A simplified minimum mean square error (MMSE) detector is proposed for joint detection and decoding of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. The matrix inversion lemma and the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the channel matrix are used to simplify the computation of the coefficient of the MMSE filter. Compared to the original MMSE detector, the proposed detector has a much lower computational complexity with only a marginal performance loss. The proposed detector can also be applied to MIMO systems with high order modulations.  相似文献

This paper deals with design and analysis of user scheduling and power allocation for multi-antenna OFDM systems with DPC, ZF-DPC, ZF-BF and TDMA transmit strategies. We consider the general multi-user downlink scheduling problem and power minimization with multi-user rate constraints. According to the channel state, it is shown that there is a power optimal policy which selects a subset of users in each scheduling interval. We present user selection algorithms for DPC, ZF-DPC, ZF-BF and TDMA for multi-antenna OFDM system in broadcast channels, and we also present the practical water-filling solution in this paper. By the selected users with the consideration of fairness, we derive the power optimization algorithm with multi-user rate constraints. We also analyze the power duality of uplink-downlink for the transmit strategies of DPC, ZF-DPC and ZF-BF. Simulation results show that the present user-scheduling algorithm and power minimization algorithm can achieve good power performance, and that the scheduling algorithm can guarantee fairness.  相似文献

研究了多用户场景下多载波码分多址系统(MC—CDMA)的下行信道和功率分配,并将吞吐最大化问题建模成一个混合整数优化问题.为了简化分析,将问题分成2个低复杂度的子问题:功率分配和信道分配.这2个子问题可分别被一个次最优自适应功率分配算法(APA)和一个最优自适应信道分配算法(ACA)解决.通过联合APA和ACA算法,进一步提出了一个自适应信道和功率的分配方案.仿真结果表明:与传统的均匀功率分配算法相比,提出的APA算法更加适用于MC—CDMA系统;此外,提出的自适应信道和功率分配方案可以显著地提高系统吞吐量性能.  相似文献

In real multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, the perfect channel state information (CSI) may be costly or impossible to acquire. But the channel statistical information can be considered relatively stationary during long-term transmission. The statistical information can be obtained at the receiver and fed back to the transmitter and do not require frequent update. By exploiting channel mean and covariance information at the transmitter simultaneously, this paper investigates the optimal trans- mission strategy for spatially correlated MIMO channels. An upper bound of ergodic capacity is derived and taken as the per- formance criterion. Simulation results are also given to show the performance improvement of the optimal transmission strategy.  相似文献

The downlink frame structure for beyond 3G mobile communication systems is presented. Beyond 3G systems utilize the OFDM technique. However, a problem encountered in OFDM is that channel dispersion destroys orthogonality between carriers, caushag inter-symbol interference. It is also sensitive to high peak to mean power ratio (PAPR). Therefore it spends much time on obtaining frequency, time, and frame synchronization. This paper proposes to add a frame synchronization channel in the time domain to overcome the shortcoming of OFDM. As transmitter diversity improves the system performance, beyond 3G systems employ space-time block coded (STBC). Fast cell search algorithm including slot synchronization, frame synchronization and cell ID identification is then discussed, which is based on the frame synchronization channel in transmitter diversity systems. Detection and false alarm probabilities in AWGN and Rayleigh channels are analyzed, and the mean acquisition time is obtained. Computer simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of the cell search algorithm under different channel conditions.  相似文献

根据导频信号在变换域中的频响特性,将系统的变换域滤波器设计成具有更好滤波效果的"带阻滤波器";在小信噪比和大信噪比条件下,分析了变换域能量参数对系统信道估计性能的影响,推导了新的能量参数表达式,理论证明了根据接收端检测到的信噪比自适应选择能量参数可以显著改善信道估计的性能.仿真结果表明,提出的信道估计算法具有较好的性能,在一定程度上可以接近于理想信道估计的性能,适用于SISO OFDM系统和MIMO OFDM系统.  相似文献

研究了MIMO系统中的功率分配算法,重点研究了平均功率分配法、注水功率分配法以及最小误比特率功率分配法,得到了3种功率分配法的功率分配矩阵,从而得到信道容量。并用Matlab进行仿真,得到了3种功率分配法下的信道容量与信噪比的关系。通过仿真结果可以看出,在信道状态信息已知的情况下,MIMO系统能得到更大的信道容量。并且相对于其他两种分配法而言,使用注水算法,可以显著的提高MIMO系统容量。  相似文献

The all-phase fast Fourier transform (apFFT) is proposed as a digital demodulation algorithm in place of the fast Fourier transform (FFT) for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems. The amplitude spectrum of apFFT-demodulated symbols is the square of that of the FFT, which helps reduce the Gaussian noise to a great extent. Moreover, the phases of apFFT symbols are not affected by the frequency shift between the transmitter and receiver oscillators. These properties particularly appeal to MIMO systems over frequency-selective fading channels. The proposed MIMO-OFDM system employing the apFFT is validated using the spatial channel model (SCM) proposed by the third generation partnership project (3GPP). The simulation results demonstrate that the performance of the proposed system after compensating for the rate loss due to zero bits inserted in the space-frequency OFDM (SF-OFDM) coding scheme, still considerably outperforms the conventional system over 3GPP SCM channels, especially under poor channel conditions.  相似文献

