There is growing concern for corrosion damage in reinforced concrete structures with several decades’ service. Pullout tests and beam tests were carried out to study the effect of reinforcement corrosion on the bond behavior and bending strength of reinforced concrete beams. The bond strength of plain bars and concrete initially increases with increasing corrosion, then declines. The turning point depends on the cracking of the concrete cover. The bond strength of deformed bars and concrete increases with corrosion up to a certain amount, but with progressive increase in corrosion, the bond strength decreases, and the cracking of the concrete cover seems to have no effect on the bond strength. On the basis of test data, the bond strength coefficient recommended here, which, together with the bond strength of uncorroded steel bars and concrete, can be used to easily calculate the bond strength of corroded steel bars and concrete. The bond strength coefficient proposed in this paper can be used to study the bond stress-slip relationship of corroded steel bars and concrete. The bending strength of corroded reinforced concrete beams declines with increasing reinforcement corrosion. Decreased bending strength of corroded RC beam is due to reduction in steel bar cross section, reduction of yield strength of steel bar, and reduction of bond capacity between steel bar and concrete. 采用Ansys有限元软件对8根不同锈蚀率的FRP片材加固钢筋混凝土梁的受弯性能进行数值分析,研究纵筋锈蚀率对FRP加固梁的裂纹开展、破坏模式、承载能力以及延性和变形能力的影响.研究结果表明:低钢筋锈蚀率的梁发生受压区混凝土压碎破坏;中等锈蚀率的梁钢筋屈服后,钢筋与混凝土界面发生黏结滑移,最后FRP剥离破坏;高锈蚀率的梁钢筋没有达到屈服强度便发生黏结滑移,最后发生受压区混凝土压碎破坏.钢筋锈蚀越严重,FRP加固钢筋混凝土梁的承载力降低得越多.试件RCB-1(锈蚀率为0)的承载力为115 kN,而试件RCB-7(锈蚀率为20%)的承载力仅为42 kN.与FRP加固未锈蚀的钢筋混凝土梁相比,FRP加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的变形能力较高.试件RCB-1和试件RCB-7的最大跨中挠度分别为20 mm和35 mm,而试件RCB-5(锈蚀率为10%)的最大跨中挠度达到了60 mm.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation on the response of pre-damaged reinforced concrete (RC) beam strengthened in shear using applied-epoxy unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sheet. The reasearch included four test rectangular simply supported RC beams in shear capacity. One is the control beam, two RC beams are damaged to a predetermined degree from ultimate shear capacity of the control beam, and the last beam is left without pre-damaged and then strengthened with using externally bonded carbon fiber reinforced polymer to upgrade their shear capacity. We focused on the damage degree to beams during strengthening, therefore, only the beams with side- bonded CFRPs strips and horizontal anchored strips were used. The results show the feasibility of using CFRPs to restore or increase the load-carrying capacity in the shear of damaged RC beams. The failure mode of all the CFRP-strengthened beams is debonding of CFRP vertical strips. Two prediction available models in ACI-440 and fib European code were compared with the experimental results.  相似文献

采用ABAQUS有限元软件对各种强度等级下各龄期钢筋混凝土梁的受扭性能进行分析。各龄期混凝土的本构关系采用塑性损伤模型,受拉指标采用断裂能。有限元分析结果表明:各龄期混凝土的抗扭承载力随龄期的增长而增长,开裂前早龄期混凝土梁的抗扭承载力主要由混凝土承担,钢筋的贡献很小;前3d是混凝土扭矩增长最快的主要时间段,开裂扭矩和极限扭矩达到28 d的60%左右。最后,根据有限元参数分析结果,在现行规范的基础上提出了早龄期混凝土梁开裂扭矩和极限扭矩的修正公式。  相似文献

The marine structures such as harbour,pier and inshore concrete terrace are exposed in adverse circumstances in a long period of time . Owing to the attack of external corrosive medium, their safety, durability and reliability decline. Especially the reinforced concrete(RC) structures in the wave splash area are more likely to be subjected to destruction and the loss is vast. Now the safety ,durability and reliability of structure have become increasingly an important subject to be studied. By way of the soaking and drying cycle test on the different mix proportions oblique section of 10 pieces of RC beams suffered artificial sea water(ASW) corrosion under 0,35,70,105,140 times of dry-wet cycles, the compared results of exerting pressure test of these beams under simply supporting were investigated. The law about the changes of the mechanical performance for RC beams with different mix proportions under different time periods for suffering corrosion of dry-wet cycles is as follows: the resistivity to ASW corrosion of the concrete specimens with various water cement ratio(various initial strength) is different ; the characters of oblique section failure for RC beams attacked by sea water are about the same as those for ordinary RC beam; along with the extension of the time for sea water attack, the bearing capacity for oblique section of RC beams varies wave upon wave. The specimens attacked by sea water for about 35 times of corrosion cycle achieve minimum bearing capacity.  相似文献

