In the last five decades, maturity models have been introduced as reference frameworks for Information System (IS) management in organizations within different industries. In the healthcare domain, maturity models have also been used to address a wide variety of challenges and the high demand for hospital IS (HIS) implementations. The increasing volume of data, is exceeded the ability of health organizations to process it for improving clinical and financial efficiencies and quality of care. It is believed that careful and attentive use of Data Analytics in healthcare can transform data into knowledge that can improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. A maturity model in this conjuncture, is a way of identifying strengths and weaknesses of the HIS maturity and thus, find a way for improvement and evolution. This paper presents a proposal to measure Hospitals Information Systems maturity with regard to Data Analytics. 随着中国制造型企业数字化转型升级的不断深入,衡量中国制造型企业数字化水平,寻找企业数字化能力提升关键因素愈加重要。从战略、运营技术、文化组织能力、生态圈4个维度构建制造型企业数字化成熟度评价模型,并深入阐述基于层次分析(AHP)-决策试验与评价实验室(DEMATEL)方法的某商用车企数字化成熟度评价的详细过程。研究表明,案例车企的数字化成熟度分值为1.00分,尚处于数字化升级者阶段,以实现客户价值为中心、与业务战略关联性、生产质量管理、劳动力效率、资产利用率是影响企业数字化能力提升的核心因素和未来的重点提升方向。  相似文献

This study presents a comprehensive framework to identify dynamic radio frequency identification (RFID) adoption and diffusion from three different perspectives: stages of adoption, levels of analysis, and domain of issues. The main concern of this study is stages of adoption, which covers three phases in respect of the maturity of the RFID project and the sophistication of business applications and RFID technology. The level of analysis involves different units of analysis beyond the organization level, including the industry- and country-level, which is lacking in the current literature. To understand dimensions of RFID issues, a strategy, technology, organization, people and environment (STOPE) based approach was applied. An extensive review of prior literature was conducted to find various RFID success factors and the Delphi method was applied to find positions of these factors within the framework. Based on the Delphi, some factors belong to early stage of adoption, and some others persist in the later stages of adoption. At the country level, factors such as RFID national policy, R&D policy and income per capita were accepted by most experts at the preliminary and intermediate stage; strategy and environment were accepted as important domains. To find practical implications of the framework, a case study of Indonesia was conducted at each level of analysis. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to identify most important factors and important domains of issues with respect to the factors from the Delphi results. At country level, RFID policy, vision of leadership and RFID potential market are the most important factors; strategy and environment are the most important domains.  相似文献

Organizational knowledge exists in different types of knowledge retainers. Efforts are being made to preserve this knowledge because of its value to the organization. In this paper we present a methodology for codifying the knowledge of a domain. This methodology is based on an ontology for the domain in question, from which different types of knowledge items are extracted. These knowledge items represent the different types of knowing that are embedded in the organization's structure and its processes. From an analysis of a process instance described in the ontology, different knowledge items can be extracted and represented as knowledge maps. These maps represent the internal competencies of the organization as they relate to certain processes and hence they can be used to provide inputs in the decision-making process, for example, knowledge process outsourcing decisions. The purpose of this paper is to present an ontology-driven methodology for extracting different knowledge items and representing them as knowledge maps.  相似文献

本文提出了基于NLP理论与方法,结合传统图书馆资源组织方式(分类法、主题词法)与领域本体构建技术,搭建辅助构建及标注一体化平台,进而实现语义元数据体系构建与资源组织语义化过程同步实施的解决方案,这一思想与方法的提出与实现,可以有效地促进图书馆资源语义化进程,使语义自动标注与知识服务成为可能。

The paper proposes an idea of building a unified platform integrating assisted construction with assisted annotation,which is based on the theory and method of NLP,and integrates the traditional library resources organization mode with the domain ontology construction technology. This paper discusses the way in which intellectual capital (IC) can be managed to assist organization to overcome dynamic challenges. An intellectual capital management capability (ICMC) model is developed which permits the management of an organization to realize the potential of IC by measuring the maturity level of its IC. The model is consistent with dynamic capability theory, which suggests leveraging internal and external resources in response to environment changes to sustain competitive advantage. By utilizing in-depth interviews with 25 chief executive officers from firms possessing high IC, this study seeks to inform the readers of the preliminary work and the way in which the maturity level of ICMC can be measured through the development and deployment of dynamic capabilities. The verification and enhancement of the proposed model has also clarified our understanding on the evolutionary path of management capabilities of IC.  相似文献
