为了研究板的动力稳定性,采用伽辽金法推导了板动力失稳的MathieuHill方程,运用特征值法求解出无附加质量与携带附加质量板的临界激振频率与幅频响应。通过扫频试验得到了不同幅值激振力作用下无附加质量与携带附加质量板的动力响应,运用时域分析法发现了板参数共振失稳过程中的3个重要阶段与其振动周期的变化规律,并得到了不同激振系数下无附加质量与携带附加质量板的实测临界频率值,通过对动力响应进行傅里叶变换得到对应的实测幅频响应。分析结果表明,板发生参数共振失稳是由暂态振动过渡至参数共振失稳最后恢复至暂态振动的过程,几何非线性限制了板动力失稳时振动幅值无限增长的趋势,并牵引其向大频率方向振动,附加质量减小了板的动力不稳定域宽,增大了板的临界激振系数与振动幅值,试验与解析解吻合较好。  相似文献

利用QLVC-ZSA1振动信号分析仪及加速度传感器,对数控车床在不同切削要素的车削过程中刀具的振动响应进行了测试及量化研究,得到了刀具振动加速度信号的时域曲线及自功率谱密度曲线。研究表明:刀具的振动响应是一个随车削进行的时变过程,在同一走刀相同车削要素的车削过程中,随着去除材料的增加,刀具所受的激振能量减少;随着切削深度的增加,刀具振动的最大自功率谱密度并非单调增加,车削深度对于刀具振动的影响存在一个临界值;随着主轴转速及进给速度的提高,刀具振动的自谱密度值随之增大,而相应的振动频率降低。  相似文献

目的:振动在机械结构的工作中难以避免,且会显著降低机械结构的工作性能。因此,结构动力响应优化设计就显得尤为重要。本文旨在提出一种有效的简谐力激励下的结构拓扑优化方法,通过合理设计结构内加强筋的布局,减小结构特定位置处的位移响应幅值,提高结构的固有频率。概要:植物叶脉可以有效地支撑叶片以抵抗自然界中的风载。本文将植物叶脉分叉构型的最优性用于简谐力激励下结构的加强筋布局设计。首先对简谐力激励下结构的位移响应进行分析。在此基础上,构建以最小化结构特定位置处位移响应幅值为目标的生长式拓扑优化模型。然后,从数学优化的角度,分析加强筋的生长应遵循的规律,提出生长式拓扑优化的数值实现算法。最后通过数值算例证明了本文所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

在迈克尔逊干涉仪基础上制成的弱振动测试设备能够很好地完成对10^-6米量级幅度的正弦微振动的测量。我们利用该套装置对压电陶瓷材料在不同频率正弦电压激励下的振动幅度进行了测量,求出了压电陶瓷片逆压电系数的幅频关系。  相似文献

针对相移干涉测量系统中微位移的要求,研制了一种新型压电陶瓷微位移器及其驱动电源,该驱动电源采用集成功率运算放大器配合外围器件组成直流放大式结构,能够有效解决输出电压的非线性问题,减少自激现象,提高系统的稳定性。对研制的压电陶瓷微位移器进行了实验标定。经测试,研制的驱动电源具有驱动能力强、线性度好、重复性好等特点。干涉实验验证了研制的压电陶瓷微位移器性能的可靠性和位移的精确性。  相似文献

建立了双质量扭振系统的数学模型。应用多尺度法,求得了固有频率及与外激励频率存在时的一次近似解和对应的定常解"。对定常解进行了理论分析和数值计算,指出系统响应曲线存在跳跃,而且外激励幅值F1和F2的变化会影响系统幅频响应曲线发生改变。  相似文献

