目的:通过动态血压监测(ABPM),对武都力治疗老年轻中度高血压的疗效进行评价.方法:48例老年高血压患者每天服用武都力一片,在治疗前后分别进行动态血压监测,观察24h的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及降压谷/峰比值(T/P),并观察治疗前后对代谢的影响。结果:治疗前后24h及白昼、夜间SBP,DBP均有显著下降(P<0.01),T/P比值为71%.两组代谢均无明显变化.结论:武都力一次给药治疗老年性高血压,降压平稳且不影响代谢。  相似文献

目的:研究丹参注射液对慢乙肝肝硬化血栓前状态的治疗作用.方法:测定慢乙肝肝硬化患者血栓学指标:血管假性血友病因子(vWF)、D-二聚体(D-D)和血清纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP),根据血栓前状态的纳入标准明确慢乙肝肝硬化患者是否存在血栓前状态,将存在血栓前状态的患者随机分成两组:治疗组和对照组,两组间无统计学差异,具有可比性.治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹参注射液治疗,疗程为4周.治疗结束后再次测定上述指标并进行两组间比较.结果:治疗前治疗组和对照组vWF、FDP和D-D测定值分别为:(230.81±78.39)%、(8.20±3.15)mg/L、(0.73±0.14)μg/ml和(243.37±79.85)%、(8.29±2.89)mg/L、(0.80±0.17)μg/ml;治疗后治疗组和对照组vWF、FDP和D-D测定值分别为:(104.41±50.89)%、(3.89±1.37)mg/L、(0.41±0.15)μg/ml和(241.96±80.86)%、(8.26±2.83)mg/L、(0.79±0.17)μg/ml.治疗前后比较治疗组vWF、FDP和D-D测定值有非常显著性差异(P<0.001);两组间治疗前后差值比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.001).结论:丹参注射液对慢乙肝肝硬化血栓前状态有很好的治疗作用.  相似文献

目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压患者抗氧化活性以及颈动脉硬化的影响.方法:选择肝阳上亢型高血压患者60例,随机分为天麻钩藤饮组(中药组)和非洛地平组(对照组)各30例,治疗6个月,分别检测治疗前后患者血压、血清SOD、MDA以及颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的变化.结果:治疗后,2组血压均明显下降,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),天麻钩藤饮组和非洛地平组的SOD活性在治疗前分别为(85.6±11.2)U/mL和(86.3±12,5)U/mL,在治疗后为(98.1±12.8)U/mL和(95.1±13.2)U/mL,治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);MDA在治疗前为(6.28±1.65)nmol/L和(6.23±1.58)nmol/L,治疗后为(4.08±1.30)nmol/L和(5.11±1.39)nmol/L,治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).天麻钩藤饮组IMT治疗前后分别为(1.16±0.14)mm和(0.75±0.08)mm,比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压病患者具有良好降压作用,并且能增加抗氧化活性,改善高血压患者颈动脉硬化.  相似文献

目的:探讨应用抚触护理联合增强自我效能对妊娠高血压产妇患者心理及妊娠结局的影响。方法:以2016年2月~2017年6月在宜春市第二人民医院门诊就诊的84例妊娠高血压产妇为研究对象,采用数字表法均分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组妊娠高血压产妇应用常规护理,观察组妊娠高血压产妇给予抚触护理联合增强自我效能。回顾分析比较两组妊娠高血压产妇的血压、心率、心理应激反应及妊娠结局等情况。结果:观察组妊娠高血压产妇经护理后的收缩压(117.7±16.8)、舒张压(70.1±4.7)、心率(70.1±3.7)明显低于对照组(125.1±15.5)、(80.3±5.5)、(86.3±5.6),比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组妊娠高血压产妇经护理后的HAMA评分(10.92±2.81)、HAMD评分(9.33±4.83)明显低于对照组(16.30±3.82)、(13.25±7.82),比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组妊娠高血压产妇护理后的并发症发生率(4.76%)明显低于对照组(21.43%),比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:抚触护理与增强自我效能联合能有效的改善妊娠高血压产妇的心理应激反应与负性情绪,降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,值得在临床中应用推广。  相似文献

