本文从社区空间传播的视角对三个社区进行了为期两年的田野调查.考察自组织空间生产和空间分配的社区空间融合过程发现,自组织空间生产以重组、模拟的方式实现社区空间媒介化.居民通过空间情感实践联想、赋值媒介化的空间进行空间分配后,作为共同体的"我们"在社区浮出.自组织引发了社区空间媒介化与媒介空间化循环,社区逐渐形成了以公共事务为基础,文化教育娱乐为横向粘合剂,老中青幼纵向年龄圈的空间结构. 相似文献

城市社区传播研究在我国的兴起,是转型期的社会发展、社区治理的政策倡导、社区居民的沟通诉求以及传统媒体的求存探索等因素共同作用的产物。总体来看,我国城市社区传播研究呈现出结构功能取向、大众传播聚焦、测评体系缺失三个特征。为了能更贴合城市社区传播实践、更好促进城市社区"可沟通"价值诉求的达成,笔者认为,未来我国城市社区传播研究需重点关注的问题有:城市社区共同体意识生成机制的揭示、移动互联语境下城市社区媒介转型实践的探索、城市社区传播评价指标体系的构建,以及城市社区居民的类型特征提取与媒介素养提升。 相似文献

SUMMARY Reference librarians at St. Charles Community College discovered the benefits of cooperation when they began the process of creating an online library tutorial. In the fall of 1999, librarians realized that their walk-in library sessions were becoming ineffective due to poor attendance by students. The tours didn't fit into on-campus students' busy schedules, and failed to serve distance students at all. Two reference librarians decided to work together to create a web-based tutorial introducing students to library online resources. It was an informal process that started with information gathering on what tutorials exist, how they were developed and what type of software was used. After the librarians decided on the format and appropriate software, they brought together their creative and technical strengths to design an appealing and functional tutorial. To create a “virtual tour” of the library's physical layout, the librarians also collaborated with the Instructional Support Center, a group of educational technology specialists who are part of SCC's community college consortium. The tutorial was completed in only a year, partly because working in a small library allows for constant contact between the librarians, but also due to the efficiency of using cooperation. This successful collaborative project eventually won the Missouri Community College Association's 2001 Technology Innovation Award. 相似文献

A two-year program in Medical Library Technology leading to the Associate in Applied Science degree was developed and approved by the State University of New York and the New York State Board of Regents as a joint endeavor of the Upstate Medical Center and the Onondaga Community College, with classes scheduled to begin in September 1969. The curriculum is designed to allow continuation of study towards the Bachelor of Science degree and includes a summer internship at one of several participating medical libraries. An increasing number of library technology programs are being offered by junior colleges in the U. S. and Canada. This paper presents a case study of an international team collaboration between US and South African conflict specialists and educators implementing a Community Peace and Safety Network in four communities in the Gauteng province of South Africa. The project, funded by the United States Information Agency, was a social justice initiative that provided mediation training for school and community centers to aid them in accomplishing constructive conflict management and social change. Following an overview of the project goals, stages, and accomplishments, Smith and Berg's theory of paradoxes in groups is used to analyze the negotiated relationships in the international team and the mutual influence of group tensions and community impact throughout the 18‐month project period. Discussion includes implications for dialectical analyses of groups and for social justice scholars. 相似文献
