—in science teaching and learning. Constraining were actions such as introducing research results with weak connection to practical action in the school practice and arrangements such as differences between school and university practice architectures and the general ‘oppression’ of teachers’ classroom practice. The discussion includes reflections on researchers’ roles and on a research and practice base for school development.  相似文献

Educators have increasingly implemented remedial education in elementary and secondary schools throughout Taiwan as a systemic approach toward closing achievement gaps. However, students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds and those in remote areas have shown little improvement in academic achievement. This issue raises the question of how educators are providing needed learning support to disadvantaged students in school and classroom settings. Thus, this study applies grounded theory to investigate teachers’ reactions to the remedial education policy in Taiwan, to have a reflective assessment on the policy, and to provide suggestions for policy implementation. The findings suggest that teachers’ responses to this government-imposed, centralized approach—classified as “cosmetic compliance,” “professional commitment,” and “try-out participation”—vary widely based on whether their ideological underpinnings are consistent with the government’s policy intent to close achievement gaps, and on whether they are equipped with professional knowledge and practical strategies to support the effective implementation of remedial education. Based on the findings, this study develops an interactive systemic model for more effectively implementing the remedial education policy, which illustrates a conceptualization that educational practitioners can hold professional autonomy while improving teaching and learning for low-achieving students.  相似文献

高职院校教师专业发展规划设计,是教师专业发展的保证,也是提高高职院校教师队伍素质的关键。在调查中发现,大部分教师对于从事的职业具有较高的认同、重视个人职业发展,但专业发展规划还需要加强、希望自己的职业生涯发展能够得到院校的支持。高职院校有必要基于各展所长、分类发展的原则,帮助教师做好专业发展规划设计。通过对教师进行分层和分类,帮助教师进行专业发展定位、帮助教师制定个人专业发展方案,设计个性化的专业发展目标和发展路径、设计不同类型教师的专业发展的支持框架,为教师专业发展提供全方位支持等措施,达到实施教师职业发展规划的效果。  相似文献

集团化办学现已成为各地推进教育优质均衡发展的主要抓手,而促进集团校教师专业发展亦将成为建设高素质教师队伍的关键。采用个案研究的方式实地考察了江苏省一所集团化小学的教师专业发展状况,研究结果显示:行政力量、多元文化价值和人格魅力是影响集团校教师专业发展的主要因素,这些因素促成教师在观念、实践方面的转变及学生在课堂学习中的转变。以“教师转变”为核心的教师专业发展的生成机理为:中介变量支持教师转变、“双环”驱动教师转变和规则因素全程影响教师转变。依此,集团校教师要融入学校文化生态,增强在诸多规则间的判断力,实现自身的转变;学校要把脉教师专业发展状况,促进各校区间的沟通,为教师转变营造良好的生态环境。  相似文献

Reviews the rationale underlying, characteristics of, and available research on four popular elementary school affective programs—the “Human Development Program,” “Developing Understanding of Self and Others,” “Toward Affective Development,” and “Dimensions of Personality.” It is concluded that despite problems such as broadly stated objectives, limited field testing, and poorly conducted and contradictory outcome research, several of the programs do appear to have some merit if used consistently for several months of the school year.  相似文献

This article examines case studies of two part-time synagogue education programs, a conventional “Hebrew School” and an alternative program modeled after Jewish summer camp. Using the lens of teaching of Bible to children in Grades 3–5, the study provides insight into similarities and differences between the two types of programs and the impact of the program structure on the proliferation and/or staying power of one or the other. I found that factors of success in synagogue education may not be dependent on a program’s structure (“school”/“camp”) but, rather, on factors such as professional learning and content knowledge, among others.  相似文献

完善的乡村教师专业发展培训制度作为提升乡村教师专业可持续发展的重要途径,有着不可替代的价值。目前,乡村教师培训方面仍存在“城市化”“粗放化”“低效化”的倾向,这些问题直接影响着乡村教师参训的热情和培训的质量。有鉴于此,文章结合宁波市乡村教师支持计划的具体实施意见和做法,基于乡村教育和乡村教师特点提出“直线前行式”“弯道超越式”“专家提携跨越式”“授之以渔式”“借力驻点式”等五条培训路径,最终实现对乡村教师“精准培训”的目标。  相似文献

This study explores the professional development of two student teachers. Changes in their “practical theories”—their system of knowledge, attitudes, and values related to teaching—provide an insight into their professional development. The study reveals the evolution of their practical theory of teaching and identifies a number of interrelated factors which impinge on their professional development. Zoo educators are important communicators of the targets in education for sustainable development and therefore carry great responsibility for global environmental change. However, German zoo educators form a heterogeneous group, many of them working in non-permanent job positions and facing multiple challenges at work. Applying the job demands-resources model, our study aims at revealing factors influencing zoo educators’ job strain. Our data from eight in-depth interviews with German zoo educators confirm that they perceive common factors known from other studies, such as demands (e.g. workload) and resources (e.g. supervisory support). Besides this, job-specific factors were identified (e.g. working with humans and animals). The demands zoo educators mentioned could be classified either as job hindrances (e.g. lack of equipment) or job challenges (e.g. learning). Future studies should quantify these results to facilitate the development of appropriate measures to reduce educators’ job strain, thus enhancing their performance.  相似文献

