在探讨Web2.0服务理念对信息服务影响的基础上,指出Web2.0带来大变革:长尾理论、众包模式和云计算,强调以用户为中心和强化用户积极参与;提出Web2.0环境下的信息服务在功能上需重新定位:社会化和个性化服务;因此Web2.0环境下信息服务需从三个方面进行重构:信息资源建设、服务系统和服务业务组织。
Abstract:
Based on the discussion on the impact of Web2. 0 service concept on information service,this article points out the great changes brought about by Web2. 0: the long tail theory,the user-centred mode and cloud computer,emphasizing the centric position of users and strengthening their active participation. The article points out that the function of information service in the Web2. 0 environment should be re-orientated to social and personalized service. Therefore,the information service in the Web2. 0 environment should be reconstructed from 3 aspects: information resources construction,service system organization and service business organization.  相似文献

文章首先对我国现有信息服务模式的局限性与缺位现象进行探讨,并基于美国学者R.J.Sternberg的"创造力投资理论"论述完善的信息服务模式对人文社会科学创新的重要性。在此基础上提出一种面向科研的信息服务相关性模型。最后对构建信息服务新模式提出自己的一些看法。
Abstract:
This paper first discusses the limitations and vacancies of the existing information service mode in China. Based on the American scholar Robert J. Sternberg's Creativity Investment Theory,the paper discusses the importance of perfect information service mode to innovation of Humanities and Social Science. On this basis,an information service-related model oriented to scientific research is proposed. Finally,the paper gives some ideas of how to construct the new information service mode.  相似文献

随着我国金融市场和网络技术的发展,财经垂直门户成为了财经信息服务的主体。在分析我国财经垂直门户特点的基础上,借助信息生态理论,提出了一种自上而下构建财经垂直门户服务质量层次本体评价模型的方法,并且结合层次分析法设计了相应的服务质量评价软件,将抽象的服务质量评价模型具体化为定量的指数排序。运用评价软件对我国5个具有代表性的财经垂直门户进行了评价,并对结果进行了讨论。  相似文献

Web portals act as a single point of access to information and services relevant to person's work or personal interests. Market research findings related to Croatian web context report that nowadays horizontal information portals are the most visited sites. Whether they reach their aim of facilitating users’ access to diverse resources and to which extent, remains an open question. In this paper, this issue is addressed by two case studies conducted for summative assessment of Croatian horizontal information portals. Approach assembled expert inspection and user assessment that integrated a number of empirical methods into laboratory-based testing. We report that the results of inspection method were not in agreement with the ones obtained from user test methods. Although differences of this kind have been reported elsewhere, these were not as evident as in these studies. What is very interesting and represents a main contribution of the research is that in both rounds of evaluations this outcome is very sharp and clear. This suggests that we should conduct both kinds of assessments as they seem to be complementary. Evaluation provided some general findings and know-how from the experience and we believe that many readers, both practitioners and researchers, can learn from it.  相似文献

Portals provide an aggregated and personalized view of information through a large application integrating information, people, and processes across organizational boundaries. As such, portals can significantly impact organizations, completely changing how they work and operate. In addition, many critical success factors can affect portals at any stage of implementation. Many organizations lack suitable frameworks for implementing portals to ensure success in the organization, customer satisfaction, and employee morale. To address this gap, we proposed a comprehensive framework to develop and operate portal projects by considering specific critical success factors.
