投资规划阶段是一个风电建设项目的开始阶段,对投资规划阶段面临的风险因素进行梳理识别,建立合理决策模型来甄别方案对于整个项目规避风险很有意义。本文从决策角度入手,对风电建设项目投资规划阶段的风险体系进行梳理和识别,形成了风电建设项目投资规划阶段风险指标体系。考虑指标属性与权重信息的不确定、模糊性以及决策者所持风险态度,结合区间二型模糊数与AHP-VIKOR算法,构造了基于区间二型模糊AHP-VIKOR的风险决策模型,并运用到风电建设项目中验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。  相似文献

由于高等教育投资效益具有间接性、滞后性、长期性和难以量化计算等特点而一直难以给予有效的评估。对此构建了一套高等教育投资后评估指标体系,提出一种高等教育投资后评估的模糊综合方法,利用层次分析法建立起指标体系的递阶层次关系和相对权重顺序,并通过模糊评价方法综合考虑影响高等教育投资的各种复杂因素,用实例表明所提方法可行、有效。  相似文献

为了提高运输规划问题的有效性,降低运输成本,将遗传算法引入到该问题的求解中。运输规划问题的数学模型是带约束的函数优化问题,在该问题模型中引入遗传算法,采用罚函数法处理约束条件,对可行解和不可行解采用不同的适应值函数,结合轮盘赌、竞标赛和精英保存算法作为选择策略,对可行解和不可行解分别采用边界变异和非均匀变异,最终得出最优解。实验结果数值说明该方法的有效性。  相似文献

[研究目的]大数据时代下激烈的市场竞争使得企业与竞争情报(CI)服务商合作成为重要趋势。科学评价和选择CI服务商有助于企业获取高质量CI,推动企业长期稳定发展。[研究方法]构建了包含8个指标的企业CI服务商评价指标体系,提出了基于直觉模糊三支决策的CI服务商选择模型,具体建模步骤包括集结专家意见构建直觉模糊数综合评价矩阵、基于直觉模糊熵客观赋权和G1主观赋权的指标组合赋权、基于灰色关联分析改进的VIKOR方法确定条件概率、基于非线性规划模型确定决策阈值,并对某科技有限公司的CI服务商选择进行实例分析。[研究结论]结果表明,构建的评价指标体系和选择模型可行、适用,能够为企业CI服务商选择提供思路和方法借鉴。  相似文献

根据我国乡级基本农田保护规划的特点和要求,进行了乡级基本农田保护规划辅助决策系统的研制。该系统由模型库、数据库和人机交互界面等部分组成,模型库包括基本农田保护面积确定和基本农田空间布局决策两个基本模型,重点介绍了空间布局决策模型的建立过程,将其分解为耕地的模糊优选排序模型和耕地入选的0-1整数规划模型两个相关联的模型。最后,介绍了系统实现的关键技术问题以及系统的应用。应用结果表明,该系统是一个具有完整性、系统性、结构紧密的运行实体,可以辅助区域划定基本农田保护区,实现基本农田保护规划的自动化,从而提高规划工作的效率和质量。  相似文献

利用熵权对主观权重进行调整是一种行之有效的方法,但该方法在实际应用中存在计算量较大和算法有时不可行的弊端.本文在研究现有文献的基础上,利用一个新的函数对熵权加以改进,提出了图书馆网站拟熵权模糊综合评判法.最后,利用拟熵权和熵权两种赋权法对图书馆网站进行模糊综合评判,并编制了MATLAB程序求解,使得该方法更具实用性.结果表明,拟熵权法不仅克服了熵权法的上述缺点,而且计算结果的隶属度较高.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy fixed time control scheme is developed for stochastic pure-feedback nonlinear systems with full state constraints. The mean value theorem is exploited to deal with the problem of nonaffine appearance in the systems and transform the structure of pure-feedback to the structure of strict-feedback. The barrier Lyapunov functions are constructed to guarantee that all states in the systems maintain within the prescribed constraints and the fuzzy logic systems are employed to approximate unknown nonlinear functions at each step. Then, an adaptive fuzzy fixed time controller is constructed by utilizing backstepping technique, which guarantees that all the signals in the considered systems are semiglobally uniform ultimately bounded in a fixed time. Finally, the validity of the proposed fixed time control scheme is verified via a simulation example.  相似文献

