企业管理咨询是指由受过专门训练的、有经验的专家根据有关的协议,客观、独立、公正地为企业识别、分析管理中存在的问题,提出解决问题的办法,并在企业需要时,帮助解决这些问题.在我国,有针对性地开展企业信息咨询是近几年来的事,苏南企业对企业管理信息咨询的消费也是刚刚开始.从总体上看,苏南广大企业用户对企业管理咨询还存在着许多模糊的认识,消费企业管理咨询的意识普遍不强,成功的消费实例也不多见.根据这一现状,我们认为,在当前苏南企业推进信息化进程和企业管理波动、管理失误较多的情况下,宣传企业管理咨询,培育企业用户消费管理咨询的意识已成为苏南现代化建设的重要内容之一.  相似文献

This paper reports the results of a preliminary study of interpersonal information seeking interactions between a user and a human information source. The study showed that users specify their information needs (uncertainty) largely in terms of what they know (certainty) during the interaction. The articulated certainty and uncertainty in the interaction can be classified as utterances focusing on either the topic (what the user is talking about) or comment (how that topic fits in with the user's situation or problem). We suggest that user studies in information seeking research should conceptually realign from an emphasis on user's uncertainty- and topic-based matching to the inclusion of user's certainty and comment dimensions in order to develop a more linguistically robust, multi-dimensional approach to matching for information retrieval.  相似文献

Banking is an enterprise consists of different levels of users with the requirement of different levels of information. We propose an information delivery model for banking business which takes information from business analysis and finds the best user for this information with respect to criteria and delivers the multi criteria reporting. There are many multi criteria decision making techniques [MCDM] available to find the best alternative in MCDM problem. We applied fuzzy MCDM technique which resolves inconsistency and uncertainty issues involved in decision making of information delivery for bank users. This model classifies most preferred user to least preferred user for the given information using fuzzy score. As access to information becomes more intensive in society, a great deal of that information is becoming available through diverse channels. Accordingly, users require effective methods for accessing this information. Conversational agents can act as effective and familiar user interfaces. Although conversational agents can analyze the queries of users based on a static process, they cannot manage expressions that are more complex. In this paper, we propose a system that uses semantic Bayesian networks to infer the intentions of the user based on Bayesian networks and their semantic information. Since conversation often contains ambiguous expressions, the managing of context and uncertainty is necessary to support flexible conversational agents. The proposed method uses mixed-initiative interaction (MII) to obtain missing information and clarify spurious concepts in order to understand the intention of users correctly. We applied this to an information retrieval service for websites to verify the usefulness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The measures typically used to assess binary classification problems fail to incorporate the uncertainty inherent to many contexts into the results. We propose using a Bayesian model to express the uncertainty in binary classification problems. This study identified 10 previous studies that provided sufficient data to demonstrate the use of Bayesian analysis in Information Systems (IS) contexts with varying levels of uncertainty. The analysis and user study show that the addition of Bayesian analysis is most useful in high uncertainty contexts with a wide interval for positive predictive value. Such an interval will lead to high uncertainty, even with very certain sensitivity and specificity. The usefulness of Bayesian analysis in conditions of medium uncertainty depends on the context. In conditions of low uncertainty, Bayesian analysis does not add much value. The user study showed that presenting models with uncertainty changed researcher perception of which model performed the best with 18 of 21 researchers changing their opinion. We recommend that authors estimate the uncertainty in their models and provide confusion matrices and prevalence estimates in their results to enable Bayesian analysis as research in a domain matures.  相似文献

This research focuses specifically on uncertainty and information seeking in a digital environment. In this research we argue that different types of uncertainty are associated with the information seeking process and that, with the proliferation of new and different search tools, sources and channels, uncertainty, positive/desirable or negative/undesirable, continues to be a significant factor in the search process. Users may feel uncertain at any stage of the information search and retrieval process and uncertainty may remain even after completion of the process resulting in what may be called persistent uncertainty. An online questionnaire was used to collect data from users in the higher education sector. There were three parts to the questionnaire focusing on: information seeking activities, information seeking problems, and access to specific information channels or sources. Quantitative analysis was carried out on the data collected through the online questionnaire. A total of 668 responses were returned from the chosen user categories of academic staff, research staff and research students. This research has shown that there are some information seeking activities and information seeking problems that are the most common causes of uncertainty among significant number of users from different disciplines, age, gender, ICT skills, etc. This is also the case with respect to access to and use of specific information sources/channels, although the degrees of uncertainty in relation are relatively small. Possible implications of this study and further research issues are indicated.  相似文献

