There are many definitions, views and theories for motivation. This study aims to state expressly what type of motivation factors according to the students＇ grades affects the students of German Language Teaching Departments （Turkey） negatively or positively. How the external and internal factors affect the students of German Language Teaching Departments in terms of motivation will be determined in this study. A questionnaire has been given to the students （freshman, sophomore, junior and senior classes） of Trakya University German Language Teaching Departments （2008） to collect data for showing the motivation profile of these students. The questionnaire has been transferred to SPSS program except quantitative analysis. The frequency and the percentage distributions of the data have been calculated with the aim of determining the students＇ views. In conclusion, it is possible to state that German Language Teaching Department students have been affected by the positive and negative motivation factors and the achievements and failures of these students could vary depending on the different reasons. On the other hand, the students of German Language Teaching Department have attributed important roles to the lecturers. Almost all schemes that have been issued by scholars or researchers to present Maslow＇s hierarchy of basic needs include a pyramid （triangle） in which the physiological needs are in the base and the self-actualization needs are in the top of the triangle. Although this scheming is inspiring to some results, basic needs have more characteristics that are significant however, this scheming is not able to inspire. Based on elaborating Maslow＇s theory and research＇s findings, this study aims to disclose weaknesses and strengths of traditional scheme （triangle）, and develop two innovated schemes of basic needs, which are more close to Maslow＇s ideas and more inspiring to realize the actuality of this hierarchy. 相似文献

Standard treatment options for breast cancer include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and targeted therapies, such as adjuvant hormonal therapy and monoclonal antibodies. Recently, the recognition that chronic inflammation in the tumor microenvironment promotes tumor growth and survival during different stages of breast cancer development has led to the development of novel immunotherapies. Several immunotherapeutic strategies have been studied both preclinically and clinically and already have been shown to enhance the efficacy of conven- tional treatment modalities. Therefore, therapies targeting the immune system may represent a promising next-generation approach for the treatment of breast cancers. This review will discuss recent findings that elucidate the roles of suppressive immune cells and proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines in the tumor-promoting microen- vironment, and the most current immunotherapeutic strategies in breast cancer. 相似文献

This paper presents the evaluation of the teaching guide application for the subject of management control in the Business Management and Administration Degree. The evaluation began with the analysis of a questionnaire which aimed to collect the perceptions of learners who have studied this subject in two groups （morning and afternoon） during the first semester of the current academic year. The intention of this analysis was to obtain information that would meet two objectives： to continue upgrading the teaching-learning process and to revise and improve all the components in the teaching guide. There is an analysis of the degree of difficulty involved in the activities proposed and the degree to which specific objectives for different competencies have been attained. Likewise, we have carried out a global assessment of the different methodologies applied in the teaching-learning process, and an assessment of the evaluation system as well as of other aspects that could have hindered reaching the objectives stated in the guide. Furthermore, the relevance of this questionnaire has been vindicated for obtaining the information necessary to adjust the learner＇s workload to the European credit. 相似文献

Chinese nursing education levels have developed fast over the past few years. Many nursing educators are devoted to the research of nursing teaching. How to cultivate nursing students＇ creative thinking is one of the principle researches and has received increasing attention. In the course of nursing teaching, we renewed the teaching design based on the empirical education from nursing basics as follows. The teaching contents are enlarged to make students establish a sense of nursing development and dynamic study. The traditional teacher-centered teaching methods have been replaced by diversified students-centered methods from knowledge to activities. Evaluation of learning effect is developed to be a versatile comprehensive evaluation including students＇ Self-evaluation in accord with the multimedia teaching, group-evaluation in theoretical and discussion classes, and teachers＇ all-around evaluation. In order to overcome the inconvenience of manual bubble counting, a bubble counter based on photoelectric technique aiming for automatically detecting and measuring minute gas leakage of cryogenic valves is proposed. Experiments have been conducted on a self-built apparatus, testing the performance with different gas inlet strategies （bottom gas-inlet strategy and side gas-inlet strategy） and the influence of gas pipe length （0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 m） and leakage rate （around 10, 20, 30, 40 bubbles/min） on first bubble time and bubble rate. A buffer of 110 cm^3 is inserted between leakage source and gas pipe to simulate the downstream cavum adjacent to the valve clack. Based on analyzing the experimental data, experiential parameters have also been summarized to guide leakage detection and measurement for engineering applications. A practical system has already been successfully applied in a cryogenic testing apparatus for cryogenic valves. 相似文献

采用化学气相沉积法以脱油沥青为碳源制备出碳微球,运用硬脂酸对碳微球进行表面修饰,并研究了硬脂酸修饰后碳微球作为润滑油添加剂的分散性和稳定性.利用场发射扫描电镜、高分辨透射电镜分析了碳微球的晶体结构和形貌特征,结果表明所制备的碳微球纯度很高、粒径均匀(500 nm).傅立叶红外实验证明,通过酯化反应碳微球能够被硬脂酸包覆,显著提高了碳微球在润滑油中的分散性和稳定性. 相似文献

An ultrahigh vacuum chemical vapor deposition (UHV/CVD) system with reflection high energy electron diffraction (RHEED) was
introduced. The Si epilayers and SiGe strained-layers on three-inch Si (100) substrates were grown in this UHV/CVD system.
The substrate temperature during growth was from 550°C to 780°C. The properties of epilayers were characterized by high-resolution
cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (TEM), double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXRD), and spreading resistance
(SPR). A B-doped SiGe epilayer with uniform resistivity distribution was grown.
