专题情报数据管理与智能分析平台的构建

[目的/意义] 面对多学科领域、多类型用户的专题情报服务需求，建立专题情报数据管理与智能分析平台。实现专题情报分析的流程化和智能化，同时对融入专家智慧的专题情报分析过程数据进行管理，丰富服务模式，提升服务需求响应速度。[方法/过程] 在调研已有相关研究与实践分析基础上，提出平台设计思路、建设框架，对平台主要功能和关键技术进行剖析。[结果/结论] 专题情报数据管理与智能分析平台已建设完成。平台集成了多来源多类型数据，打通了从数据到分析的服务链条。嵌入了多种情报分析方法和深度学习算法，实现了多维多层次分析服务。能够对分析过程和情报分析人员历史积累数据进行管理，实现数据共享和重复利用。  相似文献

党的十九届四中全会明确提出了“坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重大意义和总体要求”。在新的历史时期，我国体育智库的新使命在于推进体育强国、健康中国和体育治理现代化建设。基于此，采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，从外部和内部两个角度，对我国体育智库的责任和担当进行深入探讨。认为体育智库对内要注重更新管理体制，完善运行机制，建设和优化人才培养体系；对外要通过科研成果转化实现体育产业高质量发展，重塑体育治理生态，提升国家体育文化软实力和国际体育地位硬实力，促进体育融合发展，最终服务于我国体育治理体系和治理能力现代化。  相似文献   

Effects of the “Gangnam Style Syndrome” on the South Korean stock market

This study attempts to answer two questions. First, can a single cultural event impact the stock prices of a wide range of companies and sectors? Second, was the positive stock market response in the information technology (IT) sector as well as performing arts sector significant? To answer these questions, we examine whether a hit pop single, “Gangnam Style” by Park Jae-Sang in 2012, affected related sectors of the Korean stock market and whether market reactions went beyond the stock price of the singer’s agency to affect those of other firms. We use an event study approach. The results show two notable empirical findings. First, although the findings indicating abnormal returns and cumulative abnormal returns appear mixed, the overall results imply that the unprecedented worldwide hit single by the South Korean singer positively affected the Recreation & Culture and Digital Content sectors. In other words, the market interpreted the event as good news, with shareholders expecting positive effects on the related sectors. Second, a positive stock market response was observed in the IT sector as well.  相似文献

Idea generation in biomedical engineering courses using Design Heuristics

ABSTRACT

With increasing demand for improved medical equipment and healthcare, next-generation biomedical engineers need strong design skills. Equipping biomedical engineering students with tools for idea generation and development can increase student design success. Design Heuristics are an ideation tool developed through empirical studies of product designs. While identified in the mechanical engineering space, Design Heuristics may be applicable in biomedical engineering design. In our study, we implemented a Design Heuristics session during upper-level undergraduate and first-year graduate biomedical engineering design courses. We examined the applicability of Design Heuristics within individual and team concept generation contexts. The findings demonstrated that biomedical engineering students were able to use Design Heuristics to generate multiple concepts, and that initial concepts produced using Design Heuristics were carried over into final team design. The results support the applicability of Design Heuristics to student idea generation in biomedical engineering design.  相似文献   

Prenatal Maternal Stress,Child Cortical Thickness,and Adolescent Depressive Symptoms

Prenatal maternal stress predicts subsequent elevations in youth depressive symptoms, but the neural processes associated with these links are unclear. This study evaluated whether prenatal maternal stress is associated with child brain development, and adolescent depressive symptoms using a prospective design with 74 mother child pairs (40 boys). Maternal stress was assessed during pregnancy, child cortical thickness at age 7, and depressive symptoms at age 12. Prenatal maternal stress was associated with less cortical thickness primarily in frontal and temporal regions and with elevated depressive symptoms; child cortical thickness additionally correlated with adolescent depressive symptoms. The observed associations are consistent with the possibility that cortical thickness in superior frontal regions links associations between prenatal maternal stress and adolescent depressive symptoms.  相似文献

体育赛事转播权是一种新兴的复合型权利，是指电视台、视频网站、直播平台等转播机构就其制作的体育赛事节目和提供的转播信号享有的著作权或者录音录像制品权、广播组织权，同时也是指赛事组织者就体育赛事享有的"转播许可权"。对其不同层次的内容应当分别予以解读，而不宜笼统地在"体育赛事转播权"这一概念下进行讨论。对赛事组织者的权利保护，有赖于体育法对其权利予以法定化；对相应的著作权人和邻接权人的保护，需要在完善著作权法的基础上，坚持作品独创性判断标准，并提升邻接权的保护水平。  相似文献   

石膏/蚯蚓粪肥对赤泥团聚体结构稳定性的影响

赤泥是氧化铝工业生产过程中排放的高碱性固体废弃物，迄今尚无经济有效的处置方法。以华中地区某堆场赤泥为研究对象，通过土培实验研究改良剂（石膏、蚯蚓粪肥、石膏+蚯蚓粪肥）对赤泥团聚体稳定性的影响。结果表明：石膏的添加能显著降低赤泥pH，而蚯蚓粪肥能显著增加赤泥有机碳含量。土培60 d时，石膏添加后赤泥pH由10.54降到8.75，蚯蚓粪肥添加后赤泥有机碳含量由3.54 g·kg^-1增加至14.31 g·kg^-1。土培180 d时，石膏、蚯蚓粪肥、石膏+蚯蚓粪肥添加后赤泥水稳性团聚体含量由12.04%分别增加到23.49%、29.24%、33.94%；团聚体平均重量直径由0.15 mm分别增加到0.26、0.30、0.34 mm；可蚀性因子由0.36分别降低到0.31、0.30、0.29。石膏和蚯蚓粪肥的添加促进水稳性团聚体形成，提高赤泥团聚体稳定性。基质改良对赤泥团聚体稳定性的影响效果依次为：石膏+蚯蚓粪肥 > 蚯蚓粪肥 > 石膏。研究结果对赤泥土壤化处置和规模化消纳研究有科学参考意义。  相似文献   

江苏省马拉松认证赛事空间分布及影响因素研究

研究选取江苏省41场马拉松认证赛事为研究样本，运用最邻近点指数、地理集中指数、地理联系率、核密度指数等方法研究马拉松认证赛事的分布规律及影响因素。结果表明：①江苏省马拉松认证赛事整体空间分布趋于集聚，空间结构属于凝聚型；②不同类型马拉松认证赛事中，半程马拉松认证赛事集聚程度高，全程马拉松、16 km、10 km和5 km马拉松认证赛事布局分散；③经济基础、教育程度、景点资源和产业发展是影响特马拉松认证赛事分布的主要因素。  相似文献
