大数据在现代社会发展中发挥了重要的作用,自身具有规模巨大、多样化、时效性以及信息密度较低等特征。大数据可以显著提升企业财务管理信息量,使得财务管理的精准性越来越高,并且财务管理者职能也发生了变化,然而企业财务管理同时也面临互联网安全问题、难以达到电子商务的标准以及和当代先进管理体系不同步等困境。为此,需要从加强企业财务管理理念与思维的创新、促进企业财务管理体系与模式的改革、提高企业财务管理的信息化建设程度以及建立一流的财务管理团队四个方面进行大数据时代企业财务管理模式创新策略研究。 相似文献

作为智能化社会的学科基础要素,大数据正在驱动着高等教育系统的范式变革。美国普渡大学一体化数据科学首倡计划发起的跨学科学术组织变革,强调以跨学科学位项目与学科交叉课程、学科会聚研究计划与研究团队、服务性学习数据社区与主题工作坊、产教融合的数据科学校企合作模式构建高校数据科学教育生态系统。值此加强新时代教育科学研究的战略契机,以"数据+"引导多学科会聚和教育模式创新,打造面向真实世界的数据科学实践社区,建设校企协同产教融合共同体,加快培育大学生数据思维和校园数据文化,将有助于高等教育治理体系改革和治理能力现代化的实现。 相似文献

众多研究证明,数据使用对促进教师专业发展和学生成就提升有显著效能.研究采用文献研究和案例分析法,阐明了指向教学问题改进和专业发展的数据团队内涵,解析了数据团队的教育应用原理及实践过程,并以美国某地区和学校两级数据团队为例系统解构了其数据采集、团队协作、教学改进及效果评价等过程.对国内研究者和教师的启示则包括从评价数据中发现教学问题、构建从区域到课堂的系统化教研实践、设计数据驱动的校本研修新模式及趋向证据驱动的教师专业发展范式等,以此论证数据使用对教师实践性知识提升及学生成就改善的使能效用. 相似文献

大数据背景下,高校信息化建设进入了一个新的发展阶段,如何全面提升数据质量、高效整合数据资源、快速形成数据资产、创新深化数据应用更好地服务于高校的精准管理和科学决策是亟需解决的现实问题.开展数据治理是提升数据管理和应用能力的有效途经,文章在阐述高校数据治理内涵和实施意义的基础上,采用问卷调查法对当前国内高校数据治理机构设置及职能定位进行调查分析,归纳总结了四类数据治理牵头部门的主要功能以及国内高校在实施数据治理时普遍面临的五个问题.从数据全生命周期管理的角度提出了高校数据治理框架,并在此基础上构建了优化数据治理实施路径四要素模型,从体制机制、统一数据平台、数据标准、队伍建设四个维度就高校如何高效实施数据治理进行了探讨,对推动高校数据治理工作进一步发展具有借鉴和参考作用. 相似文献

大数据作为新时期的产物,不仅有效推动着国家工业和经济的发展,还为高校辅导员的学生管理工作开辟了新路径。在大数据的作用下,高校辅导员能够深入了解不同教育对象的心理状态、学习情况,知晓他们在其他平台的发言情况、互动情况等,开展相匹配的教育教学,及时调整学生管理模式,有利于学生管理工作效果的提升。但目前高校辅导员学生管理工作依旧存在较多问题,例如数据信息泄露风险不断增加、大数据管理平台建设存在短板、资源调配不科学、辅导员队伍能力较为欠缺等,从而对大数据时代下高校辅导员学生管理工作造成不利影响。因此,立足大数据的理论基础,针对大数据时代下辅导员开展学生管理工作的优势、问题展开探讨,并提出针对性的创新路径。 相似文献

The emerging field of Data Science has had a large impact on science and society. This has led to over a decade of calls to establish a corresponding field of Data Science Education. There is still a need, however, to more deeply conceptualize what a field of Data Science Education might entail in terms of scope, responsibility, and execution. This special issue explores how one distinguishing feature of Data Science—its focus on data collected from social and environmental contexts within which learners often find themselves deeply embedded—suggests serious implications for learning and education. The learning sciences is uniquely positioned to investigate how such contextual embeddings impact learners’ engagement with data including conceptual, experiential, communal, racialized, spatial, and political dimensions. This special issue demonstrates the richly layered relationships learners build with data and reveals them to be not merely utilitarian mechanisms for learning about data, but a critical part of navigating data as social text and understanding Data Science as a discipline. Together, the contributions offer a vision of how the learning sciences can contribute to a more expansive, agentive and socially aware Data Science Education. 相似文献

AbstractIn an increasingly data-driven world, facility with statistics is more important than ever for our students. At institutions without a statistician, it often falls to the mathematics faculty to teach statistics courses. This paper presents a model that a mathematician asked to teach statistics can follow. This model entails connecting with faculty from numerous departments on campus to develop a list of topics, building a repository of real-world datasets from these faculty, and creating projects where students interface with these datasets to write lab reports aimed at consumers of statistics in other disciplines. The end result is students who are well prepared for interdisciplinary research, who are accustomed to coping with the idiosyncrasies of real data, and who have sharpened their technical writing and speaking skills. 相似文献

In youth-focused community and citizen (YCCS) youth in classrooms and community-based programs produce data that scientists, resource managers and community members will use. This “nested” data situates learners’ scientific activity within larger datasets, projects, and communities, with consequences for youth agency. To document opportunities for agentive learning with data in YCCS, we report on how youth interact with data across eight school and community-based project sites and how youth talk about their data and work. From analysis of 54 participant interviews, we found that youth perceived the data they produced as being used for: (1) broader scientific work, (2) their own learning, and (3) community endeavors. Nested uses of data were most meaningful when youth interacted with end users, were exposed to the larger datasets to which they contributed, or took action linked to data. Not all youth saw, believed, or valued that data would be used by others. Framing of task and purpose, nature of engagement with community users, data production protocols, and level of emphasis on youth-identified questions may contribute to youth perceptions and can foster or undermine conditions for learner agency. The results shed light on when and how conditions for expansive learning and agency get established. 相似文献

Despite a rise in the use of handheld computers in classrooms, meaningful learning with personal digital assistant (PDA) technology remains poorly studied. We report results from an evaluation of customized handheld data collection software, the BioKIDS Sequence, which was used during an 8-week biodiversity curriculum unit by 5th and 6th grade students in southeastern Michigan. We provide new information on design decisions and usability of our customized software; discuss learner use and preferences; and report rates of data accuracy. Most students were able to enter simple animal observations using an icon-driven, largely linear interface. The interface helped expand the types of data students were aware of, and allowed them to view and review their entries and flag them as uncertain, factors important in supporting accurate data collection. Other BioKIDS research indicates students were subsequently able to see simple patterns in their data to guide the formulation of future hypotheses, questions, or conclusions. The BioKIDS Sequence and PDA technology therefore represent a meaningful use of technology to support scientific reasoning. 相似文献
