An acoustic pressure amplifier (APA) is capable of improving the match between a thermoacoustic engine and a load by elevating pressure ratio and acoustic power output. A standing-wave thermoacoustic engine driving a resistance- and-compliance (RC) load through an APA was simulated with linear thermoacoustics to study the impact of load impedance on the performance of the thermoacoustic system. Based on the simulation results, analysis focuses on the distribution of pressure amplitude and velocity amplitude in APA with an RC load of diverse acoustic resistances and compliance impedances. Variation of operating parameters, including pressure ratio, acoustic power, hot end temperature of stack, etc., versus impedance of the RC load is presented and analyzed according to the abovementioned distribution. A verifying experiment has been performed, which indicates that the simulation can roughly predict the system operation in the fundamental-frequency mode.  相似文献

This paper presents an efficient method for globally optimizing and automating component sizing for rotary traveling wave oscillator arrays. The lumped equivalent model of transmission lines loaded by inverter pairs is evaluated and posynomial functions for oscillation frequency, power dissipation, phase noise, etc. are formulated using transmission line theory. The re- sulting design problem can be posed as a geometric programJning problem, which can be efficiently solved with a convex opti- mization solver. The proposed method can compute the global optima more efficiently than the traditional iterative scheme and various design problems can be solved with the same circuit model. The globally optimal trade-off curves between competing objectives are also computed to carry out robust designs and quickly explore the design space.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the temperature and pressure characteristics of a Swift-Backhaus type traveling-wave thermoacoustic prime mover during its onset and damping processes, in order to understand the intrinsic mechanism ofthermoacoustic oscillation onset and the feasibility of using low-grade thermal energy based on a low onset temperature. The influences of heat input and filling pressure on hysteretic loop, due to the noncoincidence between onset and damping processes, are measured and analyzed. 基于基波分析法( FHA)对LLC谐振变换器进行建模分析,并以此为依据提出一种简化的参数设计方法。该方法根据谐振电路的二端口模型得到归一化工作频率和电压增益的关系,按照规定输入输出的要求确定电压增益后得到谐振工作频率,进而可以得到谐振电路的特性阻抗和谐振腔元件参数。利用Saber软件仿真和硬件实验验证了该方法的有效性,表明所设计的变换器可实现开关管的零电压开通和整流二极管的零电流关断,能够降低开关损耗,提高装置效率。  相似文献

对于静电驱动的亚微米及纳米尺度的谐振器,衍射效应将会使其驱动及振动频率的光学检测变得更加困难,为克服衍射效应的影响,设计、制作了新型纳机电谐振梁——H型梁,使其产生高频振荡.并制作了双端固支谐振器以进行比较.2种谐振梁的最小宽度和厚度分别为180和200nm.对这2种结构的机械振动特性进行了实验研究.谐振器的基波振荡频率在6.8~20MHz之间,远低于理论预估值.通过模拟仿真发现,过腐蚀是导致振动频率低于理论值的重要原因之一.实验还发现:2种谐振器的谐振频率之差随着梁的长度增加而下降;在室温下减小样品腔的压强后,谐振器的品质因数可以大大提高.  相似文献

This paper presents a method of forecasting stable operation of gas compressor unit (GCU) centrifugal supercharger (CFS) installed on a piping of compressor shops servicing gas pipelines. The stability of superchargers operation is assessed in relation to the phenomenon of surge. Solution of this problem amounts to the development and numerical analysis of a set of ordinary differential equations. The set describes transmission of gas through a compressor shop as a fluid dynamics model with lumped parameters. The proposed method is oriented to wide application by specialists working in the gas industry. The practical application of this method can use all-purpose programming and mathematical software available to specialists of gas companies.  相似文献