In a time of declining resources and restricted faculty mobility, faculty mobility, faculty development has become increasingly important. This study addressed faculty development activities, their evaluation, and their perceived impact on the improvement of instruction in the community colleges of Illinois. Data gathered through the use of a questionnaire mailed to the chief academic officer of each of the state's community colleges were analyzed and interpreted. It was found that a wide variety of activities — orientation, inservice, professional, individual, and group — are available to faculty members. Orientation activities were viewed as being moderately useful for the improvement of instruction. Respondents saw professional activities as somewhat more useful than inservice activities. With some qualifications, group activities were perceived as being more useful than individual activities. Evaluation efforts, for the most part, are as yet sporadic and unsophisticated.

The results of this study suggest that perhaps the traditional inservice‐type activities may not be the “one best way” to deliver quality faculty development aimed at the improvement of instruction. Faculty‐development planners may want to examine more closely the needs of their faculty in relation to the activities available. In addition to continuing the most useful of the group and inservice activities, attention should be directed toward those individual and professional activities not frequently offered but rated as highly effective in improving instruction.  相似文献

Researchers have argued that Twitter has potential to support high-quality professional development (PD) that can respond to teachers’ questions and concerns just in time and “on the spot.” Yet, very little attention has been paid to instances where Twitter has made just-in-time learning possible. In this paper, we examine one instance of timely professional development on Twitter, in which 3,598 users used an educational hashtag—#educattentats—to create a temporary affinity space supporting French teachers preparing to discuss recent terrorist attacks with their students. We describe this just-in-time PD by focusing on participants and modes of participation, the spread of the hashtag in its first hours and the growth and eventual decline of the hashtag over the course of 28 days. The results of this study suggest that #educattentats served effectively as just-in-time professional development for teachers. Implications for research and practice are discussed.  相似文献

Viewed in the light of benchmarks for professional quality, the generally weak commitment to teaching clearly becomes the main problem with current physical education. The ideological legacy of the profession—the two conventional ideas of “physical education as training of the physical” and “physical education as education through the physical”—is a main cause of confusion as well as the source for the growing lack of public support for physical education as an integral school subject. This paper looks at the theory of the self-reproducing failing of physical education as an hypothesis to explain this continuing plummet of physical education. Prospects for change are dependent on (a) creating conceptual clarity and cohesiveness among physical education teacher educators, (b) recruiting carefully, (c) maintaining “learning to reflect” as the leitmotiv of the teacher education program, and (d) developing an agreement of concepts among student teaching supervisors.  相似文献

Executive function (EF) encompasses higher-order mental processes necessary for the conscious control of thought and action in the service of goals. Once thought not to apply to children at all, EF is now at the center of a burgeoning body of research on young children over the last 10–15 years indicating that it is a critical foundation of school readiness and performance. Despite the widely agreed relevance of EF to the transition to formal learning, findings have not yet been applied to preschool classrooms in any widespread way. Part of the reason for this is that despite general agreement on the broad definition of EF, the subdomains EF comprises—especially in early life while it is emerging—are still a matter of debate. It is therefore a challenge to bring the relevant concepts down to an even further level of granularity, i.e., specific behaviors ecologically grounded in everyday preschool interactions. We took the initial steps of this challenge by curating EF-related behaviors from the extant literature, expert and master teacher interviews, and observations in high-quality preschool classrooms into a new protocol called Preschool-Setting Executive Function. This observational system includes child behaviors as well as teacher support behaviors that encourage children’s organized, higher-order thinking. We then employed the final protocol in an additional set of classrooms to provide an initial assessment of its usefulness in identifying “EF in context.” Results indicate (1) EF and EF-support behaviors are low-frequency occurring, (2) children are more engaged in organized thinking than teachers are in the support of it, (3) teachers’ presence, especially if they are expanding play, promotes children’s real-time EF-behaviors. Results are discussed in terms of how this system may be used as a basis for future professional development to enhance teacher practice around the promotion of EF.  相似文献

从20世纪80年代中期开始,我国具有当代意义的教师资格制度开始萌芽,90年代中期初步建立,进入新世纪开始实质性运行与发展,今天的教师资格制度已成为我国教师教育制度创新的重要标志。我国教师资格制度发展的历程虽短暂,但却呈现出不断改革创新的时代特征,为建设高素质专业化创新型的教师队伍提供基础保障。回顾我国教师资格制度的改革历程,需要理性地认识和看待出现的一些主要问题,如学历标准要求低、考育分离、师范生参加“国考”等,也要理性把握师范类专业认证对教师资格制度改革的意义。进入新时代,我国教师资格制度借助师范生免试认定教师资格的改革,迎来了深化发展的新契机,也开启了探索具有中国特色教师资格制度和教师教育体系的新征程。实现师范生“教育专业性”和“学科专业性”的双提高,高度重视教师教育的实践性,对教师资格进行细致地分类分级,探索教师资格认证机构的多样化与专业化,以及加强教师资格制度改革中信息技术和人工智能的应用等成为我国教师资格制度发展的新趋向。  相似文献
