作者对大理学院大学英语教师进行整体调查,试图揭示教师素质的真实状况和存在的问题,以对今后的大学英语教师培训和专业发展提供有意义的借鉴和参考。从外语学科教学能力,外语教师职业观与职业道德,外语教学观,外语教师学习与发展观等四个维度编制了调查问卷,实施调查后对数据进行统计分析。调查显示,该院拥有一支稳定的、富有进取心且热爱教学工作的大学英语教师队伍,他们大多富有高度的责任心,在课堂上与学生拥有良好的师生关系,总体语言知识技能较好。调查结果同时还暴露了一些问题,如教师总体学历偏低,科研能力较差,自我发展意识不足,等等。结果虽因调查对象所限而只反映了一所高校大学英语教师素质的基本情况,但并不妨碍其对国内其他院校尤其是少数民族地区高校有一定的借鉴意义。 相似文献

为了给地方理工院校打造内部本科教学质量保障体系这一本科教学审核评估的"标尺"作参考,研究中以长沙理工大学本科教学质量保障体系为主要样本,借鉴高校本科教学质量保障体系理论研究的最新成果,发现地方理工院校本科教学质量保障体系的结构特征和内涵可以概括为"1234",建议本科教学质量保障体系应以学生发展为中心,呈现出静态的制度性规定和动态的运行机制两种形态,由学校、学院以及专业个层面等三级体系构成,并包括办学定位与培养目标维度、组织框架维度、支持资源维度和教学质量控制维度等四个维度. 相似文献

以成人学习理论和建构主义为指导,针对当前高职院校外语教师教学科研能力的实际情况,构建了基于“学-研-教”模式的高职院校外语教师学习共同体,旨在从机制创新和激发主观潜能两个维度,钻研和吸纳前沿知识的创新成果,结合高职院校人才培养的实际需求,引导、促进高职外语教师向高素质、专业化和创新型的方向发展.通过对为期一年的实证研究结果进行定性定量分析,发现该模式下的教师学习共同体能够从拓展专业知识结构、创新应用研究和提高教学效能三个维度有效改善当前高职院校外语教师职业发展所面临的困境,也为新时代高职院校外语教师职业发展和确保高职教学质量提供有益的参考和借鉴. 相似文献

“新文科”建设既是地方本科院校外语学科发展的背景，亦成为其面临的新要求和建设发展的重要遵循。文章以云南省地方本科院校为例，采用问卷调查、访谈法等研究方法，对地方本科院校外语学科专业布局、人才培养方案、课程设置现状进行调查，分析外语学科建设存在的问题。研究发现，专业整体布局不完善，需要进一步优化学科结构；人才培养模式和人才定位较为合理，但培养规格、服务定位同质化严重，需要进一步准确定位和特色化；课程设置基本合理，但课程结构需要进一步优化和完善，课程实践性需要加强。 相似文献

该项研究采用问卷调查和访谈的方法,考察了地方普通高校外语教师专业发展的状况。研究发现:(1)地方普通高校外语教师具有良好的敬业精神和教学技能;(2)他们具有迫切的专业发展需求并呈现不同层次;(3)地方普通高校外语教师专业发展存在着教学任务繁重、知识结构不合理、科研意识不强和脱产再学习的机会少等突出问题。这一结果对于促进我国外语教师专业发展具有一定参考价值。 相似文献