To evaluate the performance of newly designed electro-pneumatic valves (EPVs) for the air-powered engine (APE) and study laws of parameters affecting them, a simulation model was established based on the thermodynamics and mechanics theories. Experiments were set up to determine the instantaneous effective orifice area of solenoid valve by the constant volume discharge method. The simulation model was also validated by comparing the measured displacement curve with the simulated displacement curve of the valve in the pressure of 0.16 and 0.49 MPa. Simulation and experimental results showed that maximum working frequency of the designed EPV could reach 30 Hz corresponding to 2000 r/min of engine rotating speed. Based on simulation results, impacts of temperature and pressure of control air on delay time, full opening/closing time and seating velocity of EPV were analyzed. The simulation model could also act as EPV simulation prototype in designing the air exchange control system of APE.  相似文献

Compression and expansion of a working gas due to the pressure oscillation of an oscillating flow can lead to a temperature variation of the working gas, which will affect the heat transfer in the oscillating flow. This study focuses on the impact of the compression-expansion effect, indicated by the pressure ratio, on the heat transfer in a finned heat exchanger under practical operating conditions of the ambient-temperature heat exchangers in Stirling-type pulse tube refrigerators. The experimental results summarized as the Nusselt number are presented for analysis. An increase in the pressure ratio can result in a marked rise in the Nusselt number, which indicates that the compression-expansion effect should be considered in characterizing the heat transfer of the oscillating flow, especially in the cases with a higher Valensi number and a lower maximum Reynolds number.  相似文献

Nonlinear vibration can cause serious problems in long span cable-stayed bridges.When the internal resonance threshold is reached between the excitation frequency and natural frequency,large amplitudes occur in the cable.Based on the current situation of lacking corresponding constraint criteria,a model was presented for analyzing the dynamic reliability of coupling oscillation between the cable and tower in a cable-stayed bridge.First of all,in the case of cable sag,the d'Alembert principle is applied to studying the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the structure,and resonance failure interval of parametric oscillation is calculated accordingly.Then the dynamic reliability model is set up using the JC method.An application of this model has been developed for the preliminary design of one cable-stayed bridge located on Hai River in Tianjin,and time histories analysis as well as reliability indexes have been obtained.When frequency ratio between the cable and tower is approaching 1∶2,the reliability index is 0.98,indicating high failure probability.And this is consistent with theoretical derivation and experimental results in reference.This model,which is capable of computing the reliability index of resonance failure,provides theoretical basis for the establishment of corresponding rule.  相似文献

Fatigue crack propagation characteristics of a diesel engine crankshaft are studied by measuring the fatigue crack growth rate using a frequency sweep method on a resonant fatigue test rig. Based on the phenomenon that the system frequency will change when the crack becomes large, this method can be directly applied to a complex component or structure. Finite element analyses (FEAs) are performed to calibrate the relation between the frequency change and the crack size, and to obtain the natural frequency of the test rig and the stress intensity factor (SIF) of growing cracks. The crack growth rate i.e. da/dN-AK of each crack size is obtained by combining the testing-time monitored data and FEA results. The results show that the crack growth rate of engine crankshaft, which is a component with complex geometry and special surface treatment, is quite different from that of a pure material. There is an apparent turning point in the Paris's crack partition. The cause of the fatigue crack growth is also discussed.  相似文献

介绍了一种测量谐振系统对地电容的新方法,首先向谐振系统中性点注入一定宽度、一定幅值的方波脉冲信号,再测量系统某一电气量(如中性点电压)的振荡频率,求得系统对地电容.本文通过理论分析得出了对地电容的算法,并对方波宽度和幅值做了约束.最后通过计算机仿真分析了阻尼电阻和中性点偏移电压对测量振荡频率的影响,提出了消除影响的措施.  相似文献

分析了谐振传感系统的稳定性条件,并根据稳定性误差得到了稳定性能指标。在理论的基础上,对谐振传感系统作了具体设计,得到了以振子的振动速度作为输出以稳定系统的频率的设计思想,以及增加AGC环节以稳定振幅并获得较理想的正弦波的设计思想。建立了振子电磁耦合模型,并对整个系统进行了仿真,验证了所作设计的正确性。  相似文献