The stability and ductility of four buckling-restrained braces (BRBs) with brace joints were studied. The load-carrying element of BRB was fabricated with steel (Chinese Q235), and a layer of colloidal silica sheet (0.5 mm in thickness) or four layers of plastic film (0.2 mm in thickness) were used as unbonding materials to provide space to prevent the buckling of inner core in higher modes and facilitate its lateral expansion in case of compression. Based on the equation of BRBs with brace joints of different restrained stiffnesses, the buckling load is calculated considering the initial geometric imperfections and residual stress, and the theoretical values agree well with the experiment re- sults. It is concluded that the buckling load and ductility of BRBs are influenced greatly by the restrained stiffness of brace joints. If the restrained stiffness is deficient, the unstrained segment of BRBs with less stiffness will buckle firstly. As a result, the ultimate load of BRBs decreases, and the maximum compression load is reduced to about 65% of the maximum tension load; the stiffness also degenerates, and there is a long decreasing stage on the back-bone curve in compression phase; the ductility decreases, i.e., the ultimate tension ductility and ultimate compression ductil- ity are approximately 15 and 1.3 respectively, and the cumulative plastic ductility is only approximately 200. If the restrained stiffness of joint is large enough, the stability will be improved as follows: the yielding strength and ultimate strength of BRBs are nearly the same, and there is an obvious strain intensification in both tension and compression phases; the ductility of brace also increases obviously, i.e., the ultimate tension ductility and ultimate compression ductility are both approximately 14, and the cumulative plastic ductility reaches 782.  相似文献

Finite element analysis and parametric studies were performed to investigate the flexural capacity of the panel zone of diaphragm-through joints between concretefilled square steel tubular columns and H-shaped steel beams.Through the comparisons of failure modes,load–displacement curves,and bearing capacity,it was found that the flexural capacity of the panel zone of diaphragmthrough joints was determined by the tensile action and influence of the web of H-shaped steel beams,and the axial load should be taken into account.The steel tube and the diaphragm were the major parts of the joint that resisted the bending moment.The contribution of in-filled concrete had little influence on the flexural capacity of the panel zone of the joint and could be neglected.According to the results of these numerical studies,a formula that considered the influence of the web of H-shaped steel beams and the axial load was developed based on the yield lines in the diaphragm and the steel tube.The results of the proposed formula were in good agreement with the numerical data of this investigation.  相似文献

In order to evaluate the seismic behavior of confined RC column-composite beam joints, five interior joints were tested under low cyclic reversed load. The weakening extent of flanges, the number of studs, and whether to reinforce weakened flanges were used as parameters in designing these five joints. Failure characteristics, hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, ductility, energy dissipation, strength degradation, and stiffness degradation were analyzed. The test results revealed that the steel beam flanges in the joints were equivalent to the tie rod. Weakened flanges resulted in poor seismic behavior; however, the seismic behavior could be improved by increasing studs and reinforcing weakened flanges. The joint steel plate hoops, equivalent to stirrups, did not yield when the maximum load was reached, but yielded when the failure load was reached for the joints with shear failure. Increasing stud-type joints and reinforcing flange-type joints ensured good seismic behavior and met project requirements. Based on the experimental results, the failure mechanism of the joints was discussed, and the shear capacity equations of the joints was presented.  相似文献

为了研究钢筋增强ECC梁受弯性能,进行了钢筋增强ECC梁和普通钢筋混凝土梁受弯的对比研究.结果表明,相比普通钢筋混凝土梁,钢筋增强ECC梁的受弯承载力和延性分别提高了24.8%和187.76%,并且在梁中用ECC代替混凝土可有效延缓裂缝的发展.此外,采用简化的ECC本构模型对钢筋增强ECC及混凝土梁的受弯性能进行了非线性有限元分析,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,在服役期间钢筋增强ECC梁的裂缝可以控制在0.4 mm以下.ECC材料的使用可明显提高梁的抗弯承载力、变形能力、延性等受弯性能.  相似文献