This work concentrates on the control design of interval type-2 (IT2) T–S fuzzy systems under probabilistic saturation constraints. The actual control signals are allowed to exceed some preset thresholds with a certain frequency. Meanwhile, the sensors are governed by the multi-node round-robin scheduling protocol, which permits more than one sensors to transmit their information at every moment. The main objective is to synthesize a fuzzy controller such that the closed-loop system is locally stochastically stable under probabilistic saturated constraints and the multi-node round-robin scheduling protocol. To this end, the probabilistic saturation constraints are characterized by a Bernoulli-distributed stochastic process, and the received state at the controller side is formulated based on an updating rule and a compensation strategy. By constructing new membership functions, a token-dependent control law is subsequently designed. The stability analysis is facilitated by a modified sector condition dealing with the saturation nonlinearities. With suitable selection of initial states, sufficient conditions are derived to achieve the local stochastic stability of the closed-loop IT2 T–S fuzzy system. A larger domain of stochastic stability can be obtained via a searching algorithm. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated via a simulation example.  相似文献

针对基于“Max-min”算子的区间模糊多目标规划仅采用一或两个控制变量放松所有目标和模糊约束会造成某些约束过满意而某些约束不满意的情况,本文引入两相模糊规划,构建了区间-两相模糊多目标规划模型,并以辽宁省大连市种植结构优化为例进行研究。结果表明,该模型引入多个控制变量放松每个不确定目标和约束条件,且要求它们分别不小于“Max-min”算子中相应目标和约束条件的隶属度,更充分地利用了约束资源,保证了求解的有效性,减少了农业灌溉用水量;另外区间形式的最优解及4种不同情景的优化方案为决策者提供了决策空间,更真实地反映输入参数的不确定性对配置结果的影响。  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of resilient control for cyber-physical systems (CPSs) described by T-S fuzzy models. In the presence of denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, information transmission over the communication network is prevented. Under this circumstance, the traditional control schemes which are proposed based on perfect measurements will be infeasible. To overcome this difficulty, with the utilization of an equivalent switching control method, a novel gain-switched observer-based resilient control scheme is proposed. According to whether the DoS attack is activated, two different controller synthesis conditions are given by combining the information of the tolerable DoS attacks. In addition, a quantitative relationship between the resilience against DoS attacks and the obtained disturbance attenuation level is revealed, which is helpful for balancing the tradeoff between the abilities to tolerate DoS attacks and attenuate the influence of external disturbance. Finally, simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed switching control scheme.  相似文献

针对属性信息具有模糊性的一类多属性方案排序问题,提出一种基于直觉模糊软集的决策方法。直觉模糊软集结合软集和直觉模糊集的优势,对对象近似描述时没有任何限制,并且能够更客观地表达事物的模糊性本质。首先定义直觉模糊软集的综合精确度、综合犹豫度和综合得分值,以及直觉模糊软集水平集的选择值和接受水平。在此基础上,提出关于多属性方案排序的选择值准则、精确度准则、犹豫度准则以及得分值准则。然后,提出一种组合使用各排序准则的多属性方案排序方法。最后,通过数值算例及讨论证实该方法的可行性和有效性。这种方法充分考虑决策者的直觉信息及主观偏好,能够有效完成多属性方案的优选和排序决策。  相似文献

This paper presents a new control method for autonomous vehicles. The design goal is to perform the automatic lane keeping under multiple system constraints, namely actuator saturation of the steering system, roads with unknown curvature and uncertain lateral wind force. Such system constraints are explicitly taken into account in the control design procedure. To achieve this goal, we propose a new constrained Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy model-based control method using fuzzy Lyapunov control framework. The resulting non-parallel distributed compensation controller is able to handle not only various system constraints but also a large variation range of vehicle speed. In particular, Taylor’s approximation method is exploited to reduce not only the numerical complexity for real-time implementation but also the conservatism of the results. The design conditions are strictly expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities which can be efficiently solved with available numerical solvers. The effectiveness of the proposed control method is demonstrated through both simulation and hardware experiments with various driving scenarios.  相似文献

In order for automated mobile vehicles to navigate in the real world with minimal collision risks, it is necessary for their planning algorithms to consider uncertainties from measurements and environmental disturbances. In this paper, we consider analytical solutions for a conservative approximation of the mutual probability of collision between two robotic vehicles in the presence of such uncertainties. Therein, we present two methods, which we call unitary scaling and principal axes rotation, for decoupling the bivariate integral required for efficient approximation of the probability of collision between two vehicles including orientation effects. We compare the conservatism of these methods analytically and numerically. By closing a control loop through a model predictive guidance scheme, we observe through Monte-Carlo simulations that directly implementing collision avoidance constraints from the conservative approximations remains infeasible for real-time planning. We then propose and implement a convexification approach based on the tightened collision constraints that significantly improves the computational efficiency and robustness of the predictive guidance scheme.  相似文献
