我国在医学信息数据库的开发方面已经取得了很大的成就,医学信息网络建设已初具规模.但还存在一些问题,如数据库标准化程度不高,主题词不规范,网络访问速度慢等,对开发利用医学信息资源带来一定影响.针对这种现状,文章提出了网络环境下医学信息资源的开发利用应采取的一些措施,以更好地为医学科研服务. 相似文献

AbstractMany studies have examined how medical faculty and fourth-year medical students use information tools. Few studies have investigated how first, second, and third-year medical students discover and use information tools. In fall 2018, first, second, and third-year medical students received emails describing a study, which included a three-question survey and four interview questions. Of the 525 students, 122 completed the survey and 18 completed interviews. Results showed that clinical students most frequently use UpToDate, but preclinical students use multiple information tools. This report shows librarians can positively influence how preclinical students use information tools during medical school. 相似文献

本文以引文分析、共引分析、聚类分析和社会网络分析等方法为理论依据,通过Citespace、Bibexcel、Pajek和Ucinet等信息可视化工具,以公共卫生与预防医学学科为例,探讨信息可视化技术在医学情报分析中的应用,通过绘制知识图谱,揭示了该学科领域的七种核心期刊。运用社会网络分析法,分析了核心期刊、参考文献、核心作者在社会网络的地位和作用。通过对关键词和从题目中提取出来的名词性短语的知识图谱的绘制,揭示本学科2005～2009年的主要研究主题和关注热点。为研究者利用信息可视化技术开展医学情报分析提供借鉴和帮助。 相似文献

Librarians located in a 560-bed, inner city academic medical center with 25,000 + admissions per year planned and opened a Patient and Family Education Center (PFEC) in the lobby of a new patient care pavilion. A review of use in the first 19 months revealed that expected needs were being met while a variety of unexpected needs were identified. Ongoing use continues to be monitored by a detailed log of patron visits maintained by library staff.
