Lipophilic tea polyphenols (LTP) were prepared by catalytic esterifica tion of green tea polyphenols (GTP) with hexadecanoyl chloride. A novel long-ch a in acyl-derivative of epigallocatechin-3-o-gallate (EGCG) was first isol ated fro m purification of LTP by high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) using a solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1:1:1:1, v/v ). The molecular structure of the acyl-derivative, Epigallocatechin-3-O- gall ate-4′-O-hexadecanate , was elucidated by means of elemental analysis, I R, 1H-NMR and MS spectra.  相似文献

Homogeneous, crack-free SrNbxTi1−x O3 thin films on (110) silicon substrates were successfully fabricated by sol-gel processing. The optimum route and conditions were systematically investigated. Sr(OAc)2 glacial acctic acid solution, after being refluxed and reacted with tartrate, formed Sr(OAc)2(C4H6O6)2; Ti(OBu)4 formed Ti(OAc)4−x (AcAc)x after having the ligand partially exchanged with AcAc, while Nb(OC2H5)5 formed (OAc)2Nb(AcAc) (C4H6O6) by exchanging of ligand in glacial acetic acid with (CH3CO)2O. All the metal species after undergoing partial hydrolysis and polymerization with hydroxyl or oxygen, formed SrNbxTi1−x O13 cluster sol. Methyl cellulose (MCL) caused SrNbxTi1−x O3 sol to have polymeric structure and easily form films. SrNbxTi1−x O3 films with perovskite were subsequently formed after being annealed at 650∼750 °C for 60 min in 25% N2+75% H2 (volume ratio) atmosphere. Resistivity of the SrNb0.1Ti0.9O3 films at room temperature was 64 μω·cm, a particular T 2 temperature dependence of the resistivity, from 25 K up to room temperature, was observed. 采用高效液相色谱法对3种不同发酵类型的茶叶中茶多酚的含量进行测定和比较分析.方法的变异系数小于4.38%,回收率为96.6%~104.0%.其分析结果为:3种不同发酵类型的茶叶中茶多酚的含量由多到少的顺序为:不发酵的绿茶,半发酵青茶,全发酵红茶,即茶叶中茶多酚的含量随着发酵程度增大而减少.  相似文献

目的:从茶树中克隆一种可以催化表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)生成甲基化EGCG的酶——咖啡酰辅酶A氧甲基转移酶(CCo AOMT),实现甲基化EGCG的酶学合成,为甲基化EGCG的进一步开发利用提供理论依据和技术指导。创新点:本研究首次从茶树中克隆了一条CCo AOMT基因组序列;分析了CCo AOMT基因在不同茶树品种和不同成熟度茶鲜叶中的基因表达规律;证明了CCo AOMT具有催化合成甲基化EGCG的生物活性。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和序列分析获得CCo AOMT的编码序列和基因组序列;采用高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间串联质谱技术(HPLC-QTOF-MS)分析酶促反应生成的甲基化EGCG产物(图4);采用实时荧光定量PCR分析CCo AOMT基因的表达差异(图5)。结论:本研究从茶树中克隆了CCo AOMT基因的编码序列(738 bp)和基因组序列(2678 bp),明确了该基因具有4个内含子和5个外显子;揭示了CCo AOMT可以催化EGCG生成EGCG4"Me、EGCG3"Me和EGCG3’Me等多种甲基化产物;证明了CCo AOMT具有催化生成甲基化EGCG的活性;并发现该基因的表达量高低与茶鲜叶的成熟度呈正相关关系。  相似文献

茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,在食品、油脂、保健、医药、日化、精细化工等领域都有广泛的应用。茶多酚的提取和应用研究成为国内外开发“绿色工程”的热门课题之一。本文研究的内容是茶叶中茶多酚的提取与测定,主要目的是测定茶叶在不同条件下荼多酚的含量,然后相互比较。例如:茶汤放置时间,泡茶次数及pH对茶多酚含量的影响。随着人们保健意识的增强,都希望自己每日饮用的茶水中的茶多酚的含量多一些,因此我们研究了不同条件下从茶水中获得茶多酚的最佳条件。  相似文献

研究了自制交联PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)凝胶对绿茶茶水浸取液中的茶多酚的吸附。结果表明:在室温下,对2mLTP试液,用4mL交联PVP凝胶,吸附60min,茶多酚的除去率达到50%以上。其吸附机理为:交联剂的活性吸附中心与茶多酚上的酚羟基形成氢键。  相似文献

The authors investigated the influence of green tea polyphenols (GTPs) on the liver mitochondria permeability transition pore (PTP) opening through mitochondria swelling and change of mitochondria membrane potential. The data showed that GTPs had obvious protective effect on the Ca2+-induced PTP opening in a dose-dependent manner detected by mitochondria swelling. The results were obtained by measuring the change of mitochondria membrane potential through Rh 123. Further experiments were conducted to examine the detailed influence of GTPs on Ca2+ import and export of mitochondria. The results showed that GTPs had remarkably inhibitory effect on the Ca2+-induced Ca2+ import in mitochondria; and that they could accelerate Ca2+-release from mitochondria. Our data provide an alternate interpretation of the potent protective function of GTPs on cell against apoptosis.  相似文献

