教师道德从本质上是教师自我实践的产物。教师道德是教师专业发展不可替代的部分。如果教师道德水准不能通过教师专业发展而加以提高,而是由环境诸因素所左右,那么教师的专业性存在就应该受到质疑。教师专业发展使教师道德从社会的纯粹理性演变为教师个人的实践理性,并进而从个人实践理性升华为教师群体自觉遵守的纯粹理性。它是教师道德自我塑造的现实途径。 相似文献

教师法律身份的本质是为了保证教育服务交易有效进行而从根本上确立的教师与其它交易主体之间关系的契约身份,因而对于教育实践影响重大。义务教育的外部性和教师人力资本的高度专用性及其个人占有的天然性等特性决定了义务教育交易的特殊性及其教师的职业特征。基于此,义务教育教师的法律身份不能简单地定为公务员或者雇员,而只能定为公务雇员,否则不能同时兼顾和充分体现其职业的公务性和专业性特征。 相似文献

教师职业是专业,但教师首先是职业,是从业人员解决生计与谋生的手段。从知识结构而言,教师职业具有双重专业性,即学科专业性和教育专业性;从职业特点看,教师既有职业特性又有专业特性。按《教师资格条例》中规定的七类教师,幼儿教师、小学教师更体现了教师的教育专业性和教师的职业性,而高等教育教师则更体现出教师的学科专业性及教师的专业性,中等教育教师介于二者之间。不同教师应有不同的职业（专业）标准与培养模式。 相似文献

教育理论与实践的脱节问题要求我们关注教师自身的实践理性,通过加深对教师思维与行动的认识来更好地推动教育改革的落实。本研究采用质性方法分析了某重点大学的教师在工作中所面临的冲突话语及其解决方略,并将他们行动背后的实践理性与中国社会文化传统进行了关联。在对教师群体资料分析的基础上,重点呈现了一名大学教师实践理性的表征样态,即整合、中道和权衡,以期作为了解和理解中国大学教师专业实践的一个镜像。研究发现,教师的实践理性与其所生长的中国文化传统和现实社会场域之间存在勾连。如果我们借用中国文化和本土心理学的研究成果,可以更加深入地描画出中国大学教师实践理性背后的社会文化逻辑。 相似文献

教师职业道德的问题,部分是由教师作为"社会人"的道德问题引起的;部分是教师作为专业工作者,由其劳动特性带来或者强化的。教师作为专业人员,其劳动有着独特的性质:与学生之间信息的不对称性;劳动时间、场所、形式的不固定性;劳动成果的不确定性以及评价不便性;劳动质量对个体的高度依赖性,等等。教师专业劳动的特性对教师职业道德有着重要影响,基于教师专业劳动的特性开展师德建设,需要充分发挥教师作为专业劳动者的主体价值,规范教师行为,让教师充分体验职业的成就感和幸福感。 相似文献