Space-time signal processing based on multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems is an active research field in which interfering signals are cancelled and multiuser detection is achieved using space diversity. In a Rayleigh fading channel, space-time block cedes using multiple transmitting antennas can improve system performance and reduce bit-error-rate for multiuser detection. In this paper, several antenna configurations are designed for DS-CDMA communication in MIMO systems. Space-time linear multinser detection and space-time serial interference cancellation multiuser detection are simulated. Bit-error-rate and computation complexities of the two methods are compared. 对高速铁路下行MIMO-OFDM系统中的动态资源分配问题进行研究.联合考虑子载波、天线、时隙和功率,将多维资源分配问题建模为混合整数非线性规划问题.分析移动速度对多普勒频移的影响,并计算子载波间干扰功率.在总发射功率不超过一定阈值的约束条件下,将最大化系统吞吐量作为优化目标.为了降低求解最优化问题的计算复杂度,采用两步求解法得到次优解.首先,在等功率分配的前提下,将子载波、天线和时隙分配给不同用户.然后,根据第1步资源分配的结果,进行功率分配.仿真结果显示,提出的多维资源分配策略与已有策略相比在系统吞吐量方面具有较大的性能提高.  相似文献

To reduce channel noise,fading,and inter-user interference effectively in the chaotic communication systems with multi-user,a blind channel equalization algorithm based on dual unscented Kalman filter algorithm is proposed.Assuming that the coefficients of a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) channel can be described by an autoregressive model,two separate state-space representations are used for the signals and coefficients.Then two unscented Kalman filters are used to estimate chaotic signals and channel coefficients simultaneously.The simulation results indicate that the algorithm can effectively track the coefficients of the multi-path fading channel in chaotic MIMO communication systems at a fast convergence speed.  相似文献

In network with a shared channel in TDMA mechanism, it is a core issue to effectively allocate channel time to provide service guarantees for flows with QoS requirements. This paper proposes a simple and efficient time allocation scheme called MES-ESRPT (MCTA at the End of Superframe-Enhanced Shortest Remaining Processing Time) for delay-sensitive VBR traffic in accordance with IEEE 802.15.3 standard. In this algorithm, PNC (piconet coordinator) allocates one MCTA (Management Channel Time Allocation) for each stream which is the process of communication at the end of superframe. During the MCTA period, each transmitter should report current fragments number of the first MSDU (MAC Service Data Unit) and the fragments number of the remainder MSDUs to PNC. In the next superframe, PNC firstly allocates part CTAs (Channel Time Allocation) for each stream based on the remainder fragments number of the first MSDU by SRPT rule, then allocates remainder CTAs for each stream based on all fragments number of remainder MSDUs by the same SRPT rule. Simulation results showed that our proposed MES-ESRPT method achieves significantly better performance in QoS for multimedia streams compared to the existing schemes.  相似文献

无线多跳网络信道受到码间干扰容易产生信道分配失衡,为了提高无线多跳网络信道均衡性,提出基于判决反馈均衡的无线多跳网络信道分配优化算法,构建无线多跳网络信道模型,采用判决反馈均衡器进行无线多跳网络信道分配过程中的干扰抑制和多径补偿,根据信道多径扩展覆盖的码元数进行网络信道分配过程中的前馈滤波调制,利用直接序列扩频方法进行无线多跳网络信道的线性均衡配置,采用自适应的梯度学习算法实现信道分配均衡设计,基于判决反馈均衡技术实现无线多跳网络信道分配优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行无线多跳网络信道分配的均衡性较好,抗多径干扰能力较强,提高了无线多跳网络的通信质量,降低了输出误比特率。  相似文献

介绍了无线MIMO系统信道容量的计算方法,重点分析和比较了在瑞利衰落信道下,发射端已知或未知,但接收端完全未知的信道状态信息时的独立同分布的多入多出各态历经容量特性。并利用Matlab对其进行仿真。结果表明,在低信噪比时,采用自适应功率分配得到的信道容量特性要优于采用平均功率分配。并且信道容量随收、发天线数目的最小值呈线性增长。  相似文献

研究了MIMO OFDM系统中最小描述长度(MDL)准则在均方根时延扩展估计中的应用. 分析了多径分量功率和多径分量的自相关矩阵之间的关系, 使MDL可有效地应用于RDS估计. 该估计器能以较低的计算复杂度给出RDS、噪声方差、信道功率和信噪比等多个实时信道参数的准确估计. 根据估计的多径分量功率, 利用MDL准则获得了当前信道环境下的路径数及它们各自时延的估计; 根据路径数得到了噪声方差和各径功率的估计, 从而得到当前信道的功率时延谱和均方根时延扩展的估计. 仿真结果表明该估计器可有效对抗信道中信噪比变化和频率选择性的影响.  相似文献

首先对广义分布式天线系统的复合信道模型,如瑞利对数正态衰落信道模型,进行了分析.通过与传统多输入多输出系统的比较,对广义分布式天线系统容量进行了分析,并得出广义分布式天线系统历经容量完整的解析表达式是不可能存在的.为了有效地对广义分布式天线系统历经容量的性能进行评估,利用多元统计理论和矩阵不等式理论推导了在瑞利对数正态衰落信道模型及在发射端采用等功率分配方案下广义分布式天线系统历经容量的解析下界和解析上界.最后,通过数值仿真证明了系统的历经容量可以很好地用其解析界来表述.  相似文献
