清末日僧在华传教对近代中国影响甚大,其主要表现在三个方面:其一,对中国近代佛教的革新影响很大,如中国第一所具有近代意义的佛学教育学校——湖南僧立师范学堂就是在日僧水野梅晓的帮助下创办的;其二,对中国近代国家转型影响很大,比如浙江三十五寺归属日本东本愿寺事件直接影响清末"庙产兴学"的政策,改变了全国新式学堂的开办方式;其三,日僧在华传教往往与日本对外扩张密切相关,到后期甚至完全沦为文化侵略的一环,如掠夺中国文物的大谷探险队。而部分日僧甚至成为日本侵华的急先锋,如甲午战争中的随军僧。因此,研究清末日僧在华传教对研究近代中国具有较为重大的意义。在日本外务省外交史料馆、国立公文书馆中有清末日僧在华传教的政府公函数件。这批公函的特点有三:其一主体众多,中国政府方面包括省洋务总局、兵备道、知府、知县等各政府层级,而日本方面则主要是驻华各地领事;其二是内容丰富,其内容涉及日僧在华传教的许可(尤其是对条约解释之争)、基本情况、中国佛寺和僧侣以及普通民众对此的态度、中国人假冒日僧传教等,林林总总,不一而足;其三,日本政府内部公函提供新的研究视角,丰富了研究的内涵。这批公函除日本政府内部公函之外,一般都有中文和日文两个版本,这样就避免了翻译上的错误。即便是日本政府内部公函,也是用"汉文"书写,因此翻译时并无窒碍。本组史料选取了中文版,剔除大陆和台湾所藏的相关档案之后,按照分组时间顺序进行排列。 相似文献

In today's fast-paced environment, traditional medical reference services alone are not adequate to meet users' information needs. Efforts to find new ways to provide comprehensive service to users, where and when needed, have often included the use of new and developing technologies. This paper describes the experience of an academic health science library in developing and providing an online, real-time reference service. Issues discussed include selecting software, training librarians, staffing the service, and considering the future of the service. In an age characterized by distributed information, where the majority of the expertise is in the private sector, the concept of “central intelligence” is an oxymoron. The greatest threat to both national security and national economic competitiveness is ignorance—uninformed decision making. Intelligence communities are slowly discovering that they should not send a spy where a schoolchild can go, and that spies are not harnessing the vast distributed intelligence of the private sector. Unfortunately, the culture of intelligence in most countries believes that its uniqueness rests on secrets rather than thinking—on producing secrets rather than informing policy. To survive in the 21st century, every nation must become a “smart nation” and engage all of its citizens—every citizen must be a collector, producer, and consumer of intelligence—and, thus, create the Virtual Intelligence Community. To integrate and make the best use of both open-source intelligence and traditional classified intelligence, each nation must establish a National Information Strategy which addresses connectivity, content, coordination, and computational security. 相似文献