以木屑为原料,高温热解制备生物炭。以聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,采用混合法将生物炭与果胶复合,并负载磁性,经烘干定型制备果胶包覆的磁性生物炭材料(果胶@生物炭-Fe3O4)。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及N2吸附-脱附(BET)等方法对果胶@生物炭-Fe3O4进行表征,结合吸附实验分析其对Cu2+的吸附特性。结果表明,当生物炭、果胶、Fe3O4质量比为5:1:1,溶液pH值为6,吸附24 h,果胶@生物炭-Fe3O4对Cu2+吸附效果最好;二级动力学方程能较好地描述果胶@生物炭-Fe3O4对Cu2+的吸附过程,Freundlich模型能较好地拟合其吸附行为;SEM结果显示该材料具有不规则的孔隙结构;XRD分析显示纳米Fe3O4是其主要的晶体结构;BET测得其比表面积为25.654 m2·g-1,平均孔径为20.18 nm。  相似文献

目的:观察茶多酚对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老小鼠皮肤光老化程度的影响,探讨茶多酚延缓皮肤光老化作用。方法:用紫外线模拟日光照射建立小鼠皮肤光老化模型,给以茶多酚灌胃及外涂治疗,结束后测定皮肤中丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),以及皮肤中成纤维细胞数目和羟脯氨酸含量。结果:模型小鼠与正常小鼠比较,MDA含量升高而SOD活性下降,成纤维细胞数目和羟脯氨酸含量明显下降;茶多酚可明显提高光老化小鼠皮肤中SOD活性以及成纤维细胞数目和羟脯氨酸含量,并使皮肤MDA含量降低。结论:茶多酚具有延缓皮肤光老化作用。  相似文献

β-glucanase was purified from a solid-state culture ofTrichoderma reesei on wheat bran in three steps which comprised ammonium sulfate precipitation, Sephadex G-100 chromatography, and DEAE-Sephadex A-50 chromatography. The molecular mass was determined to be 35.21 kilodaltons by sodium dodecyl sulfate-12.5% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The β-glucanase at low pHs was more stable than that at high pHs, and optimum pH was 5.0. The optimum temperature was 60°C, and β-glucanase was relatively stable at below 40°C for 60 min. TheK m of the enzyme on β-glucan was 10.86 mg/ml, and theV max on β-glucan was 14286 μmol of glucose equivalents per mg of the pure enzyme per min. The β-glucanase activity was significantly inhibited by Fe3+ ions, and was reduced in the presence of Cu2+ ions, Mn2+ ions and Mg2+ ions at 5 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L, respectively. The β-glucanase activity was stimulated by Co2+ ions, Ca2+ ions, Zn2+ ions, and Fe2+ ions at 1 mmol/L and 5 mmol/L, respectively. The enantioselective assay for S( )- and R(-)-propafenone (PPF) in human urine that developed in this work involves extraction of propafenone from human urine and using S( )-propafenone as internal standard, chiral derivatization with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-β-D-glucopranosyl isothiocyanate, and quantitation by an RP-HPLC system with UV detection (λ=220nm). A baseline separation ofpropafenone enantiomers was achieved on a 5-μm reverse phase ODS column, with a mixture of methanol:water:glacial acetic acid (25:12:0.02,v/v) as mobile phase. There was good linear relationship from 24.9 ng/ml to 1875.0 ng/ml for both of enantiomers. The regression equations of the standard curves based on Cs-PPF (or CR-PPF ) versus ratio of As-PPF/As (or AR-PPF/As ) were y=0.0032x-0.081, (r=0.999) for S-PPF and y=0.0033x 0.0039, (r=0.998) for R-PPF,respectively. The method's limit of detection was 12.5 ng/ml for both enantiomers, and the method's limit ofquantitation was 28.2±0.52 ng/ml for S-PPF, 30.4±0.53 ng/ml for R-PPF (RSD<8%, n=5). The analytical method yielded average recovery of 98.9% and 100.4% for S-PPF and R-PPF, respectively. The relative standard deviation was no more than 6.11% and 6.22% for S-PPF and R-PPF, respectively. The method enabled study of metabolism of S( )- and R(-)-propafenone in human urine. The results from 7 volunteers administered 150 mg racemic propafenone indicated that propafenone enantiomers undergo stereoselective metabolism and that in the human body, S( )-propafenone is metabolized more extensively than R(-)propafenone.  相似文献