目的:沉箱底部垫层型式对基础的水平振动特性有重要影响。本文旨在探讨不同垫层型式(砂垫层或碎石垫层)对沉箱基础水平动力响应的影响规律,并提出简化的沉箱垫层基础水平动力的非线性分析计算方法。创新点:1.针对不同垫层下的沉箱基础开展室内水平稳态振动模型的试验研究;2.建立沉箱垫层基础的非线性分析计算模型;3.建立沉箱垫层基础模型的动力特性与原型沉箱垫层基础动力特性之间的关系。方法:1.通过室内水平稳态振动模型试验研究,得出不同垫层型式对沉箱基础动力特性的影响规律(图11和12);2.通过理论推导,构建激振力大小与基础振动位移幅值及共振频率之间的关系,并建立相应分析模型(公式(3)和(12));3.通过相似理论,分析模型基础与原型基础之间的动力特性关系(表5)。结论:1.静荷载作用下,基础水平荷载-位移曲线近似于刚塑性发展过程,且基础置于砂垫层时的极限荷载比置于碎石垫层的更大;2.沉箱置于砂垫层或碎石垫层上时,随着激振力幅值的增大,由于土体非线性特性的产生,基础振动响应幅值明显增大,且基础的共振频率呈衰减趋势;3.相对于砂垫层,碎石垫层在动力荷载作用下更易产生塑性变形,从而消耗并阻隔部分能量的传递,进而表现出比砂垫层更好的隔震效应。  相似文献

研究了利用分布式点力源作为次级力源对封闭空腔内的结构辐射噪声进行控制的问题,并对封闭空腔中结构辐射噪声的控制机制进行了分析.建立了包含2块简支弹性板的矩形封闭空腔,并将其作为研究对象.通过对初、次级声场以及结构-声耦合的特性分析,以减小腔内声场的声压级为最优控制目标,分析比较了在不同位置及参数的次级点力激励下腔内声场的声压级响应.仿真结果表明,在2块弹性板上施加联合激振力控制腔内噪声的效果要明显好于激振力只作用在受激弹性板上.  相似文献

引入AR功率谱研究液压马达驱动机械偏心和差动液压缸两种激振模式砌块成型机的振动特征,探讨砌块成型机工作参数优化的新方法.实验中,采集系统振动加速度信号,建立基于时间序列的AR功率模型,并比较分析不同工作参数下的AR功率谱特征.结果表明:液压马达驱动机械偏心激振模式对压力参数较流量参数敏感;而差动液压缸激振模式对压力和流量参数的敏感程度都高于机械偏心激振模式,由此获得了不同激振模式下的最佳工作参数组.  相似文献

利用ansys workbench软件分析多点超声换能器激励板材的谐响应分析,讨论超声换能器的频率、换能器排列对于不锈钢平板的谐响应的影响,并研究多个换能器在矩形与圆形阵列分布对板材振动的位移响应.通过仿真结果得出用矩形阵列分布较圆形阵列分布时总应变更小,且换能器越少,平均位移响应越大;此项研究为超声加工实验装置设计提供了依据.  相似文献

建立阻尼器连接的毗邻建筑在地震力作用下的运动方程.在求解地震响应时,地面运动加速度被描述为一随机过程.由于结构系统的非正交阻尼性质,用虚拟激励法在频域内求解结构地震响应.通过分析得出,毗邻建筑用阻尼器连接后,结构的地震响应得到有效控制,较连接前明显改善;选择一定的阻尼器参数可得最佳的减震效果.  相似文献

This paper developed 3D product models of motorcycle and engine by UGNX as well as virtual prototyping by ADAMS program with road roughness generated by MATLAB. Under the straight-line running condition, the dynamic responses of motorcycle multibody system to both road and engine excitations were compared with those to only road excitation in terms of vertical acceleration response, amplitude frequency response and power spectral density. The comparisons of simulation data showed that the response due to flat road excitation was around 20 Hz, while that to the combined excitations was in a wide frequency band, of which the major components focused on 10 Hz, 15 Hz, 35 Hz ,70 Hz, 100 Hz and even higher frequencies, reflecting the characteristics of engine excitation based on its unbalanced inertia force and torque. It is concluded that the high fidelity virtual prototyping can simulate the dynamics of motorcycle product well in investigating the vibration and ride comfort performance.  相似文献

为带有磁流变液智能阻尼器的半主动汽车悬架系统设计了一种模糊控制器:将半主动悬架相对位移的误差及误差变化率作为模糊控制器的输入,阻尼力作为其输出,利用磁流变液智能阻尼器的阻尼力随电流变化的特性使车身的振动降到最小。仿真实验给出了最优被动悬架和模糊控制智能半主动悬架在随机路面激励情况下的响应曲线,结果表明,磁流变半主动悬架系统采用模糊控制效果较理想,其车身垂直加速度等参数变化幅度也有所降低。  相似文献

