对粤北野菜资源作初步的调查梳理 ,以便合理开发利用。通过调查 ,发现粤北山区有着丰富的具有开发价值的野菜资源。在粤北常见的野菜类中 ,人们仅仅食用其中的十多种 (除竹类和菌类 ) ,主要是十字花科、菊科、百合科以及蕨类植物的某些种类。可见粤北野菜资源的开发利用存在着较大的空白点和巨大的潜力 ,应进行适当合理地科学地引用驯化和选育 ,以适应蔬菜市场的新需要。 相似文献
