建立辽细辛不同药用部位中马兜铃酸A的含量测定方法并检测其含量。分别采用索氏提取法、超声提取法两种方法对不同产地辽细辛进行前处理,采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对辽细辛中马兜铃酸A进行测定,色谱柱为XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇一水一冰醋酸(70:29:1),检测波长为316nm,柱温为室温,流速为1ml/min。分析样品在10分钟内可全部出峰,且在8小时测定时间内稳定性良好;马兜铃酸A含量在20.4ng~102ng范围内相关系数R:0.9999,在2.04ng~20.4ng范周内相关系数1R=O.9960,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%。该方法简便快速,线性关系和精密度良好.适用于辽细辛马兜铃酸A含量的测定,所测产地的辽细辛质量较好。  相似文献

灯盏花素是中药灯盏细辛主要的有效单体之一,属于黄酮类活性成分.研究表明,灯盏花素在脑损伤中具有很好的神经保护作用,其机制可能包括:改善能量代谢,清除自由基,抑制细胞内Ca2+超载、兴奋性氨基酸毒性、炎症反应,调节脑内血管活性物质的产生,抑制神经元凋亡等.灯盏花素具有良好的临床应用前景,该文对灯盏花素近年来神经保护作用研究进展作一综述.  相似文献

选用花椒、蒲公英、细辛、甘草、白术等五种中草药,用35%酒精提其活性成分,对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、啤酒酵母菌这四种菌进行抑菌、杀菌试验。抑菌试验表明:五种中草药提取液对四种菌都有明显的抑制作用,其中白术、甘草的抑菌率均在83.1%以上;杀菌试验表明:五种中草药提取液对四种菌有不同程度的杀灭作用。  相似文献

This paper provides an introduction to issues surrounding the participation rights of young people in research and the implications of their growing involvement in research as well as providing a discourse on the ethical implications related to consent. The unique contribution of this paper is that it considers children’s rights in respect to the increasing opportunities for young people to take part in evaluation research. The aim of this paper, therefore, is to acknowledge the growing involvement for young people in research and the implications of ensuring that their rights of participation are respected. Secondly, we will consider the children’s rights legislation and our obligations as researchers to implement this. Finally, we will explore consent as an issue in its own right as well as the practicalities of accessing participants. This paper will postulate that any research about young people should involve and prioritize at all stages of the research process; including participation in decision-making. We conclude by identifying five key principles, which we believe can help to facilitate the fulfilment of post-primary pupils’ ability to consent to participate in trials and evaluative research.  相似文献

Biographies, life histories and other modes of narrative research enjoy increasing popularity as an alternate research genre. However, its status as a legitimate research methodology continues to be challenged by the positivist/empiricist tradition with its artificial dichotomy between qualitative and quantitative approaches to research. This paper critically explores some of the joys and perils of narrative research and its value for educational research in general. International research collaboration raises questions about how groups from different national and institutional contexts can work together for common ends. This paper uses issues that have arisen in carrying out the first stage of an international research project to discuss a framework designed to map different kinds of multi-national research collaboration in terms of increasing complexity and increasing time to research outputs. The paper explores factors that enable and that constrain progress in carrying out collaborative research. The paper highlights the complex interplay within research practice of factors that derive from institutional structures and those that appertain to individuals as agents. It uses the personal and collective reflexive deliberations of the authors, to demonstrate that as the complexity of the research interface increases, and as the time to research outputs increases, so structural risk increasingly develops into agentic risk, and that structural risk becomes increasingly required to be managed through agentic action.  相似文献

This paper is a reflection on the current policy moment in educational research in Australia in the context of globalisation. Set against a consideration of the emergent structure of feeling, the paper draws on three case studies of research to draw out some lessons for educational researchers and the research community. The argument is put that the dangerous ‘we’ of AARE needs to support increased funding for education and for educational research and, for the latter, to support a range of funding sources, types of research, methodologies and dissemination approaches. Increasingly there are pressures upon such eclecticism because of governmental attempts to ‘instrumentalise’ relationships between educational research and practitioner needs as perceived by governments. While such research is necessary, there is also a need within a democratic polity for research framed by agendas set by researchers that critiques government-directed developments. The paper argues there is a complex relationship amongst researchers and educational policy and pedagogical practitioners and as such the concept of ‘impact’ as applied to educational research requires substantial theorising. Contemporary research policy has tended to inhibit the dissemination of academic research to educational practitioners, while educational policy has tended, inappropriately in the argument of the paper, to construct teachers as the mere recipients of policy and research done elsewhere.  相似文献