Well-cubic perovskite lanthanum aluminate (LaAlO3) film on (110) silicon substrate was fabricated by sol-gel method with corresponding inorganic salts. Lanthanum acetate and aluminum acetate glacial acetic acid solutions were prepared via ligand exchange starting from lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate and aluminum nitrate hexahydrate after being refluxed. (CH3CO)2O removed nitrates and the crystallized H2O completely, acetylacetone (AcAc) was partially bidentated with metallic ion of the metallic acetates and formed La(OAc)3−x (AcAc) x which were hydrolyzed into La(AcAc)3−x(OH) x by adding 10 ml 0.4% methyl cellulose (MCL) solution. The La(AcAc)3−x (OH) x , polymerizing and combining with MCL, formed the LaAlO3 sol precursor with heteropolymeric structure and formed film easily. The epitaxial LaAlO3 film on Si(110) substrate was crystallized after being annealed in thermal annealing furnace for 650–750 °C/30 min. The morphologies and microstructures were characterized. The refractive index of the LAO film was 1.942 to 2.007; the dielectric constant and the dissipation factors were estimated to be 23–26 and 2.1×10−4−2.4×10−4 respectively. This work investigated the microwave dielectric properties of A-site substitution by rare earth La3+in(Pb0.5Ca0.5)(Fe0.5Ta0.5)O3(PCFT) system.A single perovskite phase was obtained only when the doping content was 2%.Suitable La3+ doping improved microwave dielectric performances.Excessive La3+doping caused the formation of secondary phase,which resulted in the decreasing of permittivity εrand quality factor Qfvalues.Especially,when the doping content is 2%-5%,permittivity εrwas above 75 and Qfvalues were 6...  相似文献

Study of the effect of dissolved oxygen and shear stress on rifamycin B fermentation with A. mediterranei XC 9–25 showed that rifamycin B fermentation with Amycolatoposis mediterranei XC 9–25 needs high dissolved oxygen and is not very sensitive to shearing stress. The scale-up of rifamycin B fermentation with A. mediterranei XC 9–25 from a shaking flask to a 15 L fermentor was realized by controlling the dissolved oxygen to above 25% of saturation in the fermentation process, and the potency of rifamycin B fermentation in the 15 L fermentor reached 10 g/L after 6-day batch fermentation. By continuously feeding glucose and ammonia in the fermentation process, the potency of rifamycin B fermentation in the 15 L fermentor reached 18.67 g/L, which was 86.65% higher than that of batch fermentation. Based on the scale-up principle of constantly aerated agitation power per unit volume, the scale-up of rifamycin B fed-batch fermentation with continuous feed from a 15 L fermentor to a 7 m3 fermentor and further to a 60 m3 fermentor was realized successfully. The potency of rifamycin B fermentation in the 7 m3 fermentor and in the 60 m3 fermentor reached 17.25 g/L and 19.11 g/L, respectively.  相似文献

Strain improvement and medium optimization to increase the productivity of spiramycin were carried out. Of oil tolerant mutant strains screened, one mutant,Streptomyces ambofaciens XC 2–37, produced 9% more spiramycin than the parent strainS. ambofaciens XC 1–29. The effects of soybean oil and propyl alcohol on spiramycin production withS. ambofaciens XC 2–37 were studied. The potency ofS. ambofaciens XC 2–37 was improved by 61.8% with addition of 2% soybean oil in the fermentation medium and 0.4% propyl alcohol at 24 hours after incubation. The suitable time for feeding propyl alcohol is at 24 hours after incubation in flask fermentation and at 20 hours after incubation in fermentor fermentation. The new process withS. ambofaciens XC 2–37 was scaled up for industrial scale production of spiramycin in a 60 m3 fermentor in Xinchang Pharmaceutical Factory, Zhejiang Medicine Company, Ltd., China, and the potency and productivity of fermentation were improved by 42.9%.  相似文献

对茶寄生中茶多酚的含量进行分析.茶多酚是混合物,由于各种茶多酚结构相似,较难分离.没食子酸(EC)、表没食子儿茶素(EGC)、没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)4种茶多酚是茶叶中茶多酚的主要成分.本研究采用高效液相色谱( HPLC)法同时测定了EC、EGC、EGCG、ECG 4种茶多酚,4种茶多酚在15 min内达到有效分离,方法的变异系数小于0.0360%,回收率为95.2%~104.2%.实验结果表明,茶寄生样品中只含有茶多酚中的EGC,其中云南粗茎茶寄生样品中的EGC含量略高于云南细茎茶寄生样品中EGC含量.  相似文献

Effects of dietary supplementation with fructooligosaccharides on the excretion of nitrogen and phosphorus inMiichthys miiuy fries were investigated. Nine hundredMiichthys miiuy fries were divided into 3 groups, each with triplicates. The basal diet and the basal diet supplemented with carnitine groups were considered as the negative and positive controls respectively. Results showed that the nitrogen concentration in excreted feces decreased significantly in fries fed the diet supplementation with 1000×10−6 fructooligosaccharides and 200×10−6 carnitine (P<0.05). The ammonic-nitrogen concentration decreased significantly in the carnitine group only (P<0.05), indicating the decreasing tendency caused by the supplementation with fructooligosaccharides. Supplementation with both did not have significant effects on the concentration of phosphorus in feces ofMiichthys miiuy fries. LetH n be the set of real algebraic polynomials of degreen, whose zeros all lie in the interval [−1,1]. The well known Turán type inequalities tell us that forf(x)∈H n , it holds ‖f′‖≥Cnf‖. This note deals with the weighted Turán type inequalities with the weights having inner singularities underL p norm for 0<p≤∞. Our results essentially extend the result of Wang and Zhou (2002), and the method used in this paper is simpler and more direct than that of Wang and Zhou (2002).
