建立了普鲁士蓝褪色光度法测定维生素C片中抗坏血酸含量的方法.结果表明,Fe2+与铁氰化钾可生成可溶性蓝色的配合物-KFeⅢ[FeⅡ(CN)6](普鲁士蓝),在酸性条件下,抗坏血酸能将普鲁士蓝溶液中的Fe3+还原为Fe2+,溶液的吸光度减小,反应前后溶液的吸光度差(ΔA)与加入的抗坏血酸含量(ρ)成正比,据此可以测定抗坏血酸的含量.测定的最大吸收波长为707nm,抗坏血酸含量在0~12.5 mg/L范围内与ΔA有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为ΔA=0.0201ρ+0.0008,线性相关系数r=0.9999.方法用于维生素C片中抗坏血酸含量的测定,结果与药典规定的碘量法相近. 相似文献

研究了化学镀镍体系中温度、pH值、络合剂、缓冲剂、促进剂、次亚磷酸钠等对Ni2 吸光度的影响,建立了镀液中硫酸镍质量浓度与吸光度回归方程,得出取镀液稀释一倍后在400 nm处用分光光度法测定其中Ni2 的浓度.试验结果表明,该法具有操作简便、快捷、准确度高、无镀液损耗、设备投资少等优点,适用于小型化学镀镍企业对镀液体系中Ni2 浓度的快速测定和现场监控. 相似文献

采用邻二氮菲分光光度法直接测定了茶叶中铁离子含量.用干法灰化法处理样品,先把样品置于520℃左右马弗炉中灰化,使铁游离出来,再用盐酸羟胺将三价铁还原成二价铁,然后在510 nm波长处测定橙红色络合物Fe(Phen)32+的吸光度,由标准曲线及样品的吸光度可查得溶液的铁含量.此法快速、简单、准确,可为指导人们在饮茶的同时进行补铁提供理论依据. 相似文献

为检测可乐饮料中咖啡因含量,采用紫外分光光度法,通过配制不同浓度的咖啡因标准溶液,进行紫外光谱扫描,测定咖啡因的最适波长为276.4.将不同浓度的咖啡因标准品在276.4nm波长处测定其吸光值,绘制标准曲线,得出线性回归方程为y=0.0486x-0.0076,相关系数R2 =0.9971.再对可乐饮料样品进行检测,结果表明:相对偏差在0.1％-0.2％之间,实验操作简单,快速. 相似文献

目的:建立金边瑞香枝和叶中总黄酮含量的测定方法,为该品的质量控制提供依据.方法:以葛根素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法在254nm波长处测定样品的吸光度.结果:对照品在0～100mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y =0.0040X +0.0052,R=0.9997.金边瑞香枝和叶中总黄酮含量分别为0.1262％和0.2615％.结论:该方法操作稳定,结果准确、可靠,重现性好,适合金边瑞香枝和叶中总黄酮含量的测定. 相似文献
