The main aim of this paper is to use a phenomenological approach (Merleau-Ponty, 1962. Phenomenology of Perception. Evanston: Northwestern University Press; Merleau-Ponty. 1968. The Visible and the Invisible: Followed by Working Notes. Evanston: Northern University Press) to contribute a new theoretical understanding of what imaginary friends mean for children in the context of starting school. The paper addresses the specific area of ‘object-friends’ and draws on examples from an empirical and consultative study of a small sample of five and six-year-old children’s everyday experiences of friendship in school. The paper argues that if practitioners consider embodiment approaches and listen attentively to the knowledge and information that children share about their imaginary friends, this could be used to nurture children’s early learning. 相似文献

20世纪三四十年代,即抗日战争爆发前和抗日战争时期,中国大地掀起了两次开发西北的热潮,在此过程中,国民政府起了不可替代的作用。但细加分析,由于时局的变化,国民政府在这一问题上的动机前后是不尽相同的。抗战前,国民政府的主要动机是试图更好地控制西北诸军阀,维护来之不易的统一局面;消灭中国共产党,消除革命根据地的威胁;着手解决西北边疆危机;缓解1928年~1930年的西北旱灾。抗战时期其动机则是支援抗战;彻底解决西北边疆,主要是新疆的危机:迎合工厂内迁掀起的西北工业发展热潮。 相似文献

This article presents the results of a study investigating the experiences of undergraduatesacting as peer leaders in an extensive
peer-led team learning program in introductory undergraduate sciences and engineering courses. In an effort to understand
the facilitator experience in the program better and to report initial findings on the benefits derived through a peer-facilitation
experience, the study identified multiple areas in which peer facilitators reported experiences ofgrowth and the ways in which
they understood and responded to this growth.

Does Helping Keep Teens Protected? Longitudinal Bidirectional Relations Between Prosocial Behavior and Problem Behavior 下载免费PDF全文
The current study examined bidirectional, longitudinal links between prosocial and problem behavior. Participants (N = 500) were recruited from a Northwestern city in the United States and assessed for 3 consecutive years from 2009 to 2011 (Mage of youth at Time 1 = 13.32, SD = 1.05; 52% girls; 67% European American, 33% single‐parent families). Results suggested that effects of earlier prosocial behavior toward family and strangers were predictive of fewer problem behaviors 2 years later, while results for prosocial behavior toward friends were more mixed. Results also suggested depression predicted lower prosocial behavior toward family members and anxiety predicted higher prosocial behavior toward friends. Findings show a complex pattern of relations that demonstrate the need to consider targets of helping. 相似文献

20世纪70年代以来,美国通过供给侧和需求侧的双重调节,有效解决并防范了博士供给过剩问题。在供给侧,通过动态调节博士招生数量、提高海外留学生比例、鼓励博士多元就业等措施,既合理控制了国内博士供给数量,又提高了博士供给与就业需求的区域、学科和职业之间的匹配程度。在需求侧,通过扩大博士后招聘数量、提升非终身教职比例,扩大了学术性岗位的需求数量和博士就业的层级弹性。建议我国通过提高博士培养的国际化程度、加强博士可迁移能力培养、扩大博士后招生规模建立博士培养过剩防范机制。 相似文献

西北苏区经济工作继承了中央苏区合作社经济的积极成果,有效维护了财政体系的完整和良性运作。随着长征后党的抗日民族统一战线政策的制定,西北苏区的经济工作较中央苏区有一定程度的调整。但是富农政策的调整并不意味着阶级路线的放弃。正是由于对阶级路线的坚决贯彻,党领导苏区军民积极开展春耕、夏耕生产斗争,集中解决粮食问题,克服陕甘宁地区恶劣经济条件带来的困难,并采取灵活手段促进商业和对外贸易的繁荣,为迎接全民族抗战打下坚实的经济基础。 相似文献

随着经济全球一体化的深入发展,高等教育国际化已成为一种必然趋势,而国际化办学的一个重要方面就是全英文教学。针对目前全英文教学的现状及作者从事材料力学全英文授课的经历,从课程体系、教学内容、教学方式、教材建设等几方面对材料力学全英文课程的一体化建设提出了几点探索并进行了实践。结果表明:一体化建设的思路极大推动了全英文教学的进程,起到了较好的效果。 相似文献