The model test of seismic simulation shaking table is an important method to study the seismic design of bridge structure. In order to evaluate the seismic response and dynamic characteristics of pile-water-pier system for developing more reliable design procedures, shaking table model tests of a submerged bridge pier system, including pile groups-cap-pier and inertia mass, were conducted. Since different similitude laws corresponding to different test objectives affected the validity of test results, the similitude law with the aim to consider the effect of hydrodynamic pressure was proposed and confirmed through an actual example. Based on the test results, the effect of water around model on seismic response under seismic excitation input was analyzed and the failure level was judged by observing the variation of basic frequency. The test results indicate that the transfer function of analytical model with water is different from that without water, the natural frequency without water is always higher than that with water, and the first modal shapes are various. It is also concluded that the similitude law is suitable for practical application and the dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the structure system can be changed because of the existence of the surrounding water, which should be paid much attention in the further investigation.  相似文献

利用拉格朗日方程建立了核筒悬挂建筑结构体系运动方程,采用Longe-Kuta方法求解体系地震动力响应时程。实例计算结果表明,阻尼器系数对悬挂结构的减震效果具有明显影响,楼层位移沿结构高度的分布趋于均匀,且相对于普通无悬挂结构其层间位移、层位移、层速度以及层加速度大幅度减小,而且存在一个优化的阻尼器系数使得结构层间位移有最小值。  相似文献

以三跨一联钢管混凝土格构式高墩连续梁桥为研究对象,探讨了梁墩刚度比、缀管布置形式和有无减隔震装置设计参数对格构墩地震响应(墩底轴力、墩底弯矩和墩顶位移)的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着梁墩刚度比值的增大,桥墩的地震响应值先急剧下降之后逐渐趋于平缓减小;缀管布置形式参数对格构墩的弯矩响应值影响较为敏感,而轴力和位移值受其影响较小;减隔震装置对该类桥梁的隔震效果显著,隔震率随梁墩刚度比值的增大而减小。设防烈度等级越高,轴力隔震效果越明显,弯矩和位移的隔震率受设防烈度等级影响较小。该研究可为同类桥梁抗震概念设计提  相似文献

A dynamic finite element method combined with finite element mixed formula for contact problem is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of gear system. Considering the stiffness excitation, error excitation and meshing shock excitation, the dynamic finite element model is established for the entire gear system which includes gears, shafts, bearings and gearbox housing. By the software of I-DEAS, the natural frequency, normal mode, dynamic time-domain response, frequency-domain response and one-third octave velocity grade structure borne noise of gear system are studied by the method of theoretical modal analysis and dynamic response analysis. The maximum values of vibration and structure borne noise are occurred at the mesh frequency of output grade gearing.  相似文献

A closed-form out-of-plane dynamic displacement response of a curved track subjected to moving loads was pro- posed. The track structure was modeled as a planar curved Timoshenko beam periodically supported by the double-layer spring-damping elements. The general dynamic displacement response induced by the moving loads along the curve on the elastic semi-infinite space was firstly obtained in the frequency domain, according to the Duhamel integral and the dynamic reciprocity theorem. In the case of the periodic curved track structure subjected to moving loads, the dynamic displacement equation was simplified into a form of summation within the basic track cell instead of the integral. The transfer function for the curved track was expressed in the form of a transfer matrix. Single and series moving loads were involved in the calculation program. For the verification of the analytical model, the mid-span vertical deflection of a simply support curved beam subjected to moving load was recalculated and compared with the same case in the reference. The research results indicate that: under the same moving loads, the displacement response of the curved track decreases slightly with the increasing track radius, and the displacement response of the curved track with the radius greater than or equal to 600 m is almost equivalent to the displacement response of the straight track; the frequency spectrum of the curved track is more abundant than that of the straight track, which may result in more wheel-rail resonance and rail corrugation in the curved lines.  相似文献
