所谓高校内部管理体制创新,就是在不断深化整个高等教育管理体制的基础上,在高校内部管理上打破旧体制,突破旧理念,通过大胆探索和实践,以创新组织机制、管理机制、用人机制、分配机制、监督机制等为目标,在管理理念、管理模式、管理目标、管理队伍建设、管理水平和管理效益等高校内部管理的各个层面实现创新.因此,高校内部管理体制创新是一个复杂的系统工程,笔者认为要实现高校内部管理体制创新,必须正确处理高校内部管理中若干对既相互联系又相互制约的关系. 相似文献
