不同植物生长调节剂对益母草愈伤组织诱导的影响 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
以益母草茎段、叶片两种外植体诱导产生愈伤组织．在MS培养基上,试验不同种类、不同浓度的植物生长调节剂及其组合对益母草茎段和叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响．结果表明：茎段愈伤组织诱导的较适培养基是MS附加6-BA3mg／L＋NAA1mg／L,诱导率为65％;叶片愈伤组织诱导的较适培养基是MS附加6-BA2mg／L＋NAA1mg／L,诱导率为80％．对益母草茎段和叶片外植体愈伤组织进行诱导,可为进一步研究益母草的组织培养和植株再生提供实验依据． 相似文献

以爆仗竹顶芽和带腋芽的茎段为外植体,研究不同激素组合及其浓度对爆仗竹组织培养的影响。结果表明:不同激素组合对爆仗竹芽的萌动、分化及生根培养有明显的影响,其中MS 6-BA2．0mg／L NAA0．8mg／L最适宜外植体芽的萌动;MS 6-BA1．0mg／L NAA0．5mg／L对丛生芽的继代增殖效果最好;MS NAA0．6mg／L对生根诱导效果最佳,生根率达100％。 相似文献

以无患子叶片为外植体,通过正交试验,研究无患子叶片愈伤组织诱导、愈伤组织诱导丛生芽、芽苗生根以及植株再生的最佳培养基组成。并对试验数据进行极差分析和方差分析。结果表明：诱导出叶片愈伤组织的最佳培养基是MS＋0．5mg·L^-1 TDZ＋0．4mg·L^-12,4-D＋6．0mg·L～AgN03,诱导率为86．4％。诱导丛生芽的最佳培养基是MS＋0．5mg·L^-1NAB．＋1．0mg·L^-1TDZ,分化率为42．5％。诱导生根的最佳培养基是1／3MS＋0．5mg·L^-16-BA＋0．5mg·L^-12,4-D,生根率为45％。 相似文献

用黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)无菌茎段为外植体进行快速繁殖。结果表明：MS 6-BA2．0mg／L培养基有利于促进腋芽萌发和生长，最有效的芽增殖培养基为MS 6-BA2．0mg／L NAA0．1mg／L，幼芽的增殖系数高达14；最有效的生根培养基为1／2MS NAA0．4mg／L，生根率可达93％。 相似文献

以二色补血草的茎为试材,采用MS和LS两种基本培养基,组配不同浓度的植物生长激素,诱导植株再生。本文探讨了培养基和激素对诱导愈伤组织和不定芽的影响,找出了较适宜茎诱导植株再生的基本培养基为MS。最佳生长激素6-BA浓度为0.3～0.6mg/L。初步建立了二色补血草的茎诱导一次成芽培养基为MS+6-BA0.3～0.6mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+Augar30g/L;对诱导再生植株生根的几种激素也进行了研究。结果显示:最佳生根激素为IAA,其适宜浓度为0.2mg/L。生根培养基为1/2MS〕IAA0.2mg/L+Sugar20g/L。 相似文献

选取王不留行饱满种子培养无菌苗,用无菌苗的茎和叶作为外植体,分别接种MS基本培养基外加激素NAA和6-BA诱导愈伤组织和不定芽,使用1/2MS培养基,附加IBA或NAA进行不定芽的生根实验,最后炼苗和移栽.实验结果表明王不留行的最优组织培养方案:种子用0.1%升汞消毒8m in,无菌湿脱脂棉催芽,茎和叶作为外植体,使用MS 0.1mg/L NAA 0.1mg/L 6-BA诱导愈伤组织和不定芽,1/2MS 0.15mg/L NAA诱导植株生根. 相似文献

以密叶罗勒的茎尖为外植体,以期筛选出诱导愈伤组织分化和丛生芽生根的最佳培养基。同时研究了密叶罗勒组织培养中材料的消毒时间对消毒效果的影响。试验结果表明,培养基MS＋6-BA5．0mg/L＋NAA0．1mg/L是愈伤组织诱导分化相对较好的培养基;培养基MS＋6-BA0．3mg/L＋NAA0．6mg／L是罗勒生根培养较好的培养基。在以75％的酒精消毒30秒后,用0．1％的升汞消毒2min,对试验材料的消毒效果相对较好。 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