【目的/意义】当前的信息用户行为特征挖掘方法无法将数据统一整合,且无法准确计算出时间序列内滑动 窗口内的数据均值,导致特征挖掘精度偏低。为此,提出了基于时间特性的信息用户行为特征挖掘方法。【方法/过 程】计算时间序列内滑动窗口内的数据均值,得出起始序列向量,再将用户行为划分成若干等值的时间片,通过取 样统计各种用户群体,得出用户的行为状态定性。以平均查询频率作为标准,观察用户的查询行为特征,输出信息 挖掘结果。【结果/结论】实验结果表明:所提方法挖掘出夜晚用户行为信息多于白天,休息日比工作日多,且在网络 波动下,虽然耗时增加,不过处于合理范围内。与传统方法相比,所提方法具有更低的挖掘误差,应用性较强。以 上实验结果证明了基于时间特性的信息用户行为特征挖掘研究能获取更准确的用户行为意向,提高用户兴趣预测 准确度,优化网络服务效果。【创新/局限】为进一步提高网络信息特征挖掘的效率,后续将重点研究多个网络用户 行为的并行分析,使该方法更适用于网络海量信息处理。  相似文献

Temporal expressions occurring in business news, such as “last week” or “at the end of this month,” carry important information about the time context of the news document and were proved to be useful for document retrieval. We found that about 10% of these expressions are difficult to project onto the calendar due to the uncertainty about their bounds. This paper introduces a novel approach to representing temporal expressions. A user study is conducted to measure the degree of uncertainty for selected temporal expressions and a method for representing uncertainty based on fuzzy numbers is proposed. The classical Vector Space Model is extended to the Temporal Document Retrieval Model (TDRM) that incorporates the proposed fuzzy representations of temporal expressions.  相似文献

Session-based recommendation aims to predict items that a user will interact with based on historical behaviors in anonymous sessions. It has long faced two challenges: (1) the dynamic change of user intents which makes user preferences towards items change over time; (2) the uncertainty of user behaviors which adds noise to hinder precise preference learning. They jointly preclude recommender system from capturing real intents of users. Existing methods have not properly solved these problems since they either ignore many useful factors like the temporal information when building item embeddings, or do not explicitly filter out noisy clicks in sessions. To tackle above issues, we propose a novel Dynamic Intent-aware Iterative Denoising Network (DIDN) for session-based recommendation. Specifically, to model the dynamic intents of users, we present a dynamic intent-aware module that incorporates item-aware, user-aware and temporal-aware information to learn dynamic item embeddings. A novel iterative denoising module is then devised to explicitly filter out noisy clicks within a session. In addition, we mine collaborative information to further enrich the session semantics. Extensive experimental results on three real-world datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed DIDN. Specifically, DIDN obtains improvements over the best baselines by 1.66%, 1.75%, and 7.76% in terms of P@20 and 1.70%, 2.20%, and 10.48% in terms of MRR@20 on all datasets.  相似文献

[目的/意义] 数字阅读是当前国民阅读的主要途径,付费数字阅读也成为新的消费增长点,但用户满意度仍然不高。文章尝试从用户需求层面进行探究,以期为数字阅读的持续健康发展提供指导,并对数字图书馆建设给予启发。[方法/过程] 通过收集大量相关产品的网络评论和与用户的深度访谈得到研究数据,进而运用扎根理论探究数字阅读产品的付费影响因素并构建出相对应的用户需求模型。[结果/结论] 研究发现,付费数字阅读用户需求分为功能需求和信息需求两个类别,且用户需求层次结构具有不断成长的演化趋势,这种趋势使得用户需求不断膨胀,从基本型需求发展到期望型需求,再拓展到兴奋型需求。  相似文献
