利用Fenton氧化处理某废油提炼厂的高含油工业废水。通过正交试验设计确定Fenton氧化最佳实验条件为:pH=3,H_2O_2投加量为60 mL/L,n(H_2O_2)/n(Fe(2+))=15,反应时间为90 min.在此条件下,Fenton氧化对废水中有机物的去除率可达49.2%。基于实验数据建立有机物降解的动力学模型,得到制约Fenton氧化反应速率的主要因素是H_2O_2投加量,反应的初始活化能为9.15 kJ/mol. 相似文献

目的 :比较山蓝色素和九头狮子草色素的稳定性。方法 :用紫外分光度法扫描两种色素光谱,确定最大吸收波长。并测定色素液置于光照处、阴暗处,不同的pH、不同的温度、不同的基质中的色素残存率。结果 :九头狮子草红色素液最大吸收波长为580 nm,山蓝红色素液最大吸收波长为585 nm。两种色素液对阳光稳定性差,耐热性好。Na_2S_2O_3、H_2O_2、苯甲酸钠、蔗糖、葡萄糖、淀粉、Na+、K+、K+、Ca+、Ca(2+)、Zn(2+)、Zn(2+)、Mg(2+)、Mg(2+)、Mn(2+)、Mn(2+)对山蓝色素液和九头狮子草色素液的颜色无不良影响。维生素C、Al(2+)对山蓝色素液和九头狮子草色素液的颜色无不良影响。维生素C、Al(3+)、Cu(3+)、Cu(2+)、Fe(2+)、Fe(3+)、Fe(3+)、Fe(2+)对两种色素颜色有影响。结论 :此研究为进一步开发红色素资源提供理论依据。 相似文献

为探究异乌药内酯诱导细胞内活性氧的产生在介导线粒体凋亡途径中的作用及对肺癌A549细胞凋亡的影响,将A549细胞分为对照组（DMSO）、异乌药内酯处理组（15μmol/L）、抗氧化剂NAC组（3 mmol/L）和异乌药内酯联合NAC处理组（Isolinderalactone 15μmol/L+NAC 3 mmol/L）进行实验。采用CCK-8方法检测细胞活性,通过流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡情况,DCFH-DA法检测A549细胞内活性氧水平变化,JC-1染色后流式细胞术检测细胞内线粒体膜电位,Western blot方法检测细胞内线粒体凋亡通路相关关键蛋白表达的变化。结果表明：异乌药内酯能抑制肺癌A549细胞生长并诱导细胞凋亡,促进ROS积累,线粒体膜显著去极化,上调促凋亡蛋白Bax表达水平而下调抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表达水平。抗氧化剂NAC与异乌药内酯联合作用后,与异乌药内酯单独处理组相比,以上各方面的变化水平都呈现出不同程度的下降。异乌药内酯能通过诱导细胞内活性氧积累,激活线粒体凋亡途径从而促进A549细胞发生凋亡。 相似文献

大部分化疗药物可以促进活性氧（ROS）产生,同时ROS可以诱导细胞凋亡。本研究构建了一种有机砷化合物N-(4-(1,3,2-dithiarsinan-2-yl)phenyl)acrylamide(AAZ2),其可通过促进ROS产生诱导胃癌线粒体依赖的细胞凋亡。具体机制为AAZ2通过靶向丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶1(PDK1)导致葡萄糖代谢改变和氧化应激,继而抑制PI3K/AKT/m TOR通路,最终激活半胱天冬酶（caspase）依赖的细胞凋亡。此外,体内实验也证实了AAZ2可以抑制胃癌移植瘤的生长。综上,在胃癌中,AAZ2可以通过靶向PDK1影响葡萄糖代谢及随后的氧化应激反应,抑制PI3K/AKT/m TOR信号通路,最终诱发线粒体依赖的细胞凋亡。 相似文献

微生物通过信号分子的传递来进行群体感应交流从而调控多种生理行为活动．群体感应淬灭菌体内具有的群体感应淬灭酶可以降解信号分子,从而破坏群体感应系统,对微生物的多种活动产生影响．前期从群体感应淬灭菌Serratia sp.Z4(沙雷氏属)中克隆到一个群体感淬灭基因ais Z并在大肠杆菌Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)中进行了异源表达．现以ais Z基因为研究对象,以异源表达菌株E.coli BL21(DE3)/AisZ-pET-28a(+)为实验材料,通过在0.1 mmol/L的IPTG诱导菌株表达时,分别添加Zn2+、Ca2+和Co2+等三种金属离子,从SDS-PAGA直接观察蛋白条带、生物传感器平板检测菌株对信号分子的降解、RT-qPCR检测ais Z的表达量三个方面来探究金属离子对淬灭酶AisZ的影响．结果表明,AisZ异源表达菌株在IPTG诱导时,加入0.2 mmol/L的Ca2+或Co2+都会抑制淬灭酶基因ais Z的表达,但Ca2+ 相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex. 相似文献