在大跨度的桥梁中,单一的混凝土梁或者钢梁都会在边跨墩顶产生负反力,并会引起塔顶和主跨产生过大的偏移位移及挠度。为了充分发挥混凝土材料的压重作用和钢材跨越能力大的优势,便产生了混合梁结构,混合梁即在中孔大跨全部或部分采用钢主梁,两侧采用预应力混凝土主梁。主要采用有限元分析的方法对某混合斜拉桥钢混接合段的受力特性进行分析,真实反映其结构的复杂应力分布情况,并提出改进和完善的钢混接合构造措施。  相似文献

通过理论研究和数值计算,详细分析了大跨径钢管混凝土双肋拱桥的侧倾稳定性和地震响应。首先,根据双肋拱桥结构在竖向均布荷栽作用下的侧倾稳定临界力的近似解析解,讨论了横撑设置、横撑刚度等因素对稳定性的影响。其次,基于多点激振理论和拟静力位移概念,介绍了拱桥结构的动力特点和地震动作用下的响应,并讨论了行波效应的影响。分析表明,地震行波作用对大跨度拱桥影响很大,横撑设置对稳定性敏感。  相似文献

为研究碳纤维布(CFRP)对加固后钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯疲劳性能的影响,进行了3根CFRP加固梁及1根对比梁的抗弯疲劳试验.研究了碳纤维布加固方式、构件使用荷载等参数对碳纤维布加固损伤钢筋混凝土吊车梁的抗弯疲劳性能影响.试验研究表明:采用碳纤维布加固后,构件裂缝的宽度减小50.2%~66%,发展速度也得到控制,钢筋应力减小24.1%~28.2%,构件的刚度提高14.9%~16.1%.依据试验结果,从现有规范中关于构件刚度计算方法出发,进行了CFRP加固钢筋混凝土吊车梁的疲劳刚度计算分析,该计算方法可用于吊车梁加固工程设计.最后给出了CFRP加固梁的疲劳设计的合理化建议.  相似文献

Prestressed steel ultrahigh-strength reinforced concrete (PSURC) beam is a new type of prestressed concrete beam, which not only has a considerable compressive strength attributed to the ultrahigh strength concrete, but also ensures a certain degree of ductility at failure due to the existence of structural steel. Five of these beams were monotonically tested until shear failure to investigate the static shear performance including the failure pattern, load-deflection behavior, shear capacity, shear crack width and shear ductility. The experimental results show that these beams have superior shear capacity, crack control ability and shear ductility. To study the shear performance under repeated overloading, seven PSURC beams were loaded in cyclic test simultaneously. The overall shear performance of cycled beams is similar to that of uncycled beams at low load level but different at high load level. The shear capacity and crack control ability of cycled beams at high load level are reduced, whereas the shear ductility is improved. In addition, the influences of variables including the degree of prestress, stirrup ratio and load level on the shear performance of both uncycled and cycled beams were also discussed and compared, respectively.  相似文献

A pseudo-dynamic testing program was generated on a fabricated composite frame with steel plate shear walls (SPSWs) to study its seismic performance. The specimen was a three-storey single-bay frame, which was composed of H-section steel columns and composite beams, and was assembled by bolted height-adjustable steel beam-to-column connections (BHA connections). Beam-only-connected SPSWs were selected as lateral load resisting members. The specimen was subjected to four ground motions of progressively increasing intensity. The results showed that: (1) beam-only-connected SPSWs provided sufficient lateral load resistance, lateral stiffness, and energy dissipation capacity to the fabricated frame via the tension field action developed in their infill panels; (2) the fabricated frame, assembled by BHA connections, exhibited substantial redundancy and good ductility; (3) an undesirable failure mode of the fabricated frame, in huge earthquakes, included severe cracking in composite beams and block shear failure in SPSWs’ connections; (4) the inter-storey shear force distribution determined by ASCE/SEI 7-10 was verified with experimental data.  相似文献

Through the experiments of 7 T-section composite beams, steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete (SFRSC) as the composite beam in the composite layer was studied under the hogging bending. The tests simulated composite layer tensile strain under the hogging bending of inverted loading composite beams, giving the relationship under the different fatigue stress ratios between fatigue cycles and steel bar’s stress range, crack width, stiffness loss and damage, etc., in composite layer. This article established fatigue life equation, and analyzed SFRSC reinforced mechanism to crack width and stiffness loss. The results show that SFRSC as the composite beam concrete has excellent properties of crack resistance and tensile, can reinforce the fatigue crack width and stiffness loss of composite beams, and improve the durability and in normal use of composite beams in the hogging bending zone.  相似文献
