基于主题“高等教育质量保障”对1994—2023年间的文献进行检索,共获得1945篇文献,运用Citespace进行可视化分析。结果显示：我国高等教育质量保障研究领域的核心作者群尚未形成,作者间合作关系不密切;关键词共现分析有教学质量、保障理念等关键词;研究突现分析关键词有人才培养、职业教育;高等教育质量保障研究热点大致可分为四个阶段：起步阶段、快速发展阶段、深化发展阶段、新发展阶段。 相似文献

20世纪后20年,高等教育质量保障概念开始出现并被广泛接受,但人们对于何谓高等教育质量保障并不十分清楚。本文从质量保障与质量保证的区别入手,分析市场介入后高等教育质量保障与传统高等教育质量管理方式之间逐步形成的区别,并对质量保障兴起的社会背景进行了剖析。研究认为,高等教育质量保障是在借鉴工业领域质量管理思想的基础上,结合高等教育管理规律和高校自身特点而形成的高等教育质量管理的新方式,它是市场力量介入高等教育的必然要求,是对传统高等教育质量管理方式的超越;而评估是质量保障的一种重要方法,但它决不是质量保障的全部。 相似文献

通过对2005—2014年《煤炭高等教育》在CNKI中的数据进行统计,采用文献计量学方法从文献数量、文献作者、研究主题、研究方法和基金论文等指标分析《煤炭高等教育》的发展现状。结果表明,《煤炭高等教育》的刊文质量不断提升,学术性逐步增强,认可度逐步扩大。 相似文献

学生是高等教育的核心利益相关者, 清晰梳理学生参与高等教育质量保障相关研究具有重要意义。当前对学生参与高等教育质量保障的研究,主要是对学生参与课堂评教及参与高校内部教学质量保障等问题的探索,而对学生参与高等教育外部质量评估的研究,散见于欧洲国家相关政策文件与国内对其经验的分析之中。进一步深化学生参与高等教育质量保障理论研究,应更加关注学生参与的条件与限度、完善学生参与的政策和制度、加强学生参与高等教育质量保障的本土化探索。 相似文献

以中国知网为文献来源,以1980-2012年高等教育质量研究领域的505篇高被引文章为研究对象,对其发表时间、被引频次、发文单位、作者、关键词等五个方面的分析表明:高等教育质量研究呈现出从无到有、从少到多的数量特征,形成了以高被引文章为核心研究成果、以“985工程”高校为引领研究单位、以著名高等教育学者为核心的研究队伍,以质量保障与保证、教育质量、美英澳、本科教育、大众化等为关键词的多样化的研究内容。高等教育质量研究呈现出备受重视、愈加多样化、日益深入、焦点不断扩大等趋势。 相似文献

Aspiring to become an international city in Asia, the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has been investing more in higher education. In order to enhance its global competitiveness, all public universities in Hong Kong have gone through different forms of quality assurance exercises, including teaching and learning processes reviews, research assessment exercises, management and governance reviews, as well as quality assurance council reviews. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a federation of seven autonomous emirates that follow different economic models. There is a process for quality assurance at the federal level, however, each emirate takes its own approach to assure the quality of its institutions. This has resulted in different procedures and varying levels of oversight and scrutiny of quality. Since the majority of higher education providers in the UAE are market-driven, this poses the challenge of maintaining the quality of education in those institutions. This study explores how well quality assurance systems support the quality of commercial higher education institutions using two research methods: semi-structured interviews with 38 stakeholders to investigate their perceptions of the quality assurance processes in the UAE; and focus group discussions with 161 students to collect their views of the quality of education in the commercialised institutions. The research confirms earlier findings that quality of education is a function of quality assurance processes. 相似文献

External quality audits are now being used in universities across the world to improve quality assurance, accountability for quality education and transparency of public funding of higher education. Some countries such as Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Sweden and Denmark have had external quality audits for more than a decade but there has been limited research as to their impact. This study analyses the extent to which external audits in Australia have improved quality assurance in universities over the past 10 years. The analysis is based on discussions with 40 participants in a workshop on the effectiveness of audits and the review of 60 external quality audit reports between 2001 and December 2010. The research found that while external audits have led to an improvement in systems and processes in Australian universities, they have not necessarily improved the student experience. This lack of impact on the student experience in Australia is similar to other countries, according to the literature review. This study is timely in its analysis on the effectiveness of the current improvement-led audits, as government in Australia is in the process of renewing quality assurance arrangements of higher education institutions with a focus on standards and outcomes. 相似文献

This article seeks to spark a dialectic discussion on the establishment of a set of professional competencies for quality assurance practitioners who serve in external quality assurance agencies in higher education. Such a need is identified due to the shortage of relevant and sufficient coverage in the quality assurance literature. To substantiate the need, the concepts of professionalism and profession, and how these concepts are linked to the quality assurance in higher education sector, are carefully examined through a desk-top research study. References are drawn from the experiences in several other occupations. The result reveals that the development of the essential competencies for external quality assurance practitioners in higher education is valuable and essential and it will be useful for the practitioners to transform themselves into a profession in the long run. 相似文献

Although the role and significance of the external stakeholders of higher education institutions has grown in recent years, quality assurance of stakeholder relationships remains a new phenomenon in the management practices of higher education institutions and in higher education research. Based on interviews and expert panel data, this article analyses the internal and external stakeholders’ perceptions of scenarios of the quality assurance of stakeholder relationships in Finnish higher education institutions. It especially focuses on exploring how institutions can balance internal and external stakeholders’ perspectives with regard to quality assurance. The results show that an essential challenge for Finnish higher education institutions is to develop flexible quality assurance practices capable of balancing the academic goals of the institutions and the needs of the external stakeholders. This also requires seeking balance between the centralised coordination and the differentiated practices of disciplines and academic units inside institutions. 相似文献