目的:探讨临床思维能力培养在人体解剖学教学中的临床教学效果。方法:对来我科实习的96名实习的实习生相关资料进行分析,将这些实习生分为两组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组联合临床思维能力培养,比较两组教学效果。结果:实验组授课后本科得分为(91.52±18.55)分、专科得分为(88.74±19.11)分,高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组综合成绩为(92.58±8.51)分,高于对照组(78.37±9.42)分(P<0.05);实验组97.5%对教学总体满意,高于对照组(82.5%)(P<0.05)。结论:人体解剖学是我国医学中重要的学科,在人体解剖教学中加强学生临床思维能力培养效果理想,能够提高临床教学质量,值得推广使用。  相似文献

目的:观察和评价卡托普利治疗儿童急性肾炎高血压的临床疗效。方法:用卡托普利0.5~1.0mg/kg/次,Q8h,治疗43例急性肾炎高血压的患儿,观察治疗24小时后血压变化情况及血压降至正常的时间。并与硝苯地平治疗者进行了比较。结果:卡托普利治疗24小时后,患儿血压(收缩及舒张压)就明显下降。收缩压由138.0±10.2mmHg,舒张压由97.2±14.7mHg降至77.8±10.3mmHg,P值均<0.001;血压降至正常的平均时间为51.2小时,与硝苯地平治疗的40例比较,降压效果相当,但副作用明显减少。结论:卡托普利治疗儿童急性肾炎高血压,具有疗效较好,降压效果稳定,副作用少,值得临床使用。  相似文献

目的:探讨诊断学实验课作业模式改革的应用效果。方法:选取本校2016级临床专业273名学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用纸质作业模式,实验组采取视频作业模式。比较两组的学习效果,用t检验作统计分析。结果:实验组学生理论考试成绩为(81.26±6.66)分,对照组学生(77.43±7.40)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生技能考核成绩为(86.30±5.39)分,对照组学生(80.84±7.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查实验组亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断学实验教学中,采取视频作业模式的学习效果明显优于采用传统作业模式的学习效果,可以显著提高学生的实践操作能力和临床思维,值得推广应用。  相似文献

目的:研究非洛地平缓释片与小剂量氢氯噻嗪合用治疗老年轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效与安全性。方法:将120例轻中度老年原发性高血压患者随机分成两组,对照组(60例)服用非洛地平缓释片5mg/d,2周后如血压下降不理想,第2周非洛地平缓释片调整为10/d。治疗组(60例)在对照组用药基础上加服氢氯噻嗪25mg/d。为期4周。观察用药前后生化指标、血压变化及疗效。结果:2组治疗前后血液生化学指标无明显差异,治疗后治疗组和对照组组间血压下降幅度比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片与小剂量氢氯噻嗪合用治疗老年轻、中度高血压具有疗效好、安全性高等特点,值得临床推广运用。  相似文献

55例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心阻抗血流图中,(1)C波形态:血压正常组(n=33)表现为正常型9例,占28.13%,切迹型19例.占59.38%,迟缓矮小型3例,占9.3%,双峰型2例,占6.26%;高血压组(n=22)正常型5例,占22.72%,切迹型9例,占40.91%,迟缓矮小型6例,占22.72%,双峰且矮小型2例,占9.09%。(2)C波波幅:血压正常组为20.36±4.59Ω/s,与健康对照组的25±6Ω/s相比,无显著差异(P>0.05),高血压级为14.58±4.46Ω/s,与健康对照组和血压正常组相比均有显著差异(P<0.01)。(3)C波上升时间:血压正常组为0.78±0.13ms,高血压组为0.84±0.18ms,与健康对照组的0.5±0.17ms相比,均明显延长(P<0.01)。本结果提示:糖尿病在心阻抗微分图中的这些表现特点,为糖尿病的早期诊断尤其对隐匿型糖尿病的诊断提供重要信息。  相似文献

目的:探讨PBL教学模式在军校医学心理学实验教学中的应用及效果。方法:研究对象选取72名空军军医大学临床医学专业本科学生,随机分成两组:对照组(36人)接受传统的心理学实验教学模式,实验组(36人)接受PBL教学模式。课程结束之后,通过试卷考试成绩分析和问卷调查结果进行教学效果评价。结果:对照组试卷考试平均成绩为(77.2±6.3)分,实验组试卷考试成绩为(88.2±5.4)分,实验组成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组88.9%以上的学生认为,PBL教学模式显著提高了学员的团队协作能力、主动学习的积极性、学习兴趣、动手能力、独立思考能力及对知识点的理解和掌握能力。结论:PBL教学模式值得在军校心理学实验教学中推广。  相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
